Watch the sidebar countdown....

A while back Roger "lock down facility" Amick told us all that Trump would be in jail within two months. When questioned, he doubled down on his assertion. That prediction came nearly three weeks ago! That day I put the counter on the sidebar. Roger now has 43 days for his dream prediction to come through.

If he was wrong, Roger suggested he would not comment on this blog anymore!
He would voluntarily go away!

Given there would need to be an indictment, charges, as assignment of a judges, jury selection, a trial, deliberation, a verdict, sentencing hearing, and eventually a date for a potential prison term to begin... it seems like time is running out for this to come true. More to the point, it is unlikely Trump is ever charged for anything. If he was charged there is little chance of a "unanimous" jury.

But even if he was convicted, he would appeal. Literally most everything that is being suggested would be overturned on appeal as almost every "incitement' verdict has been in the past. The precedents are there to support an overturn of a jury verdict and something like this would end up at the USSC.  You know, the Trump USSC!

Poor Roger.... what will he do once he keeps his promise and stops participating in the all of the CHT fun? Any chance that he will hold true to his word or do we believe he will ignore it and just continue to be an annoyance here.

"his followers were persecuted by the authorities"

In the US πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ legal system prior to Joe Failure we had a system of "prosecution".

MAGA rioter alerted FBI to himself by colling the hotline 'to clear his name' — he got arrested

Ray Hartmann

July 24, 2022

A Pennsylvania man tried an unusual strategy for avoiding punishment after taking part in the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol: He called the FBI hotline using just part of his name.

It didn’t work out so well for Samuel Fontanez Rodriguez, 33, of Emmaus, PA. Rodriguez was arrested Friday on charges of illegal entry, disorderly conduct and parading at the Capitol.

Rodriguez had called the FBI National Threat Operations Center on January 22, 2021, as “Samuel Fontanez,” according to the FBI criminal complaint against him. He provided his birth date, phone number and address, the report said.

“Fontanez further stated that he called to clear his name surrounding the events at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021,” the report stated. “Fontanez further stated that he was at the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021, and he was exposed to tear gas and smoke bombs. Fontanez stated he was in the area of the U.S. Capitol building from approximately 2:05 p.m. to 2:22 p.m. Fontanez stated he entered the Capitol building for a short period of time. After he exited the building, he turned around and took a photograph of the Capitol building.”

Rodriguez’ self-incriminating information was corroborated by fellow rioter Jackson Kostolsky, who had listed Rodriguez in his cell phone as “New Sammy Dose.” Kostolsky pleaded guilty last September to misdemeanor charges in connection with the riot.

Rodriguez repeated the allegations against himself in an interview with FBI agents at his home.

Zoom in: The Arizona governor's race is shaping up as the biggest test of whether the party establishment can win a fight against Trump.

Former Vice President Mike Pence, snubbing his former boss, endorsed real estate developer Karrin Taylor Robson in the Arizona governor's primary.Pence held a rally for her Friday, the same day as Trump's Arizona rally with another Republican challenger, former TV news anchor Kari Lake — one of the most outspoken amplifiers of Trump's false claims of election fraud.

Only two Trump-endorsed candidates in contested primaries are clear favorites.

In Wyoming, a July poll found attorney Harriet Hageman leading Cheney by 22 points (52%-30%).For U.S. Senate in Arizona, venture capitalist Blake Masters is ahead in polls.

A number of Trump's candidates are on the defensive everywhere else.

Alaska's ranked-choice voting system is making it difficult for Trump-endorsed Sarah Palin, running for Alaska's vacant House seat, to get traction.Reps. Jamie Herrera-Beutler and Dan Newhouse benefit from Washington state's all-party primary system, in which Democrats could end up boosting the fortunes of the two anti-Trump Republicans.

Reality check: Trump drew big crowds in Arizona on Friday and Florida on Saturday.

The bottom line: If Trump continues to struggle, he could find himself with a middling record in the most consequential primary races — just as he wants to project strength for 2024.

Now like many alcoholics and other people with compulsion and addiction issues.... they tend to believe that "everyone" has the same conditions and problems that they have, but that others are inferior for not accepting it.

As in.. yes I am an alcoholic with IED (which is why Lydia had to go to the police) - but so is everyone else! They are all weak because they won't admit it and do something about it.

There is a clinical definition of this condition and it is called projection. Again, extremely common with people who have addiction and self-control issues.

It is my prediction that, whether it will be decided soon or late, he will never be able to achieve the kind of dictatorship that he wanted and still wants to achieve in America, but will go down in our history as a self-exposed and self-disgraced abnormality who temporarily rose up in opposition to the long "arc of the moral universe that [still] bends toward justice" in our land and in our world.

It’s not just about the 2020 election anymore.

The unhealed wound in American politics first opened by Donald Trump – a President who mounted a coup attempt after he was rejected by voters – is already tainting the 2022 and 2024 elections.

A rush of fresh evidence and the House January 6 committee’s expanding ambition to hold the ex-President to account over the Capitol Insurrection mean its probe, and new hearings in September, will crash headlong into midterm election season.

Ad feedback

Trump all but declared a 2024 campaign this weekend, firing up a rally in Arizona with a new torrent of lies about his defeat to President Joe Biden and setting the tone for another democracy-rattling White House bid that he could officially launch at any moment.

January 6 committee prepares for a busy August

Trump’s determination to run a 2024 campaign of vengeance rooted in his mountain of misinformation means it could be 2026, at least, before Americans experience a campaign that is not shaped by his inability to accept his legitimate loss nearly two years ago.

Labeling the News
an impediment to understanding

Chris Bray
Jul 23

In March, 2011, in Trinity County, California, a woman in a remote mountain community called 911 and repeatedly whispered a single word into the phone: “Help.” Then she hung up. The sheriff’s department immediately sent a deputy, who expected to arrive within a few hours.

Because of that long travel time, law enforcement officials also called the nearest neighbors of the woman who had called for help, asking them to go over and see what the problem was. They did: James and Norma Gund went over to visit the neighbors, who had been murdered, and were lucky enough to survive after they were both stabbed by the murderer. After years of litigation, the Gunds ended up with Workers’ Compensation benefits — “because a sheriff's deputy had enlisted their help in the case, in effect making them law enforcement officers.”

Compare that story to the one from Josephine County, Oregon, about the woman who called 911 a couple hours before dawn on a Saturday morning to say that her violent ex-boyfriend was kicking down her front door. The 911 operator told her the sheriff would have a deputy on duty again on Monday, so.

This is the reality in a good portion of really rural America: The police could be just hours away, but only if you're lucky. The sheriff’s department in Lake County, Oregon, covers 8,500 square miles with seven patrol deputies. Not seven at a time; seven in total.

Now, read this thumbsucking story from The Guardian, if you must, about the knuckledragging far-right residents of Shasta County, California.

THE NEXT ABORTION BATTLEGROUNDS
July 25, 2022 at 7:11 am EDT By Taegan Goddard 19 Comments

David Leonhardt: “With Roe v. Wade overturned, many of the most intense battles over abortion access will involve the mailing of pills into Republican-run states.”

“Some pregnant women in these states will travel to states where abortion remains legal. But travel can be expensive and time-consuming, making it especially difficult for lower-income workers.”

“That’s why both sides of the abortion issue are now gearing up for an extended fight over what’s known as medication abortion — and specifically over whether women who live in red states will be able to order abortion pills through the mail, even if it’s illegal. Abortion rights advocates are hoping to protect mail services from legal challenges and trying to spread the word that medication abortion is both safe and effective. Abortion opponents are thinking about how to prevent the mail from becoming a loophole that undermines their newly created bans.”

Kansas Set for Abortion Vote
July 25, 2022 at 6:30 am EDT By Taegan Goddard 7 Comments

Washington Post: “Kansans are heading to the polls Aug. 2 to decide whether the state’s constitution protects the right to abortion — the first such constitutional amendment to be determined since the Supreme Court’s historic overturning of Roe v. Wade, ending federal protection, on June 24. More than a dozen Republican states have already moved by other means to ban or further restrict abortion in the wake of the decision that reversed Roe.”

“The ballot measure, if approved, would effectively overturn a 2019 decision by the state’s Supreme Court enshrining abortion rights in its constitution. The measure could pave the way for the legislature to pass a ban on abortion at a time when Kansas has become a destination for pregnant patients fleeing strict abortion measures in nearby states.”

“Donald Trump is coming back to Washington as Republican rivals maneuver for a possible primary challenge and lawmakers probe his culpability for the Jan. 6 insurrection,” Bloomberg reports.

“In the aftermath of his defeat and the chaos that unfolded at the Capitol on Jan. 6, Trump slipped out of Washington in disgrace the morning of President Joe Biden’s inauguration. His return — at a time when Biden is notching the lowest approval rating of his presidency and contending with foreign crises and domestic anger over inflation and culture-war issues — has fanned speculation about what’s considered an all-but-inevitable campaign announcement.”

Politico:
“Tuesday’s address represents a chance for Trump to demonstrate a focus on policy rather than score-settling. It will be the latest in a continuous war between those in Trump’s orbit who want him to move on, and his own instincts and ID, which prevent him from doing so.”

Associated Press:

Dr. Deborah Birx admits being deceitful when recommending Covid strategies to Trump

Dr. Deborah Birx, who served in the Trump administration as part of the Covid response team, has admitted in her book and before Congress that much of the guidance issued to mitigate the pandemic was arbitrary
. In her book Silent Invasion, she discusses the planning that went into an essential component of the strategy to handle Covid, one that has been roundly mocked: two weeks to stop the spread. The data used to back it up was from other countries, and Birx intentionally obfuscated her intentions for a robust lockdown.

Birx writes in her book, she writes about assembling a team that she could "trust" to "look at the numbers and provide unvarnished analysis free from a hidden or political agenda. There would be no groupthink within my inner circle." But after deciding to trust the data, Birx noted that the "CDC didn't have the demographic data [she] was looking for. Worse, the data it did have would never help paint an accurate picture of this pandemic outbreak."

The data, as it was gathered, the sources it was gathered from, and the methods, was not adequate to give a clear picture that could be used to make conclusive public health recommendations. Birx said that there was essentially a "silent" spread of Covid and there was no way to track it. This, she said, led to the US staying "stalled in the 'containment' phase rather than aggressively mitigating. The normal way to track a virus was through detecting symptoms, but without seeing symptoms, there was no way to track it. What Birx was looking for was a "Plan B."
"The existing CDC data" wasn't of any use, Birx said, picking apart the CDC's approach, saying that they should have been more forceful in their data collection and in going to states and demanding information.

Despite not having adequate data, Birx pushed ahead with her plans to convince Trump and his advisors to go along with her mitigation plans. She writes that in March 2020, she met with the President, and her plan was to obfuscate her intentions for economic shutdowns, knowing that Trump was wary of anything that would tank the economy he had worked so hard to build.
"I couldn't do anything that would reveal my true intention," she writes
, "to use the travel ban as one brick in the construction of a larger wall of protective measures we needed to enact very soon." Trump's team was more concerned about the impacts and potential for loss of lives to Americans of shutting society down. She blasts the administration for their concerns over the economy, concerns which have played out in real time to the point where the country could be facing devastating impacts, as is the globe.
She writes that "the failure here does not belong to any one institution or person. It's bigger than that, broader than that. It defies easy explanation or reflexive answers. It's easy to lay the blame at the feet of the Trump administration… but it's crucial to understand that the CDC had been fully funded for global health security since 2009." In Birx's view, while Trump does take much of the blame, this was a failure of the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Disney Streaming Service Blocks Political Ads
July 25, 2022 at 9:35 am EDT By Taegan Goddard Leave a Comment

“The Disney-backed streaming service Hulu is refusing to run political ads on central themes of Democratic midterm campaigns, including abortion, guns and the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, prompting fury from the party’s candidates and leaders,” the Washington Post reports.

“The streaming service popular among younger voters, which has a policy against running content deemed controversial, is like other digital providers in not being bound by the Communications Act of 1934, a law that requires broadcast television networks to provide politicians equal access to the airwaves.”

WELL NOW, LET'S SEE....
WHAT WAS ALL THAT ABOUT REPUBLICANS BEING "FOR" FREEDOM OF POLITICAL SPEECH AND DEMOCRATS BEING AGAINST IT?

Just Exactly how bad is it inside Bidenomics.

White House says a second consecutive quarter of negative GDP 'unlikely' to be indicative of recession"

Lol they don't get to "re-define" what a recession is.

Recession to consecutive quarters with Zero or Negative growth is the definition.
Period.

Deborah Birx Was Dr. Lockdown
The chief architect of America's insane COVID policy writes a tell-all book

Future historians will explore two important stories in the last year of the first Trump Administration for clues regarding the stolen 2020 election: the complete subversion of CISA under Christopher Krebs (and his best friend, DHS Secretary Chad Wolf), and the disastrous White House Coronavirus Task Force, chaired by the equally disastrous Vice President Mike Pence.

While Dr. Anthony Fauci grabs the lion’s share of attention on the task force, Dr. Deborah Birx has now written a self-serving book and thus, unintentionally of course, seized her portion of the blame.

To stir up interest in her new book, Dr. Birx has suddenly admitted publicly that COVID-19 is a “chimera” virus (bioweapon) developed (at least partially) at the Wuhan Lab.

In a remarkable book review, Jeffrey Tucker identifies Dr. Birx as the chief architect of the “lockdown” strategy that caused so much economic damage and personal misery in America in the last two years.

Dr. Birx credits herself as the person who convinced President Trump to adopt the “15 days to slow the spread” policy — which she admits was a ruse to buy time to make lockdowns more permanent.

Dr. Birx also admits to “hiding” data in the weekly reports to state health officials in order to encourage her “lockdowns and masking and mass testing” regime.

This would be a shame on Republicans.

Congressional Republicans are eagerly floating investigations into Anthony Fauci and the Biden administration’s response to the coronavirus pandemic if they win back control of the House or Senate in the midterm elections.

“One way or another, if we are in the majority, we will subpoena his records and he will testify in the Senate under oath,” said Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who is in line to become the chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee if Republicans win the majority with the panel’s current ranking member, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), retiring.

SCIENCE. IT'S ABOUT THE DATA...

"In Birx's view, while Trump does take much of the blame..."
______

Read ALL that she has to say and admit about her own shortcomings.

Also read how she and Fauci almost had to hog tie Trump to keep him from his announced desire to "pack" the churches for a certain Easter.

It would have led to a disaster of deaths.

YOU'RE WELCOME!

With the exception of all of the commentators like Tucker Carlson etc, Fox News is condemning the former President Trump too!

Fox News' Bret Baier said on Sunday that the picture painted by the House select committee investigating the Capitol riot made former President Donald Trump "look horrific."

Baier, the network's chief political anchor, spoke on "Media Buzz" in reaction to Thursday's session, which centered on 187 minutes of the January 6, 2021, insurrection and Trump's actions and communications in that time — including remaining publicly silent as the violence unfolded.

"Laying out all these 187 minutes makes him look horrific, it really does," said Baier, who has long been a critic of Trump. He added that the contrast between Trump's inaction and then-Vice President Mike Pence's attempts to coordinate the administration was "very telling."

"To hear it and see it in that chronological order can be very powerful," he said.

The American Thinker is going crazier.

The race is on!  The Great Resetters who want an America of servile citizens willing to eat bugs, obey commands, accept fuel rationing, and own nothing have put the pedal to the metal in their nefarious plans to usher in worldwide communism for the masses and perpetual wealth, power, and privilege for the Schwab-Obama-Soros axis of evil (SOS, America, we're in distress!).  What had been a slow and long march through the institutions these last hundred years has taken on such urgency today that the communists have scurried out of their usual hiding places in the shadows to prance around before us in broad daylight!

What could have triggered the Marxists to metamorphose from methodical societal saboteurs into outright commie colonizers almost overnight?  In a word — Trump.  One minute, the America-destroyers were in total control of the Republican and Democrat-ish Parties, and America's Uniparty was in full lockstep, marching mechanically to the globalist order's tyrannical little tune.  And the next minute — bam! — Trump came out of nowhere, dashed their certain triumph, and deflated their celebratory balloons (filled with hot air and boasting, "Congratulations on your New World Order").  The global "elite" thought the man descending a golden escalator would be the perfect foil to launch Hillary into the White House with such an electoral landslide that the World Economic Forum's global socialism would get the mandate it needed to subdue America once and for all, and then, to their horror, it turned out that Trump was an America-loving patriot and brawler nobody had seen in the political arena for generations.

The international communists were taking victory laps before the 2016 election, while Donald Trump was busy dipping his wrapped fists in hot resin and broken glass before throwing deadly Dambe blows at both Hillary Clinton and the corrupt D.C. Establishment that has nourished and maintained her.  Remember when Trump held a pre-debate press conference with several Clinton survivors who had credibly accused Bill of rape and Hillary of destroying their lives?  Up to that point, nobody had dared to tell the truth to the Clintons' faces or dared to challenge the Pravda media's decades-long cover-ups for the Clintons' unhinged lies.  When the "outsider" Trump entered the ring, he didn't know he was supposed to take a dive in the second round, after giving the people a few minutes to blow off steam and cheer.  He went for the knockout, declaring war on the "enemy of the people" media, the wretchedly wicked Clintons, and the whole filthy, fetid Establishment that gives them power still today.  Hoo-boy, someone...finally...was fighting back!  He came out swinging and didn't stop until the bruised and bloody Uniparty limped off into a corner.  (Lesson learned: Never let the Uniparty limp away!)

EXCLUSIVE: All out at sea: Giant container ships carrying America's coffee, wine and electronics drop anchor outside Port of Oakland as truckers threaten to make strike 'indefinite'

Independent truck drivers have been blocking road access to the port since last week, preventing ships from unloading at the major shipping hub

Truckers have been protesting California's Assembly Bill 5, a law requiring certain industries to classify contractors as regular benefitted employees

Photos of the port showed rows of stacked shipping containers with nowhere to go and an armada of fully loaded freighters queued up, unable to unload
