There are bad attorneys and then there are attorneys who somehow accidently send entire digital copies of phones to the opposing counsel!

Seems to me that Jones is guilty as sin... but c'mon man! He is still entitled to some form of competent representation... isn't he?

I'm no lawyer, but can new evidence be presented to a witness on the stand?

I'm no judge either, but I would have thrown out the case after hearing this, and also jailed the attorneys on both sides.
