Wisconsin Recount over
Donald Trump (who picked up a net of 162 votes out of approximately 1800 changes) was certified the winner in Wisconsin. It only cost $3.5 million and hundreds of man hours to prove that the voting machines were not hacked, and that the Russians did not steal the election for Trump.

Voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit precincts registered more votes than they should have during last month’s presidential election, according to Wayne County records prepared at the request of The Detroit News.
Detailed reports from the office of Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett show optical scanners at 248 of the city’s 662 precincts, or 37 percent, tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Voting irregularities in Detroit have spurred plans for an audit by Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson’s office, Elections Director Chris Thomas said Monday.
Yeah - there is only two logical explanation for the fact that over a third of those precincts counted more votes than they had physical ballots. That's the reality that they double counted votes (possibly even on purpose). Or Democratic election officials are consistently incompetent.
Corrupt of incompetent. Take your pick. Either makes perfect sense to me.
Otherwise, very hard to believe that this stuff "only" happens in precincts where the Democrats wins upwards of 95% of the vote. Even harder to believe that it continues to happen consistently in the same places every year. Everywhere else in every state they manage to count the same number of ballots as they have... except in these overwhelming Democratic areas.
More to the point... Michigan law states that if such a discrepancy exists, that the original vote total counts, and you do not take part in any recount... thus hiding what the true results probably would have been, making it almost impossible to figure out why it keeps happening.
That law should be changed.
