Hillary Gains in Pennsylvania Recount!

Well she gained five votes after approximately seventy five precincts in Philadelphia finished their resident requested recounts. Last time I checked you could count to five using one hand.

At this pace (assuming Philadelphia mirrors the rest of the state) she would pick up approximately six hundred votes state wide if a recount was ordered. I am not sure, but I am guessing that six hundred probably wouldn't be enough to overturn the election results. I am also pretty sure that five votes out of seventy five voting precincts does not qualify for what would be described as systematic fraud.

Keep Counting Hillary, go lower and lower and confirm why you and your kind are and were the wrong choice for this nation.

Union Jobs that Obama gave up on (rat posted the Obama video of that fact) , jobs and people Trump did not give up on and not even being in office save 40,000 jobs.

The average Carrier worker earns $60,0000, take that time 1,000 jobs saved there and you get a staggering $60,000,000 dollars in wages that are taxed at every level.

Ask yourself this why is $60,000,000 dollars of economic activity bad for the US Economy and that Town?

Be honest.

KD, Obama GDP Sucks said...

U.S. GDP growth in 2016 will be 1.8%. The economy will grow slightly slower than 2015's growth rate of 2.1%. The increase in Gross Domestic Product will return to 2.0% in 2017 and in 2018. "

So 2016 came in lower, contracting economy, then in 2015. Ok we knew we had a lot of work to do, so If Trump can get the economy to grow at a rate of 2.3 % 2017 that would be a real win for the American Worker.

Philadelphia does not mirror the rest of the state - with randomly distributed uncounted votes you will find more for a candidate in the districts which heavily favor that candidate. Statewide, Trump would likely gain votes, not lose them.

It's not about the votes.

I agree WP... just stating that even if (and it's unlikely) the rest of the state mirrored Philly, there would be only a marginal error found (not nearly enough to make up anything), just as we are seeing in Wisconsin. Likely (as we are seeing in Wisconsin) those marginal issues would fall slightly in favor of the candidate who originally won.

I don't see how any judge would (given this information, as well as Pennsylvania's laws requiring some reasonable evidence of fraud) would rule that Pennsylvania has to do a recount of an entire state to see if they can over turn nearly 70,000 votes.

I'm pretty sure trump said there were millions of fraudulent votes. If they are not here, wonder where they all are??????

Opie - Trump said there were illegals who voted.

You would not be able to discern a legitimate vote from a non-legitimate vote by a hand recount.

However, if the scanner machines were hacked to provide escalated counts to one candidate (as being alleged by the left)... a hand count of those ballots fed through the machine "would" show that.

At the end of the day, Trump didn't ask for a recount or even any sort of investigation into illegal voting. The recounts (done because they believed it would uncover fraud) was asked for by Stein and supported by Clinton.

Really CH?
Trump claimed that without the "millions of people that voted illegally",

I guess your interpretation it was illegal aliens is what he meant and voted. I seem to recall he complained vehemently about dead people on the rolls. Seems everything trump says cannot be taken literally as even he admits. At the end of the day, HRC did not ask for a recount either. Again, thanx for pointing out the obvious.

Jill the Shill is going to be ever a richer woman because of this, the fund raising is funny, imho, she has gotten richer off of this then she did raising funds for .09 % tally.

I am enjoying Hillary's direct roll , love to see the emails between these to sore losers, I bet they are a hoooott

Flynn Regularly Spreads Fake News

Incoming Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn “has used social media to promote a series of outrageous conspiracy theories about Hillary Clinton, President Barack Obama and their inner circles in recent months — pushing dubious factoids at least 16 times since Aug. 9,” Politico reports.

“Flynn, who has 106,000 Twitter followers, has used the platform to retweet accusations that Clinton is involved with child sex trafficking and has ‘secretly waged war’ on the Catholic Church, as well as charges that Obama is a ‘jihadi’ who ‘laundered’ money for Muslim terrorists.”

“Now some say Flynn’s fondness for spreading fake news casts doubt on his fitness to serve as the White House’s national security adviser, suggesting that he either can’t spot a blatant falsehood or is just ideologically bent to believe the worst of his perceived enemies.”

One In Nine Trump Tweets Is an Insult

The New York Times found that about one in every nine tweets by Donald Trump over the last 18 months was an insult of some kind.

“First, Mr. Trump likes to identify a couple of chief enemies and attack them until they are no longer threatening enough to interest him. He hurls insults at these foils relentlessly, for sustained periods – weeks or months… Second, there’s a nearly constant stream of insults in the background directed at a wider range of subjects.”

Freedom Caucus Will Oppose GOP Obamacare Plan

“The Republican congressman who made his name as the instigator of John Boehner’s ouster last year was set to take the reins of the House Freedom Caucus on Monday night. And first up on Rep. Mark Meadows’ to-do list: Torpedoing GOP leadership’s tentative plans to take as long as three years to replace Obamacare,” Politico reports.

Meadows said the proposal will be “the first big fight I see coming for the Freedom Caucus.”

He added: “It should be repealed and replaced, and all of that should be done in the 115th Congress not left to a future Congress to deal with.”

House Republicans Push Back on Trump Trade Threat

Gosh, I hope so. (Actually I'm pretty confident of it)

Maybe they can cancel each other's most boneheaded ideas out, and only effective policy makes it through the filter.

53 Organizations Urge Trump to Dump Flynn

53 progressive organizations, including Americans for Peace Now, J Street, MoveOn, and Veterans For Peace have sent a joint letter to President-elect Trump pleading with him to reconsider his plans to appoint Michael Flynn as National Security Advisor.

"While deserving respect for the time he has served our country in uniform," they write, "we feel General Flynn is unfit for serving in this critical post. His appointment will damage America's standing in the world and pose a threat to our national security."

They are particularly concerned about his various foreign entanglements, and his history of Islamophobia and anti-Semitism.

Trump's 35% Tariff on Products Made by
American Companies Abroad is Dead on Arrival
-----------LIKE SO MUCH OF HIS AGENDA

One of the few policy points that Donald Trump consistently made through his campaign is his promise to institute a 35% tariff on goods manufactured abroad by American companies that have moved their factories to other countries. Sounds easy, right?

Yes, but Congress is the body that sets tariffs, not the president, and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said yesterday that he was not in favor of such a tariff.

In his words: "I don't want to get into some type of trade war." McCarthy wouldn't even commit to bringing Trump's tariff proposal to the floor of the House for a vote.

Conservatives are very much against tariffs as government interference in the free market, so McCarthy will get plenty of support for his position. What McCarthy sees as top priority for saving jobs is to cut the corporate income tax from 35% to 15%. He said with such a low tax rate, companies will prefer to stay in the U.S.

That is extremely unlikely to happen. The reason they move to Mexico is not for better tax treatment, but because labor costs $3/hour there. That will remain the case no matter what the corporate tax rate is.

What we are starting to see is that while Trump has ideas of what he wants, more or less, Congress often has different ideas. In the end, Congress often wins.

Furthermore, modern legislation is extremely complex, with many bills weighing in at hundreds of pages. Congressional committees have the expertise to put in all the details they want. Trump is never going to read a 500-page bill that Congress sends him and with cabinet officials like Carson, who know nothing about the departments they are running, Congress may run roughshod over Trump in areas where where he knows little and neither do his close associates.

The really funny thing is that the Liberal/Progressives are still acting like they have a say, as if this election did not earn the Republicans 34 of the 50 State houses , majority in the US House and US Senate and the US Presidency.

Next Election, Democraps have to defend something like 25 Senate Seats, good luck, IF you continue to take the failed advise of the failure Nancy P.

Just think how this works.

- Congress is the body that make immigration laws, not the president
- Congress is the body that appropriates health care funding, not the president
- Congress is the body that makes environmental laws, not the president

etc.. etc... etc...

Funny how your tune changes when the shoe is on the other foot, huh?
