| Which side will be crying when the Mueller report if finally publicized? |
The new buzz (which is the same as the old buzz) is that Mueller's report will be long on tangible legal information on those who have been indicted, and short on any personal opinions regarding those who were not indicted.
Rudy Giuliani has suggested that if the report turns out to be what the report is suspected to be, that he will be handing out cigars. This displays some confidence from what has been already publicly speculated, and I am quite certain some confidence at what people in the know actually know.

For his part, former FBI director James Comey told the NY Times that Special Counselor Mueller, in completing his report, will be a victory in and of itself.

WASHINGTON — The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has delivered a report on his inquiry into Russian interference in the 2016 election to Attorney General William P. Barr, according to the Justice Department, bringing to a close an investigation that has consumed the nation and cast a shadow over President Trump for nearly two years.
Mr. Barr will decide how much of the report to share with Congress and, by extension, the American public. The House voted unanimously in March on a nonbinding resolution to make public the report’s findings, an indication of the deep support within both parties to air whatever evidence prosecutors uncovered.
In a letter to the leadership of the House and Senate Judiciary committees, Mr. Barr wrote, “I may be in a position to advise you of the special counsel’s principal conclusions as soon as this weekend.”
Since Mr. Mueller’s appointment in May 2017, his team has focused on how Russian operatives sought to sway the outcome of the 2016 presidential race and whether anyone tied to the Trump campaign, wittingly or unwittingly, cooperated with them. While the inquiry, started months earlier by the F.B.I., unearthed a far-ranging Russian influence operation, no public evidence has emerged that the president or his aides illegally assisted it.
The federal deficit hit $234 billion in February, according to new data from the Treasury Department, an apparent record for a one-month time period.
According to Bloomberg, the previous monthly record was set seven years ago, at $231.7 billion.

Every American should be able to see what Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team have been doing for the last two years. The Mueller report should be made public.

President Trump launched a scathing Twitter attack against special counsel Robert Mueller, who’s probing Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.
“The inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess. They have found no collusion and have gone absolutely nuts. They are screaming and shouting at people, horribly threatening them to come up with the answers they want,” Trump wrote.
He continued: “They are a disgrace to our Nation and don’t care how many lives the ruin. These are Angry People, including the highly conflicted Bob Mueller, who worked for Obama for 8 years. None of this confuses me Roger.
It's Mueller, based on the Special Counsel laws, who was required to report anything to the A.G. where he wanted to investigate, interview, subpoena, or whatever, and was blocked.
In other words he is tasked to report, and the A.G. is tasked to turn that report over to Congress... anything Mueller thought was done to hamper his investigation. Any pressure or opposition that he felt did not allow him to do what he needed to do.
Mueller told Barr that there was no such limits and that he was allowed to pursuit whatever it was he needed to. That means that any conspiracy theories about how Rosenstein or Barr was blocking Mueller (at Trump's behalf) is just that... a conspiracy theory.

if you had actually read rosenstein's directive to mueller like i did you would know that mueller had no boundaries to his investigation. and it's not like the directive has been hard to find. i posted it here multiple times back when wp was trolling here.
