I think the entire revelation that Covid restrictions were vastly overrated and their negative effect were vastly underrated can only work to help someone like DeSantis. Liberal will still likely attack him for his Covid protocols (or lack thereof) - but the "science" will now be on Florida Governor's side as it probably should have been all along. Won't stop liberals from lying? But as time goes no those lies resonate less and less with less and less people.
DeSantis could be our next President. The Democrats have nobody in active politics who could poll like this in a battleground state. Nobody even in this ballpark. All they have is the old wrinkly age spotted old man who is more likely to poop his pants than give us any sort of coherent policy.

All they have have is the old wrinkly age spotted old man farting out loud..
The CIA uncovered that President Putin is actually one and the same as Vlad the Impaler, Prince of Wallachia - otherwise known as Count Dracula.
“The report legitimises scientific speculations surrounding President Putin's ageless appearance while riding horses shirtless, and it should be noted then that his youthful and invigorating appearance is certainly not a result of Olay Age Defying Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream.
“There are various options that are recommended for possible defence against President Putin.
These two images from 1920 and 1941 are both claimed to be of the "immortal" Vladimir PutinREAD MORE'Embarrassing' Trump social network doesn't work at launch - even his wife won't use it
“(He) is vulnerable to the classic tools of the vampire-hunting trade, such as garlic, holy water, a crucifix, silver, and, most importantly, a wooden stake.
Vladimir Putin claims he's 69 years old, but he could actually be more than 1,000 years old, according to conspiracy theorists(Image: AFP/Getty Images)
The theory that he is immortal has sparked sleuths unveiling old photos they believe is Putin, with one such picture taken in 1920 looking extremely similar to that of the current Russian leader.
A separate historic snap, also believed to be of a Russian soldier, was taken in 1941.
Both pictures went viral with conspiracy theorists in 2018, with people suggesting they were proof that Putin had been serving the people of Russia for centuries.
Disclose.tv said at the time: “The images were hundreds of times shared by conspiracy theorists, in an attempt to show that the travelers of time are among us, in all areas of our society.
“However, others believe that Putin could be immortal, a man who has been serving the Russian people for centuries.
According to a Politico and Morning Consult poll, only 40% of respondents believe that Biden is mentally fit; 48% say he's not.
Usually, presidential wannabes are buffeted by a barrage of trials on the trail. Their responses to intense public scrutiny should give us insights into their communication skills, intelligence, and temperament. But they don't always reveal other traits required to be an effective president, such as leadership, judgment, honesty, and problem-solving prowess, especially when a cloistered candidate is coddled by corrupt media.
A cognitive test would help, especially when the candidate is a septuagenarian or a confused progressive. Instead of a debate host asking candidates to raise their hands if they support unlimited health care for illegal aliens, a more appropriate question might be: "Who here would be willing to take a cognitive test? Please raise your hand."
Even a mental midget like Biden would be obliged to comply. Inevitably, he'd flunk, and even low-information voters would need to determine if they hate the other candidate(s) so much as to elect a complete imbecile. Caveat emptor: you may end up with someone stupider than the village idiot.
Why would Biden inevitably flunk the test? Well, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment is commonly used to screen for dementia. Consider some of the cognitive domains it assesses and how Biden would likely respond:
Orientation: The test administrator asks Biden to state the date, month, year, day, place, and city. Blimey, on the presidential campaign trail, Biden thought he was running for Senate. Much of the time, he seems disoriented, not oriented, and dependent on his wife to take his hand and lead him away. Frankly, he's an empty suit who doesn't even know what year it is, let alone the day.
Short-term memory: Um, one of the most important cabinet positions is secretary of defense, but Biden couldn't remember his name. Oh, dear, what's next? Forgetting Putin's name, instead calling him "the guy who runs Russia"? He already refers to Kamala Harris as "President Harris." What a moron and embarrassment to our great country of irredeemables.
Language abilities: Biden can't even read properly from a teleprompter, and his rhetoric is confounding.

Vladimir Putin’s brutal and tragic attack on Ukraine is about more than his own delusions of grandeur. It is also a lesson for the Russian people about what happens to those who insist on seeking Western-style democracy.
Putin has indeed looked like a madman this week, dressing down his national security team like Captain Queeg in search of his strawberries and addressing the world in a rambling, hour-long soliloquy full of made-up history and self-pitying paranoia. He falsely and absurdly accused Ukraine’s democratically elected government of “genocide,” using that canard as justification for the most massive military assault in Europe since World War II.

Putin is 'startled' by antiwar protests in Russia — and terrified of 'uprising' against him: Historian
Matthew Chapman
February 24, 2022
On Thursday's edition of CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360," David Remnick, a historian who has written extensively about Soviet history, broke down how Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine is already creating domestic problems for him.
"You heard President Biden talk about this in his speech today, Putin's desire to remake the Soviet Union," said Cooper. "Do you think that is actually — I mean it may be an ideological aim — do you think it's an actual realistic thing he thinks he can achieve?"
"I think in a sense that what Biden seemed to be talking about the re-creation of this old Soviet Union -- and all 15 of what were republics and what are now independent nations -- is not only impossible but crazily expensive," said Remnick. "Why did empire collapse all over the world, historically, not only the Soviet Union but Austria-Hungary and all the rest? Empire is expensive. Russia is not a wealthy country. Its entire economy is the size of the economy of Texas. And most of that those resources come right out of energy extractions and very fragile economy for a country that large. Today we saw the ruble crater. We saw the Russian stock market crater."
RELATED: Trump is Putin's 'most valuable useful idiot' — and the GOP will soon 'fall into line': MSNBC analyst
Remnick then turned to the signs of dissent in the streets of major Russian cities.
"We also saw something very curious, and I have to say maybe even unexpected," continued Remnick. "Despite the continuing crackdown on dissent in Russia that's been going on for years, we saw protests of modest scale in dozens of Russian cities. And over — according to one report over 1,500 arrests, brutal arrests and so on. So to see politics on the street is, I think, startling to Vladimir Putin as what he dreads the most, what he fears the most is some kind of uprising against him. And so we — we're coming to a reckoning here where internal Russian politics are concerned, too."
"The question here that has to be at the center is, what does Vladimir Putin think he's doing? Toward what end?" added Remnick. "How, in any way, does this help bring prosperity or even security to Russia? What threat is he responding to? Was Ukraine threatening Russia? Was NATO threatening Russia? No. I think that Putin, in large measure — not to make this into a novel — but in large measure, is responding to his own self-drama as a man of great power and wanting to expand Russian power, revive Russian power, after his failure to bring prosperity to Russia after 22 years in power."
Instead you attack our President
Hilarious.
From the moment Trump rode down the escalator and announced his candidacy you clowns engaged in the most systematic and egregious telling of lies and smears that have ever been launched against an American president. The WaPo posts an article on 12:19 PM on January 20th 2017 calling for Trump's immediate impeachment. The man had not even finished his inaugural speech.
You hound and harass him for his entire presidency, attempting a coup. You piss away upwards of $30 MILLION and 2+ years of investigating "Russian collusion" that was never there and was a total fucking lie.
And then you install a dementia patient in the final throes of significant cognitive decline who, in his best moment, can only sneer and pick his teeth as his handlers usher him out of the room. A man who quite literally shit himself in the presence of the Pope. The fucking POPE, for fuck's sake.
This "man" is supposed to be above reproach because of some self-inflicted existential crisis with Putin completely of his own doing?
Thank goodness you are locked down tight in an insane asylum alky. A person with your mental acuity and inability to reason is a menace to himself and others.
This "president" of yours deserves neither my adoration or loyalty. Like you, he's a fucking imbecile. And like you, he's only going to worsen.

This fucking asshole you clowns 'installed' in the white house? He deserves nothing but scorn, derision and ridicule. Just like every other lying, racist piece of shit who has ever walked the earth.
Fact Check: TRUE -
It's funny because Hillary WAS a Russian Agent, with the Clinton Global Initiative receiving $140,000,000 from Russian companies involved in the bogus Skolkovo Project when she was Secretary of State. She pumped American companies to become involved in that project, which was used by the Russians to steal American technology, and which was run by no less than Vyacheslav Trubnikov, a former KGB guy and former Director of Russian Foreign Intelligence (1996 - 2000).
Which, of course, is the ENTIRE reason why the Russia Collooooosion Hoax was created: To hide Hillary's treason.
I beat this subject like a dead horse, sorry not sorry, but you MUST understand this single issue to understand everything that the Deep State was doing in 2015 - 2020 with regard to Trump.

LVIV, Ukraine — Russian forces pressed closer to the Ukrainian capital Friday as air raid sirens blared and people huddled for shelter in deep subway stations. The Defense Ministry reported “saboteurs” just miles from Kyiv’s center, and the city was jolted by predawn explosions. The Biden administration cautioned lawmakers that the capital could soon fall.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that 137 Ukrainians have been killed and 316 wounded after the first day of fighting, and said Russians were targeting civilian areas, not just military sites. He addressed Vladimir Putin directly on Friday, saying: “There are fights all over the country. Let’s sit down.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia was ready to send a delegation to the Belarus capital Minsk for talks with Ukraine. But Peskov said Putin would send his hawkish defense and foreign ministers and made it clear that Russia was still expecting Ukraine’s “denazification and demilitarization” of Ukraine, meaning Kyiv’s capitulation.
President Biden is set to attend an emergency summit with NATO members Friday to discuss the invasion, which has interrupted decades of European peace and threatens to upend the post-Cold War security order.

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden is expected to announce Friday that he will nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to succeed Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court.
If confirmed, Jackson would become the first Black woman to serve on the court. At 51, she would also be the second-youngest justice on the current court (Justice Amy Coney Barrett turned 50 in January) and the first justice since Thurgood Marshall with significant experience as a defense lawyer.
As the successor to Breyer, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1994, Jackson would not change the court’s current 6-to-3 conservative supermajority.
Jackson was nominated to District Court just eight months ago and was confirmed by a 53-44 vote with the support of three Senate Republicans. Only David Souter, appointed by George W. Bush, came to the Supreme Court with less time on the federal appeals court — under five months in his case.
But Jackson also served eight years as a federal trial judge in Washington. At her confirmation hearing for that position, she received an endorsement from former House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., who is related by marriage. (Her husband’s twin brother is the married to the sister of Ryan’s wife.)
“Our politics may differ, but my praise for Ketanji’s intellect, for her character, for her integrity, is unequivocal. She is an amazing person,” Ryan said.
Born in Washington, Jackson grew up in Miami, where her mother was a school administrator and her father was a lawyer for the Miami-Dade school board. “When people ask me why I decided to go into the legal profession,” she said in a 2017 speech, “I often tell the story of how, when I was in preschool, I would sit at the dining room table doing my homework with my father. He had all his law books stacked up, and I had all my coloring books stacked up.”
One of her uncles was a Miami police chief. Another was a police detective. A third was sentenced to life in prison for possessing a large amount of cocaine. President Barack Obama commuted his sentence in 2016.
Jackson was a national oratory champion and student body president in high school and then graduated from Harvard University and Harvard Law School. She was a Supreme Court law clerk for Breyer, who once described her as “great, brilliant, decent, with a mix of common sense and thoughtfulness.”
She said that Presidents and not kings.

Putin Threatens Nuclear War If Russia Attacked

New York Times:
“In another rambling speech full of festering historical grievances and accusations of a relentless Western plot against his country, Mr. Putin reminded the world on Thursday that Russia ‘remains one of the most powerful nuclear states’ with ‘a certain advantage in several cutting-edge weapons.’
“In effect, Mr. Putin’s speech, intended to justify the invasion, seemed to come closer to threatening nuclear war than any statement from a major world leader in recent decades. His immediate purpose was obvious: to head off any possible Western military move by making clear he would not hesitate to escalate.”

New York Times:
“For most of his 22-year rule, Vladimir Putin presented an aura of calm determination at home — of an ability to astutely manage risk to navigate the world’s biggest country through treacherous shoals.
“His attack on Ukraine negated that image,
and revealed him as an altogether different leader:
one dragging the nuclear superpower he helms into a war with no foreseeable conclusion,
one that by all appearances will end Russia’s attempts over its three post-Soviet decades to find a place in a peaceful world order.”

If confirmed, Jackson would become the first Black woman to serve on the court by virtue of affirmative action instead of her skills at jurisprudence. “Over three months, senior Biden administration officials held half a dozen urgent meetings with top Chinese officials in which the Americans presented intelligence showing Russia’s troop buildup around Ukraine and beseeched the Chinese to tell Russia not to invade,“ the New York Times reports.
“Each time, the Chinese officials, including the foreign minister and the ambassador to the United States, rebuffed the Americans, saying they did not think an invasion was in the works. After one diplomatic exchange in December, U.S. officials got intelligence showing Beijing had shared the information with Moscow, telling the Russians that the United States was trying to sow discord — and that China would not try to impede Russian plans and actions.”
Wall Street Journal:
“Chinese leader Xi Jinping told Russian President Vladimir Putin in a phone call Friday that he supported Russia and Ukraine resolving their differences through talks, saying that Beijing would decide its stance on Ukraine based on the merits of the issue.”

Kimmel and Colbert hammer Trump for praising Putin amid invasion of Ukraine
Yahoo TV
On Thursday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Kimmel and Colbert took time out of their monologues to address former President Trump’s remarks regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Trump has praised Putin’s justification for the invasion, calling him a genius, and blamed the invasion on Trump’s lie that the 2020 presidential election was rigged.
“It takes a special kind of son of a bitch to see innocent people fleeing their homes and think, ‘How can I make this about me?’” Kimmel said.
“But nobody does that better than Donald Trump.
“There are hundreds of casualties in Ukraine, images of families running for their lives, and not only hasn’t Trump condemned Putin, ‘Sar-a-Lago’ has been praising his KGBFF.
"He called him a genius.
He called what he's doing wonderful.
He keeps defending Putin, which is embarrassing.

I concur.
So it begs the question -
Why is Joey Sprinkles giving aid and comfort to Vladimir Putin?
The sanctions are a joke. This we know.
Putin's economy is virtually completely dependent upon oil prices. Prices low, that hurts Putin. Prices rising helps Putin. Prices are skyrocketing as we speak.
Advantage Putin.
Joe continues to flood Putin's Pockets with US Dollars for Oil.
"It's important to keep our eyes on the unhinged fascist lunatic."
--Stephen Colbert
Colbert had clearly seen the same interviews as Kimmel, as well as the speech Trump gave at Mar-a-Lago in which he also praised Putin. But since Trump left office, Colbert refuses to speak his name on The Late Show, instead giving Trump a different name each time he talks about him.
“Amidst all this horror, it's important to keep our eyes on the unhinged fascist lunatic,” Colbert said. “I’m talking about former President ‘Stonewall Jackass.’ He has been out there pushing a pro-Putin agenda, forever.”
Colbert also called out Fox News for some of its coverage of Putin and Ukraine in the lead-up to the invasion. Some at Fox, especially popular opinion host Tucker Carlson, defended Putin’s buildup of military forces along the Ukrainian border before the invasion began.
“The ex-prez took to Russian state media — I’m sorry, I misread that — Fox News, and he had a lot of opinions,” Colbert said.
“He had a lot of opinions, just not a lot of information.”
Colbert was referencing an interview Trump did with Fox’s Laura Ingraham on Wednesday in which the former president became confused about who was landing on Ukrainian shores shortly after the invasion began. When Ingraham mentioned an amphibious landing by Russian forces, Trump thought she was talking about American troops.
“Sometimes he has trouble telling the difference between America and Russia,” Colbert said. “He knows he worked for one of them.”

The United States imported more gasoline and other refined petroleum products from Russia than any other country in 2021.
That will make it tricky for President Biden and the United States to maneuver as it attempts to impose restrictions on U.S. exports to Russia, in the wake of President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
What will also make it tricky is that our trade with Russia is not particularly balanced, although certainly gasoline and oil imports exacerbate that imbalance.
In 2021, Russia accounted for 21% of all U.S. gasoline imports, with Canada second at 17%. By value, Russian imports increased 71.05%, which is slightly less than overall imports, which increased 80.53%. The Russian total was $12.78 billion.
These are not, however, record years for gasoline imports, thanks to increased U.S. production brought on by hydraulic fracking.
Oil and gasoline are complicated markets, so it’s not as simple as flipping a switch, but it’s worth noting that the United States exported $84.94 billion of gasoline and other refined petroleum products in 2021, or about six times as much as those Russian imports.

Of course, Graham was one of three Republicans to vote to confirm Jackson to the U.S. Circuit Court just last year."
New to politics, pederast?
She's from SC. So is Graham. He was up for re-election last year.
Precisely no one who closely follows this shit finds this surprising.
Stick to buggering pre-pubescent boys, pederast.

When she was promoted, it was widely rumored she was just a trojan horse to fast-track to the Supreme Court.
Now Biden is trying to do just that.
From the "minor" league straight to the Supreme Court
Biden is trying to destroy America in record time
and that is his legacy
FJB
You mean Graham voted FOR her even though she WASN'T qualified?
Explain that.

Zelensky Told EU Leaders They Might Not See Him Again
February 25, 2022 at 10:31 am EST By Taegan Goddard 21 Comments
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told EU leaders “this might be the last time you see me alive” during a video conference on Thursday night,
Axios reports.
The video call took place before the EU decided on a new series of sanctions against Russia.
I remember very well, when President Ronald Reagan stood next to the Berlin Wall and said." Mr. Gorbachev tear down that wall."
Putin is hell-bent on re-creating a new empire to restore his declining country to superpower status.
Putin’s extraordinary gamble to invade Ukraine is in pursuit of this goal. While that’s led to a complete breakdown in Moscow’s ties with the West, it’s part of Putin’s plan. To restore his country’s greatness, in his view, he also needs a wholesale revision to the European security arrangements that emerged from Russia’s defeat in the Cold War.
PRAISERS OF PUTIN, BE ASHAMED!
