Looks like many of the Clinton "strongholds" will not be able to recount their ballots due to a discrepancy between the number of ballots on the poll books, and the number of ballots counted. Apparently, according to Michigan law, when a precinct cannot match up the physical number of ballots with what is in the polling book (number of people signed to have voted) - then they declare that the original vote totals remain in place.
According to sources, there was some problems with several of the counting machines, and they believe it was possible that some ballots were "counted twice" which is why there is a discrepancy (more ballots counted than people signing in). Since this happened in strong Clinton areas, it's likely a recount would lower her figures anyways.
I won't speculate as to whether or not the double counting was done deliberately.

So much for the recount validating the election, when a discrepancy (which probably involved double-counts deliberate or otherwise) disqualifies the district from the recount.
The irony is that Trump constantly claimed that the election was rigged. The President Elect was, as usual, proven incorrect, again.

She signed up to go along with Stein. Especially when the popular vote was going over 2,000,000 votes. It is approaching 2,700,000 votes.
If the situation were reversed, we all know, beyond a reasonable doubt, you would be shouting through the rafters "IT WAS RIGGED"'. And denouncing the Electoral college system was a clear and dangerous and DIRECT THREAT TO DEMOCRACY.
We would then remind you that we are a Republic.

Yesterday, December 7, 1941 — a date which will live in infamy — the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.
The United States was at peace with that nation, and, at the solicitation of Japan, was still in conversation with its government and its Emperor looking toward the maintenance of peace in the Pacific.

Yesterday the Japanese Government also launched an attack against Malaya.
Last night Japanese forces attacked Hong Kong.

Last night Japanese forces attacked the Philippine Islands.
Last night the Japanese attacked Wake Island.
And this morning the Japanese attacked Midway Island.
Japan has therefore undertaken a surprise offensive extending throughout the Pacific area. The facts of yesterday and today speak for themselves. The people of the United States have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of our nation.

He was declared the loser by the SCOTUS.......I don't think the final outcome in floriduh has ever been resolved with a clear cut winner.
Opie - Bush was legally declared the winner (making Al Gore the loser) by the Secretary of State Kathleen Harris when the election results were certified.
Gore went to court to "overturn" the certified election results (contested election). Those certified election results remain the election results unless the Court agrees to find reason to overturn them.
