Latest excuse? Hillary lost debate on purpose.

You know... as to not knock Trump out of the race and all that stuff. Better to run against a wounded Trump than to run against a fresh replacement.

Hey, I got it. How about I perform badly
 on purpose for strategic purposes?

Here is the reality folks... even if the GOP would have decided "yesterday" to try to go through the motions of replacing Trump on the ticket, it would take several days (upwards of two weeks) to effectively jump through all the hoops.

The chances of actually removing Trump from the ballot in many states would be next to impossible, and with early voting and absentee ballots already sent out by the millions, any GOP votes already in the books for Trump would be lost to a new candidate.

I previously have stated that it would be possible to change candidates at the last minute... we got it done in Minnesota the year Paul Wellstone died and was replaced by Walter Mondale last minute. While it would probably still be technically possible, it would have so much downside it would amount to effectively conceding the Presidential election to Clinton. The concept of replacing Trump with Pence is purely hypothetical at this point.

So no... the idea that Hillary Clinton purposely lost the debate to Donald Trump so the GOP would not replace him is possibly the dumbest point of view I have seen in a while. Given how many dumb points of view there have been in this election season, that's saying quite a bit.

She lost because she got outperformed by Trump. Plain and simple. The third debate with Chris Wallace as moderator promises to be her most challenging debate, as she will be facing Trump all by her lonesome (without the help of liberal moderators).

First Lady Huma

She is Hillary's lover.

Also, we know why she did not release on her own her speeches to wall street, now that they are out there, it is clear, she promised the Bankers, Hedge Fund Managers and big Brokerage Firms to protect and defend them at the cost of all middle income investors.

Congrats Leftist she is selling out everyone to treat the White House like a Whore House.

First of all, she didn't lose.

Most credible analysts gave her a definite win. Even numerous Republicans admitted that.

However, she did not land the knockout blow that she might have. If she had chosen to go to the rape accusations against Trump, that might have clenched it.

It may be that she and her campaign came to a conscious decision to hold back on that. Or perhaps not.

Either way, the simple fact is that even with the limited time left, the GOP could have hoped to get it all together and find a replacement. That would have been difficult, very difficult, but a decisive Trump meltdown at the debate would have produced huge incentive for it.

But what happened was that Trump came off looking good -- at least to those who support him. At that point, all the wind went out of the sails of the replacement movement.

With even less time left, the GOP is really, really, really STUCK WITH TRUMP.

Pray look at the number who are abandoning Trump. ;-)
