We previously discussed the cases of attorneys Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman, who were accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail into a police vehicle in New York. They were facing domestic terrorism charges and the possibility of 30 years in jail. This week, the Biden Administration agreed to a massive reduction of the charges in a plea agreement that will likely result only in a couple years of jail time. What is particularly bizarre is that the plea agreement reduces an earlier plea agreement for a more serious offense.
![]() |
| You are a Republican and need to be sent to jail! |
Notably, Rahman and Mattis pleaded guilty last year to one count of possessing and making an explosive device, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. Now, however, they will be allowed to withdraw the earlier plea and instead plead guilty to conspiring to assemble the Molotov cocktail and damage the New York Police Department patrol car. That is a nosebleed of a drop in the severity and punishment for this violent attack.
It is a sharp contrast to the harsh position taken by the Biden Justice Department on many of those accused of rioting on January 6th. Attorney General Merrick Garland cited the threat to police officers in pledging an unprecedented effort to charge and convict those involved “on any level” in the riot.
So to recap:
- The defendants had already plead guilty to the charges they are obviously guilty of. They were caught dead to rights bombing a police car.
- The Biden Administration allowed them to withdraw their plea, plead guilty to a lesser charge of simply conspiring to do what they did (rather than actually doing it), and take what could have been 10-30 years in prison and turn it into a two year sentence which they may or may not even serve that time
Meaning that there are people who committed no violent act at all, but happened to be protesting at the Capital on Jan 6th who will likely do more time than two liberal activists who bombed a police car with a homemade explosive device.
Oh and this comes on the heels of the Administration arresting a former Trump advisor at the airport, putting him in leg shackles and frog marching him in... for the charge of "Contempt of Congress" which has not actually been enforced by law enforcement in literal decades.
You seriously cannot make this shit up... and why this Administration has become the most corrupt partisan Administration in our lifetimes.

By legal definition this is clearly sedition
Cheney noted the former president has not “expressed any sense of remorse about what happened” and that he has continued to “use even more extreme language, frankly, than the language that caused the attack.”
“And so, people must pay attention,” Cheney said. “People must watch, and they must understand how easily our democratic system can unravel if we don’t defend it.”

The most compelling comment you've made this year alky.
Ah, early June. The weather is warm, the water is fine, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is casually doing the most diabolical shit.
You name the progressive cause, and DeSantis has taken substantive steps to stymie it over the past few days, waging attacks on everything from gun control to vaccine mandates to trans rights.
Speaking of activists.
January 6 committee 'has found evidence of concerted planning and premeditated activity,' Raskin says
A Democratic member of the January 6 committee, Jamie Raskin, said the panel’s hearings would demonstrate the extensive planning conducted by those who carried out the attack on the Capitol.
“The committee has found evidence of concerted planning and premeditated activity,” Raskin said in a virtual discussion with the Washington Post today.
The idea that all of this was just a rowdy demonstration that spontaneously got a little out of control is absurd like you said on January 6th!
Actually upgraded kitchen and air conditioning and upgraded power supply 👌
And fruit trees 🌳
Biden hands over Solar panel production to China.
10% kickback.to the Big Guy.
Speaking of voting fraud in 2019.
LANSING, Michigan, June 6 (Reuters) - State police in Michigan have obtained warrants to seize voting equipment and election-related records in at least three towns and one county in the past six weeks, police records show, widening the largest known investigation into unauthorized attempts by allies of former President Donald Trump to access voting systems.
The previously unreported records include search warrants and investigators' memos obtained by Reuters through public records requests. The documents reveal a flurry of efforts by state authorities to secure voting machines, poll books, data-storage devices and phone records as evidence in a probe launched in mid-February.
The state’s investigation follows breaches of local election systems in Michigan by Republican officials and pro-Trump activists trying to prove his baseless claims of widespread fraud in the 2020 election.
The police documents reveal, among other things, that the state is investigating a potential breach of voting equipment in Lake Township, a small, largely conservative community in northern Michigan's Missaukee County. The previously unreported case is one of at least 17 incidents nationwide, including 11 in Michigan, in which Trump supporters gained or attempted to gain unauthorized access to voting equipment.
Roger, what channels are carrying the Jan 6th hearings?
ABC?
NBC?
CBS?
Kputz is so stupid 🙄
Biden allows solar panel imports while also moving to boost domestic production
Eventually we will make all of them here.
The solar industry cheered the move.
"The president's action is a much-needed reprieve from this industry-crushing probe," said Abigail Ross Hopper, the president and chief executive officer of the Solar Energy Industries Association.
Last month, Hopper had voiced concerns to NPR that the ongoing tariff investigation was "wiping out a decade of solar job growth."
The White House is framing the import window as a "bridge" to a period where domestic solar manufacturing is much more robust.
The U.S. solar industry has grown exponentially in recent years, but is nowhere near the pace needed to reach Biden's goal of a net carbon-neutral energy sector in the next 13 years.
In an effort to speed up that growth even more, Biden is also invoking the Defense Production Act to help expand American solar panel manufacturing, as well as other clean energy technology like building insulation, efficient heat pumps for buildings, equipment for fuel cells and power grid infrastructure like transformers. The president is also directing the federal government to increase the amount of U.S.-made solar panels and clean technology products it buys, as well.
If production ramps up as expected, the administration expects domestic solar manufacturing to triple by 2024. "Enough," said the administration official, "to enable more than 3.3 million homes per year to switch to solar energy."
January 6 committee 'has found evidence of concerted planning and premeditated activity,' Raskin says
I heard some of them even booked hotel rooms and arranged transportation to and from the rally! Better put them away! Can't be having people actually planning to go to an event!
But let's let the two people who were handing out homemade bombs, bombed police cars, and then said that violence was the only way to get attention off with a slap on the wrist!
Do you even realize how "gullible" you sound?
In an effort to speed up that growth even more, Biden is also invoking the Defense Production Act to help expand American solar panel manufacturing, as well as other clean energy technology like building insulation, efficient heat pumps for buildings, equipment for fuel cells and power grid infrastructure like transformers.
And so it begins. The proverbial 'camel's nose under the tent.'
The shit birds with their hand up Joey's ass making his lips move have figured out that they can use the Defense Production Act for whatever the fuck they want.
And absolutely fucking NO ONE in the GOP is paying attention.
Eventually we will make all of them here.

The people of the panel keep talking about what will happen on Thursday and beyond
Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) on Monday said the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol has found evidence on former President Trump that supports “a lot more than incitement.”
Roger...
Can you define the criminal nature of "incitement" and what is required to prove it as a crime?
I will give you a hint...
It would not involve something that was said or done behind the scenes that needed to be "uncovered". Incitement "LITERALLY" is the public act of explicitly inciting people to commit a specific crime.
I would offer that you spend about an hour researching the subject (avoiding any and all mention of Trump). Find out how hard it actually is to convict someone of incitement.
I dare you!
Or of course... you could be a brainless drone and just listen to the politicians...
More up your alley!
Incitement is not an indictment.
You really are the brainless person here

This morning, the Brookings Institution is out with a comprehensive guide to this week’s hearings: TRUMP ON TRIAL: A Guide to the January 6 Committee Hearings and the Question of Criminality. The 100+ page report is authored by Norman Eisen, Donald Ayer, Joshua Perry, Noah Bookbinder, and E. Danya Perry — and very much worth your time.
From the executive summary:
The issue of criminality is central to the congressional hearings commencing on June 9, 2022, convened by the House of Representatives’ Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. Pending the Committee’s own interim or final reports, this publication serves as a guide to the hearings and the evidence the Committee and prosecutors may adduce as to whether Trump and his circle committed crimes. The report covers key players in the attempt to overturn the election, the known facts regarding their conduct, and the criminal law applicable to their actions.
The report goes beyond prior analyses to provide the first in-depth treatment of the voluminous publicly available facts and the relevant law, including possible defenses.
The report reviews the evidence as to whether Trump as a matter of law conspired with his outside counsel John Eastman, administration lawyer Jeffrey Clark, and others to defraud the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, by scheming to block the electoral count on January 6, 2021 and to subvert the Department of Justice’s election enforcement work.
We similarly review the evidence as to whether Trump and Eastman violated 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c) with their scheme to obstruct the congressional count. While this report is primarily focused on federal offenses, we also note evidence potentially probative of state criminal violations. Fulton County, Georgia is one jurisdiction currently investigating such evidence, and we briefly address the factual and legal analysis attendant to that investigation, which is also the subject of a separate report by some of the authors here.
Our review of well-established law and public record evidence as it exists today leads us to believe that there is substantial evidence of all the essential elements of those federal and state offenses and suggests there is a substantial basis for prosecutors to go forward.
Happy Monday 😊

Incitement is not an indictment.
Huh?
Are you suggesting that Pelosi and gang are not trying to say that Trump should be prosecuted for "incitement" - because that is technically a crime.
Would be really a strange thing to use a criminal term...
If they didn't mean it that way?
Are you suggesting that is what they are doing?
Does this make you feel the same way 🤔??

Yes Roger...
Very good.
Now can you tell us what the criminal statute requires to prove incitement?
Because I can tell you... it has to be explicit instructions to carry out a crime.... and that crime has to be committed immediately following the instructions being provided.
It cannot be "inferred".
It cannot be "implied".
It cannot be "planned in private".
It has to be explicit.
You cannot charge someone for incitement UNLESS it is explicit.
Do you understand what that means Roger?
Now can you tell us what the criminal statute requires to prove incitement?

Yes exactly. A direct order and very specific.

(a)
Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for not more than twenty years.
Yes exactly. A direct order and very specific.
Since the President is being accused... and it was the general public who Democrat deem to be "incited" to commit the crime of rioting or what not....
Wouldn't we already know if he "incited it"?
Did he give a direct order to commit any crimes?
Or did he quite literally tell the crowd to march "peacefully" down to the Capital to protest?
Which was it Roger?
Again... a direct order is a "direct order".
it is not... well he said one thing, but we think he meant another.
it is not... well he was telling other people that he wanted this or that to happen...
Where is the "direct order"?
There are many different people saying about it.
I just found this 😍
As a constitutional law professor for 30 years, I have been teaching law students and undergraduates that while the First Amendment protects abstract appeals for illegal actions or even highly offensive expression, there can and should be criminal liability for speech that incites the likely and imminent risk of violence. To borrow a famed First Amendment concept, when it comes to President Donald Trump’s rambling, exhortative speech at the Mall to his followers, I know criminal incitement when I see it.
The Events of January 6
Notwithstanding the post-January 6 revisionist efforts to the contrary, the facts compellingly show that Trump groomed, agitated and then incited his followers to commit horrific acts of violence, including foreseeably causing irreparable damage to the Capitol and governmental institutions. The build-up to and the actual litany of his inflammatory battle cries to violence have been widely reported.
Trump’s design to whip up hysteria was long in the making. The latest iteration started with express requests that his followers come to Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021 for a “big protest” premised on the false claim that the election was stolen. His now-famous December 19 tweet emphasized a desire for the day’s events to go beyond a rally and speechifying: “Be there, will be wild!”[1]
In the days leading up to the attack on the Capitol, Trump continued with his incitement campaign by making it clear, in a Tweet on January 5, that he and his followers “[wouldn’t] stand for a landslide election victory to be stolen.” He intoned that they simply weren’t going to allow the Democrats and weak Republicans to silence their voices and that the upcoming gathering was going to be a march “to Save America” and to block Joe Biden’s ascension to the presidency
Roger you're embarrassing yourself here and don't even know it
But most people believe that the first Amendment rights are almost absolute.
Unless you directly order me to kill a drug addicted Black man. You can't be charged for murder.
But I don't agree with him
LII U.S. Code Title 18 PART I CHAPTER 19 § 373
18 U.S. Code § 373 - Solicitation to commit a crime of violence
Well alky, all one has to do is read the actual text of Trump's speech where he clearly and unequivocally called for the attendees to remain peaceful as they approached the Capitol. The pretzel logic required to turn that into incitement to riot requires the pathological lying skills of every democrat member of the J6 clown car COMBINED.
What matters here is what was communicated publicly that day.
Clearly you're too stupid to grasp this most fundamental concept.
I already mentioned it you dumb shit
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) “voiced his support Monday for raising the age to 21 for purchasing semi-automatic weapons and questioned why individuals need to own high-powered AR-15-style weapons
Manchin's a fool.
There's nothing "high-powered" about an AR-15 chambered in .223/5.56 NATO.
This matter officials probing the Trump Organization’s property valuations
New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is investigating whether Trump inflated property values for investors and deflated them in federal tax forms. She is pushing for Trump to hand over documents and for Trump himself to sit for a deposition, a call he has so far refused in violation of a court order.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) is continuing a similar probe into potential tax fraud and financial crimes. The case already resulted in charges filed last year against former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg for his alleged role in a 15-year tax fraud scheme.
The Westchester County, N.Y., district attorney’s office also launched an investigation in October into whether the Trump Organization misled officials about the property value of Trump National Golf Club Westchester.
Al Capone
Notwithstanding the post-January 6 revisionist efforts to the contrary, the facts compellingly show that Trump groomed, agitated and then incited his followers to commit horrific acts of violence, including foreseeably causing irreparable damage to the Capitol and governmental institutions. The build-up to and the actual litany of his inflammatory battle cries to violence have been widely reported.
Well... Roger...
You just stated that the law is clear.
It has to be a direct order.
Anything short of an explicit order is not good enough.
Convictions for anything less than a direct order are routinely overturned on appeal... EVERY SINGLE TIME!
So why would you go ahead...
Show us the law...
Say it is direct...
and then copy and paste someone who states differently than the law?
incites, aggitates, etc... is not a direct or or explicit instructions.
How is it that you can ignore your own research and get sucked back into the lala land of liberal logic ten minutes later?
Do you live in a mental institution or something?

The next few days are going to be interesting.
Thursday night, at the inaugural hearing at 8pm, the panel’s chairman, Bennie Thompson, and the vice-chair, Liz Cheney, are likely to make opening arguments, outline a roadmap for the hearings, and give an overview of the events of 6 January, and the preceding weeks.
The panel is likely to focus on broad themes for the following four hearings, such as how Trump used false claims of voter fraud to undermine the 2020 election and future races, and how he tried to use fake electors to deceive Congress into returning him to office.
House investigators are also likely to focus on how Trump directly pivoted to the 6 January congressional certification – and not the December deadlines for states to certify their electors – as an inflection point, and how his actions led straight to militia and far-right groups’ covert maneuverings.
The panel is then likely to reserve its most explosive revelations for the final hearing in prime time, where the select committee members Adam Kinzinger and Elaine Luria are expected to run through Trump’s actions and inactions as the 6 January attack unfolded.

Former Democratic congressman pleads guilty to bribing an elections judge to stuff primary ballots: report
Matthew Chapman
June 06, 2022
On Monday, the Justice Department announced that former Rep. Michael "Ozzie" Myers (D-PA) has pleaded guilty to several election crimes, including "conspiracy to deprive voters of civil rights, bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election."
This comes after he was implicated in a criminal scheme to stuff primary ballot boxes for various Democratic candidates from 2014 to 2018 — and paid off a local elections judge to do it.
"Specifically, Myers admitted in court to bribing the Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 36th Division in South Philadelphia, Domenick J. Demuro, in a fraudulent scheme over several years," said the DOJ's statement. "Demuro, who was charged separately and pleaded guilty in May 2020, was responsible for overseeing the entire election process and all voter activities of his Division in accord with federal and state election laws."
I love it when I kick your ass you say Because you are partisan and not too bright.

Scared About Gun Violence? Vote Republican, Get A Gun, And Prepare For Self-Defense
BY: NATHANAEL BLAKE
The more the left encourages crime and social disintegration, the more the rest of us must prepare to defend ourselves and our families.
Democrats’ rhetoric on guns doesn’t match reality. The “common sense gun control” policies they say they want would just tinker around the edges of the problem of gun violence in general, and not stop mass shootings in particular. Even giving a generous benefit of the doubt to proposals such as an “assault weapons ban” and “closing the gun show loophole,” they would at best marginally reduce the number of mass shootings and their casualties.
For all of their rhetorical Sturm und Drang, such as accusations that Republicans have children’s blood on their hands, Democrats’ proposals would do little to nothing to stop, or even slow down, most mass murderers. Thus, unless they are stupid or faking their moral outrage, the left’s actual gun control agenda is much more radical than they usually claim.
They will use whatever outrage they can gin up to take what they can get now, then push for more. They are not, of course, the only political movement to employ this sort of incremental approach, but they are especially dishonest about it.
Charles Blow of the New York Times recently took the gun control movement to task for this duplicity, along the way admitting what we all know, which is that Democrat efforts to sound moderate on guns are lies. He acknowledges that what they (and he) want is “a nonstop parade of laws, with new ones passed as they are deemed necessary, ad infinitum.”
So yes, they’re coming for your guns. Fortunately, they will likely fail because Americans know we cannot trust the left to protect our families and communities.
Democrats Encouraged Every Policy That Corrupted Our Culture
Gun control is all about displacement. It seeks to scapegoat rural conservatives for the violence that is overwhelmingly a problem of Democratic-supporting urban areas. As Kevin Williamson recently observed:
The gun-control debate is first and foremost a culture-war issue for Democrats. There is a great deal of violent crime in the United States, and that crime is concentrated in big cities over which Democrats enjoy an effective monopoly of political power. The people who commit most of the murders in the United States — and the people who most often die in those murders — check a lot of Democratic-voter demographic boxes.
Gun control is also about blaming the disorder, violence, and nihilism of American life on guns, rather than on a corrupt culture. Having encouraged almost every policy and cultural change that has made America less virtuous and more violent, the left has no idea how to make America peaceful, other than piling more restrictions on guns. Violent crime thrives in Democratic-run cities, and the seeds of nihilistic terrorism perpetrated by mass shooters are most commonly cultivated in the soil of family and social decay.
It is the left that is letting violent criminals out on low, or no, bail. It is the left that excused and even cheered the riots of 2020. It is the left that refuses to secure our borders as lethal rivers of drugs flow into our communities. It is the left that rejoices in the destruction of the traditional family, even as family breakdown leads to more children being poor and abused, and as fatherless boys turn to crime.
It is the left that has torn down the moral wisdom of the ages, and is now trying to build a new morality out of half-baked race and gender theories rooted in third-hand Marxism. It is the left that is more interested in teaching children about gender than geometry.
