Still has not conceded defeat in her first Governor loss!

Stacey Abrams loses Georgia voting rights lawsuit on all counts

Her claims?
State elections officials “grossly mismanaged” the 2018 election in a way that deprived some citizens, particularly low-income people and people of color, of their right to vote in violation of their constitutional rights, the lawsuit says. It was filed by Fair Fight Action against interim Secretary of State Robyn Crittenden and state election board members in their official capacities.
“The general election for governor is over, but the citizens and voters of Georgia deserve an election system that they can have confidence in,” Lauren Groh-Wargo, Abrams’ campaign manager who’s now CEO of Fair Fight Action, told reporters on the steps of the federal courthouse in Atlanta… “This lawsuit is going to look broadly at all the ways our secretary of suppression, Brian Kemp, suppressed the vote,” Groh-Wargo said.
So what happened?
U.S. District Judge Steve Jones’ judgment concludes the ambitious case against Georgia’s voter registration and absentee ballot practices after a trial in which voters testified about problems at the polls but few of them were unable to cast a ballot. “Although Georgia’s election system is not perfect, the challenged practices violate neither the Constitution nor the VRA (Voting Rights Act),” Jones wrote in a 288-page order…
Jones ruled against Fair Fight on claims over Georgia’s “exact match” voter registration policy, absentee ballot cancellation practices and registration inaccuracies… “The court finds that the burden on voters is relatively low,” Jones wrote about the “exact match” rules. “Here, plaintiffs have not provided direct evidence of a voter who was unable to vote, experienced longer -wait times, was confused about voter registration status.”

Isn't this the same problem they always have and something I have argued over and over and over? That the left can simply never actually come up with that ever-elusive actual person who was not able to vote because of the laws put in place.  In this case, they also failed to show that there were longer wait times or even find anyone who was "confused" by voter registration.

The issue is that when you push these lawsuits on behalf of Democratic voters you are doing so under the guise that Democratic voters are stupider than any GOP voter and therefor always have more trouble figuring out how to vote, how to find ID, how to register, and how to find their own ass with both hands. The problem is that nobody wants to step up and be that person who is just too stupid to figure out what a 150 million other Americans have no trouble doing. If you do manage to find someon willing to admit to this amount of incompetence, well then what sort of witness will they be? Are we sure they can find the courtroom?

The worst part about this is how often the left argues that there was no "fraud" in 20202 because it was never proven in court, while arguing over and over about the unfairness of these laws in spite of pretty much always losing in court. The main difference, of course, is that Trump had a matter of weeks to prove his cases without any help from discovery of any kind. He basically had to walk in with absolute proof. Many of the cases that were re-filed by citizens (such as the Wisconsin case) were eventually settled in favor of  those claims. In other words, the suits had merit, but no ability to prove them within that small frame of time between the election and safe harbor dates.

These lawsuits filed by liberal groups and Democrats, on the flip side, have the advantage of taking all the time they need. Yet, even when given all the time, all the resources, the ability to call for discovery, and the other inherent advantages of a civil suit they still lose. Every single time!
