Why can’t Trump go to the Supreme Court?

Trump can’t go to the Supreme Court because he has no case. The Supreme Court will not blanket overturn a presidential election and hand the victory to Trump.
___

Such a simple answer, Ch. Why weren't you capable of it yesterday?

Such a simple answer, Ch

Simple (but wrong) answer from a simpleton.

I guess one simpleton answering another simpleton.

Certainly do not need someone with understanding (like me) to interfere.

Continue on you two!

Circlejerk away!

Trump Thinks The Supreme Court Will Overturn The Election For Him (They Won’t)
by Jason Easly

Trump showed how deeply Biden’s win has broken him by telling a crowd of supporters that he is taking the election to the Supreme Court.

Trump said (SEE VIDEO BELOW),
“No we continue to fight. We’ve had some great moments. We just need somebody with courage to do what they have to do because everyone knows it is wrong, we need somebody with courage somebody that makes decisions. And we’ll be going up to the supreme court very shortly and we really if we have — If we have courage and wisdom I think you know what the answer is going to be because you can’t let people get away with what they got away with.”

Trump can’t go to the Supreme Court because he has no case. The Supreme Court will not blanket overturn a presidential election and hand the victory to Trump.

A big part of the president’s strategy has been to try to get state legislatures to overturn the election results so that he could contest one state before the Supreme Court, but state legislatures have refused to go along with his coup attempt.

Donald Trump appears to seriously believe that the Supreme Court is going to overturn an election and give him four more years in office.

Joe Biden’s win has so broken Trump that he is living in a delusional fantasy world.

The Supreme Court won’t overturn the election.

Joe Biden will be president at noon on January 20, 2021.

Thanks for the spam Reverend...

Thanks for another no answer answer, Ch.
Really revealing!

I've already answer you multiple times Reverend...

And I have a question for you:

Do you think I am Donald Trump?

Do you think that I am not really a software engineer living in Seattle, but rather I am Donald Trump posing as a blogger?

Is that what you believe?

If not...

Why do you act as if "I" am responsible for what the "actual" Donald Trump says or does?

Hint... I am only responsible for what "I" say and what "I" do!

I have given you my answer.

MULTIPLE TIMES

My answer does not change because of some Donald Trump statement.

Not sure why you think it would.

C.H. Truth said...

You lost that debate, Reverend....

So bad that you answered zero of my questions (because you couldn't).

Stop being a child and following me around on other threads trying to rehash and pretending I need to answer you again and again and again. I don't. Accept it. Now grow the fuck up.

That’s the damn truth, he’s dumber than the bag of dirt in the trunk of my car

The Reverend is still pissed off...

Mainly because unlike him and Roger...

I don't "follow" opinions of politicians.

Whereas Biden, Pelosi, Schumer and gang provide the liberals here with their talking points, I simply don't give a bigger rats ass what Donald Trump or anyone says.

I make my own arguments.

Perhaps that is the confusion. When Biden says 2+2=5 the Reverend will immediately do everything in his power to make the same argument and support his fearful leader. No matter how stupid he looks.

But if Trump says 2+2=5 - I laugh and say.. nope. It's 4.

But the Reverend will act as if Trump's argument is my argument.

Because Biden's argument is ALWAYS the Reverends argument. No exceptions.

Next Thursday is going to be very hard for Trump legally.

Donald Trump won’t blunt the investigation by the congressional committee investigating the deadly January 6th attack on the Capitol by announcing that he’s running for the Oval Office again, a member of the panel said Sunday.

Elaine Luria, a Virginia congresswoman and one of seven Democrats on the committee, told CNN’s Dana Bash, “The bottom line is that no one is above the law – whether he’s a president, former president or a potential future presidential candidate, we are going to pursue the facts.”

Luria’s remarks were in response to an oft-asked question about whether Trump could simply announce he is running for president again in 2024 and shield himself from the threat of prosecution posed by the evidence presented during the January 6 committee’s recent hearings.

Secret Service’s January 6 text messages story has shifted several times, panel is told.

They are considering a subpoena to Mike Pence and even Trump

While the committee itself can’t charge Trump, it can recommend that federal prosecutors do so.

They have been working independently from the house committee hearings.

I don't see a single chink in Easley's simple statement above. I saw all kinds of chinks in your lengthy fabrications yesterday.

Trump announced he was going to the Supreme Court and get the election result reversed. Didn't happen. And Easley told why, the same thing I said yesterday: Trump couldn't get legal traction with the lower courts, so the Supreme Court refused to get involved.

C.H. Truth said...

No you didn't...

Had you really seen them, you would have specifically pointed them out.

Rather you did what you always do.

You just posted a different opinion on a slightly different portion of that subject and demanded that it is "superior" - without explaining why.

Always posting someone else...

He is an experienced prosecutor. Thomas Windom

As the Justice Department began in late 2021 to develop cases alleging complex conspiracies and investigate sources of funding, it assigned an experienced prosecutor from Maryland, Thomas Windom, to focus on those efforts.

Justice Department prosecutor Thomas Windom is focusing on cases alleging complex conspiracies related to the Jan. 6 attack.

Mr. Windom previously met with some skepticism within the department when he pushed to explore the activities of several members of Mr. Trump’s inner circle, the people said, with some officials believing prosecutors lacked sufficient evidence to pursue those paths. But the hearings have revealed new details of Mr. Trump’s actions leading up to and on Jan. 6, 2021, that legal experts have said could put the former president in greater legal jeopardy for charges such as fraud, inciting a riot or obstructing the election’s certification.

The testimony of former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson in particular—including her allegation that Mr. Trump knew some of the protesters were armed but wanted them at his rally and at the Capitol anyway—has broadened some Justice Department officials’ view of the potential scope of the probe, the people said, though officials said the testimony didn’t prompt any change in investigative strategy.

His inaction on January 6th will be the focus next Thursday prime time.

The next few days prior to the committee has I wonder how much new information will surface 🤔

Like their traitorous forefathers and foremothers of the Confederacy, the Trumpists and Republican fascists also believe themselves to be "patriots" and "defenders" of democracy and the Constitution, doing the work of God in a "Christian" struggle as special heirs to the legacy of America's founding.

And like the Confederates and other white Americans throughout the country's history, the Trumpists reject the idea that a Black or brown American's vote and democratic agency should have the same merit as those of white people. Properly understood, Jan. 6 was a white rage tempter tantrum and an exercise in a type of "freedom" exclusive to white Americans: the right to reject elections and other democratic outcomes not to their liking, through violence if need be.

Like the traitors of the Confederacy, Trumpists reject the idea that Black or brown people's democratic agency should have the same agency as those of white people.
