More Bidenomic failure....

US Poverty Rate Rises for Second Year While Incomes Are Little Changed
The US poverty rate climbed for a second straight year in 2021 and household income slipped slightly as the economy slowly started a recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. The poverty rate rose to 11.6% from 11.5% in the prior year, annual data released Tuesday by the US Census Bureau showed.
It reached the lowest in six decades in 2019. Last year, 37.9 million people were in poverty, about 3.9 million more than 2019. The US poverty rate has been roughly cut in half over the past 60 years.

This is just more of the same. You cannot spend your way out of a bad economy and it will be a long time till we recover from the ill-conceived, half-baked, liberal-induced lockdown policies of Covid. You can place blame where blame is deserved. 90% on Democrats and 10% on former Democrats.

Democrat 'prosperity' at an individual household level:

Step 1: Go out and acquire as many credit cards as you can get your hands on.

Step 2: Max them all out.

Step 3: Prosperity!

Step 4: Have your lesbian moron publicist lie to you about how well off you are and how you got there.

Step 5: Have James Taylor serenade you and your newfound 'prosperity' .

Speaking of failure.

Putin Is Tone Deaf and Isolated

“Vladimir Putin’s definitive quality as president — his refusal ever to back down — helped him project Russian global power for years. But amid repeated setbacks in a catastrophic war in Ukraine, his inflexible approach is looking more like his great flaw,”
the Washington Post reports.

“As Russian forces fled in disarray in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region Saturday — dressing as civilians, stealing bicycles, abandoning tons of military equipment and ammunition — Putin sounded strikingly tone deaf as he opened a giant new Ferris wheel in Moscow. ‘There is nothing like that in Europe,’ he boasted via video-link.

“Within hours, the Ferris wheel had broken down, and tickets had to be refunded. Repairing what’s broken about Putin’s war strategy and, by extension, his presidency and reputation, will be far harder.”

"The more we dive into Hunter Biden and his shady business dealings, you quickly realize that Hunter Biden is not the mastermind," the Kentucky Republican said on Tuesday's edition of "Just the News, Not Noise. "If anything, he's fortunate that his last name is Biden."

According to an FBI whistleblower, the FBI was advised not to investigate a laptop belonging to President Joe Biden's son Hunter, which had damaging information on the then-presidential candidate. NBC reports that Hunter Biden and his company made $11 million from a Chinese businessman, but its unclear what he did to get the money.

"We believe that many of the business dealings that Hunter was involved in — that his father not only knew about it, but was set up to receive the financial benefits or rewards from some of these shady business dealings," Comer said. "We've already had two of Hunter's former associates come forward and say that Joe Biden was in fact, 'The Big Guy' who was set in one instance to get 10% ownership in a Chinese Communist Party owned energy company that would counter America's energy best interests."

Comer says that Republicans are not investigating Hunter Biden for petty political reasons or out of spite.

Merrick Garland stars in Joe Biden’s ‘The Godfather Part IV’
By Michael Goodwin

Biden stressed the importance of national unity during his 9/11 speech.

With “The Godfather” serving as a leadership manual for many politicians, Joe Biden might have been thinking of a particular scene during his 9/11 speech at the Pentagon. The president solemnly declared that “national unity” is “the greatest lesson” of that awful day even as his Department of Justice issues subpoenas to scores of Donald Trump supporters.

The contrast between the president’s call for unity and the FBI’s partisan putsch is a bloodless version of the baptism murders scene in “The Godfather,” where Michael Corleone participates in his son’s christening while his goons assassinate the heads of the rival families.

Reverend says he is going to "leave the blog forever"!

I actually gave Reverend posting rights over at the Legacy blog. A blog I now provide not one but two prominent links to. I have published multiple posts suggesting people can go over there on the "unmoderated" comment threads.

But nobody seems to want to go?

The problem with both Roger and the Reverend is that they are two peas in a pod. Two old men who quite literally believe that every point made in an argument (other than their own) is irrelevant.

How many times does the Reverend literally start out a comment with some form of the words "this is more important" as he changes the subject to something that nobody "else" sees as important.

You can try to have a debate with him (Roger is useless) and there can be some sort of exchange. But really it is the Reverend ignoring your points and demanding that whatever completely different point he made is "more important".

Reverend seems incapable of "ever" answering a question.

Just demands that your question is not worthy of any attention.

Oh... and here is what Goddard has to say. He is much more important.

Even if you specifically engage in that next point... trying to get some sort of back and forth.

It is right back to... well you answered "that point" but I am not interested in your rebuttal. Here is a different cut and paste (or a different point) again. Answer that.

In other words....

Reverend literally has no interest in what you are saying.

Only in what his "next" semi-related cut and paste is going to be.

As if you win an argument with pure volume of cut and pastes.

Hint: Ask a debate coach. You do not ever win by changing the subject.

the lying POS "pastor" leaving forever may induce some of our old regulars to return

or they may actually have left forever

But even if that doesn't happen it would be a big plus for the blog

and it is "strange" they have zero people interested in the hospice blog

well that is all the people they have convinced of their positions with their "arguments"

ROFLMFAO !!!

and the biggest plus is if roger and the "pastor" leave we can go back to unmoderated threads I would presume.

Until they break their words
