To put it bluntly, had the proper paperwork been filled out, Manafort would not be charged with conspiracy to commit fraud against the United States, nor would he be charged with conspiracy to launder money. Counts one and two both rely almost entirely on the Manafort paperwork problem, in order to justify the much more dramatic charges.
So what do we know about the horrific crimes that our crack Investigative team of 17 agents have come up with?
- Over 60% of those who qualify as foreign agents do not properly fill out the necessary paperwork within a timely matter - as listed in Count 1 and counts 11-12 of the indictment.
- Over 50% of those who qualify as foreign agents do not properly fill out the proper ongoing reports within a timely manner - as listed in Count 1 and Counts 3-10 of the indictment.
- The Podesta group mentioned in the indictment also had not filled out the proper paperwork, but was allowed to do so retroactively (in August of 2017).
- Only six people have ever been prosecuted for a failure to properly fill out their foreign agent forms.
- Only one person has ever been convicted of this particular offense. He was sentenced to 1 year in prison.
So what we have here is a 31 page indictment that encompasses years and years worth of felony charges, all revolving around an 80 year old law that has only seen one person convicted and that person was sentenced to one year of jail time.
Of course, what it really means is that Donald Trump must have colluded with Russia.

I get the impression that people didn't see what my point is, regarding the second amendment.
Much of the judicial interpretations, guaranteeing the rights of arms for citizens relies on vaguely construing militia and the people as being basically synonymous. Those advocating for various controls must draw various distinctions between them, and point to "well regulated."
But if you look at it as written, neither of these viewpoints represent the literal fact, and both are mistaken! Literally, because a well regulated militia is necessary, ALL citizens (the people) have a right to arms. Militia is just a grouping of people, and that group needs to be under some kinds of restraint, otherwise you have warlords, criminal gangs and so on. But the people are not the militia, and the people are, distinctly by the literal reading of this clause, guaranteed the right to bear arms irrespective of their membership in any militia.
So from my perspective, all of the debates on what a militia is, and what regulated means, are literally irrelevant to the questions of how guns owned by citizens may be regulated. It's only the justification - the actual right is unqualified.

The 25th will never be invoked, unless the President is indisputably found to be mentally incompetent. Which barring a public demonstration of an obvious psychotic break with reality, isn't going to happen.
Trump will be removed by the normal impeachment process if at all, and frankly that's still unlikely. It would require, in my opinion, at least these three things to all happen first. A change in party control of Congress, findings of serious charges (not bullshit political reaches) by the Special Investigation, AND finally a mistake egregious enough to enrage the entire country. The odds of all three things happening are pretty slim. More likely, Trump will continue to act like the opinionated boob that we elected him to be, and everyone expects him to be, will continue to fail to achieve any disastrously effective policy, and we'll just limp along until the next election.

I agree with your statement up to a point. I believe militia clause does put an implicit restriction on the type of weapons that can be kept and bared. i.e. the type used commonly by soldiers in a militia.
This eliminates any right to own exotic weapons like howetzers, cannon, or nuclear devices.
Inferentially you have a point that the citizens' right extends only to how well a militia might be armed.
However, whoever the militia the militia might oppose would determine what type of weapons would need to be utilized, so I think it might go the other way using that reasoning. Yet at some point we need to use common sense to be grounded in reality: a howitzer is completely useless for a citizen's self defense or to any other conceivable need to be armed, and other exotic weapons even less so. So I have no qualms about limiting the types of weapons, as long as it's reasonably grounded in terms of modern weapons and potential utility. The whole question has greater clarity if we put a wall between the necessity of an "armed militia" and "the people"'s rights.
If there is any truth to this, it is very problematic for Trump's situation:
