By my calculations there are just under 5000 votes left to count in that CA13 race
California 13 would be considered a pickup for the GOP, but probably more of a redistricting pickup. The Democrat Gray would need about 56% of the remaining vote to win. David Wasserman from the Cook Report has called the race for Duarte already, but others are holding out.
