Did the FBI really uncover the highest level of classified nuclear secrets?
- Well, the "leaks" suggest that they found documents that were of the highest level of classification (or Top Secret).
- The same leaks also suggest that they found information on nuclear capabilities of foreign powers.
- But what they have not stated is that they found Top Secret nuclear information.
- They just "implied" it by leaking both pieces of information at the same time.
Certainly one would think that if they found top secret nuclear information that they would just come out and leak that. Why be cryptic and basically just repeat what they leaked previously, but in a manner that "implies" something different? If I didn't know any better, I would swear that these latest leaks are just sensationalized to keep the process in the news!
Obviously they have gone through the 100 new classified documents. Probably got through them the first couple hours they had them. It's been a month. Literally a month. There is no way that they are uncovering anything new with the classified documents that they seized. Why are they still "leaking"?
Btw... did anyone realize that the FBI leaking this information is illegal? In fact it is so illegal that a former FBI agent was just sentenced to 48 months in prison for leaking information to the press. It is basically the same level of crime that they are investigating Trump over?
Of course that information was harmful to the FBI. So that guy had to go to jail. These leaks are harmful to the bad orange man. Those from the Biden/Garland/Wray law enforcement who break the law to harm Trump are considered heroes!

They know full well that their case is complete bullshit, so their only play is to gin up an outrage mob in a Hail Mary attempt to make Trump look like such a heinous criminal that his public approval rating plummets.

So the doj will appeal appointing a special master. First, we have to wonder why. What don't they want exposed? But aside from that, many legal scholars are saying it is not appealable. It is the court's responsibility and authority.

Barr openly worried that a “Praetorian Guard mentality” at the Department of Justice and FBI propelled the unprecedented surveillance of Trump and his campaign team during the 2016 election.
“They identify the national interest with their own political preferences, and they feel that anyone who has a different opinion, you know, is somehow an enemy of the state,” Barr told CBS News reporter Jan Crawford in May 2019, the same month he assigned U.S. Attorney John Durham to probe the origins of Crossfire Hurricane.
“It’s just as dangerous to the continuation of self-government and our republican system that we do not allow government power, law enforcement or intelligence power, to play a role in politics, to intrude into politics, and affect elections,” Barr said, referring to concerns over foreign election interference.

Suddenly, Barr says, the danger to the republic is not posed by blatantly partisan prosecutors and investigators exercising unchecked authority to “play a role in politics” but by Donald Trump. According to a new report, before leaving office, former President Donald Trump declassified Russiagate documents to prevent a cover-up by the Biden administration.
Sources connected to Trump told Rolling Stone he was afraid the incoming Biden administration would “shred,” bury, or destroy evidence that exposed the Deep State plot against him, so before leaving office, he declassified all the documents connected to Crossfire Hurricane—the Obama investigation into the bogus allegations of Russian collusion.
This explanation matches past reporting. Anonymous intelligence officials previously told Newsweek the FBI was really after documents related to the Russian collusion hoax, and Trump himself hinted that Russian collusion documents might be among the materials at Mar-a-Lago.
“I think they thought it was something to do with the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax,” Trump told Newsmax in an interview earlier this month. “They were afraid that things were in there — part of their scam material.”

Does it ever occur to any of you that Trump could have avoided all this simply by handling documents the way they were supposed to be handled.
He constantly worried his staff by tearing up documents he should not have torn up (which they often taped back together) and flushing them down the toilet both at home and abroad.
And as if that was not enough, simply by taking them with him to Mar-A-Lago they were no longer legally his to take.
So now the FBI & Biden Department of “Justice” leakers are going to spend Millions of Dollars, & vast amounts of Time & Energy, to appeal the Order on the “Raid of Mar-a-Lago Document Hoax,” by a brilliant and courageous Judge whose words of wisdom rang true throughout our Nation, instead of fighting the record setting corruption and crime that is taking place right before their very eyes. They SPIED on my Campaign, lied to FISA COURT, told Facebook “quiet,” preside over worst CRIME WAVE ever!!
