Lanny Davis apologizes

Lanny is sorry about the following:
  • Being the source of the stories that his client (Michael Cohen) had direct knowledge that Trump lied about the Trump Tower meeting.
  • Lying about being the source of the story.
  • That the actual story itself is a lie.
  • Lying about whether or not he was the liar who told the lie.
  • Being the attorney for Hillary Clinton.
  • Still having a George Michael poster up in his bedroom.

Mourning and Celebrating a Loving Wounded Warrior

John McCain was a down-to-earth perfectly-imperfect man of exemplary character, integrity, values and action, expressed during his life, and perhaps most poignantly in his painful, even bloody, tortures, suffering and self-giving during his years of imprisonment in Viet Nam. His being a weakened-wounded-warrior, perhaps paradoxically, enhanced his strength, charisma, leadership and power. One might disagree with specific political issue positions, but not, no never, his caring passionate personhood.

Thank you God for John McCain!
His spirit lives!

Mollie Tibbetts’s Father Decries Vitriol Against Hispanics

Washington Post: “Seizing on the fact that the 24-year-old suspect police arrested, Cristhian Bahena Rivera, is a Mexican national who authorities said was in the country illegally, many Republicans, from President Trump on down, used the death to advocate for harsher immigration laws.

“But Tibbetts family members have struck a different note, even in the emotionally tense days following the confirmation of her death last week, although they have not directly rebuked the president. During the eulogy her father, Rob Tibbetts, gave during her funeral Sunday, he highlighted his positive feelings for the local Hispanic community.”

Said Tibbetts: “The Hispanic community are Iowans. They have the same values as Iowans.”

He even noted that during the nearly six weeks he spent in Iowa while authorities searched for his daughter, he ate at a number of Mexican restaurants: “As far as I’m concerned, they’re Iowans with better food.”

Graham Says New AG Must Let Mueller Finish

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that if President Trump replaces Attorney General Jeff Sessions, “his new nominee would have to promise the Senate that he would allow special counsel Robert Mueller to complete his investigation,” the Washington Post reports.

Said Graham: “You have to replace him with somebody who is highly qualified and will commit to the Senate to allow Mueller to do his job. Nobody is going to take Jeff’s place that doesn’t commit to the Senate and the country as a whole that Mueller will be allowed to finish his job without political interference.”

Graham raised eyebrows last week when he seemed to give Trump his blessing to fire Sessions, telling reporters that the president was “entitled to an attorney general he has faith in.”

So there he goes again after the freedom of the press, guaranteed by the Constitution.

In regards to Trump, his spirit remains tyrannical—that is, utterly self-absorbed and self-concerned, indifferent to the suffering of others, knowing no moral restraint. He expects fealty and gives none. Such people can exert power for a long time, by playing on the fear and cupidity, the gullibility and the hatreds of those around them.

We had to be silent because of the sensitivity needed in the middle of a criminal investigation." Davis again denied being the source in an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper last week.

Asked about this contradiction, Davis told Perlberg: "I made a mistake,” Davis said. “I did not mean to be cute.”
Davis, in an interview with the Washington Post, also backed away from his claim that Cohen has information suggesting Trump knew in advance about Russia hacking the DNC's emails in 2016.

Roger..

Rational people don't demonize others for actions that those others have not actually taken... simply because they believe that those others "might" take those actions or "would" take those actions. Those types of people suffer from acute forms of derangement syndromes.

Rational people LIVE IN REALITY!! They judge people on their actual actions.

What you have is a simple criticism of a business (google) and their product (search tool). The only way Google and their search tool would have anything to do with the freedom of speech, is that their search tool provides this business model with the opportunity to repress certain viewpoints and promote others.

Not only that, but the criticism is widely held to be a justifiable criticism by people who understand algorithms and the way these engines work.

So what you are really arguing here, Roger...

Is that Google should be free to suppress or promote whatever viewpoints they would like (under the guise of being an objective search engine) and that it would be akin to a violation of the first amendment for anyone to criticize them?

Is that "REALLY" your viewpoint?

Shunned at two funerals and one (royal) wedding so far, President Trump may be well on his way to becoming president non grata.

The latest snub comes in the form of the upcoming funeral for Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), which, before his death, the late senator made clear he did not want the sitting president to attend. That the feeling is mutual — Trump nixed issuing a statement that praised McCain as a “hero” — only underscores the myriad ways Trump has rejected the norms of his office and, increasingly, has been rejected in turn.

Less than two years into his first term, Trump has often come to occupy the role of pariah — both unwelcome and unwilling to perform the basic rituals and ceremonies of the presidency, from public displays of mourning to cultural ceremonies.

FBI special agent admitted to congress last week that the FBI would leak stories to the press, then use the resulting articles as their basis for FISA warrants.

that's because it's true. the yahoo news article authored by michael isikoff is specifically what you're referring to. issikof has admitted it.

...Yahoo News reporter Michael Isikoff said he was "stunned" to see a story he published more than a year ago cited in the "FISA memo" as one of the justifications in a FISA warrant application for former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

As Isikoff explains, his story was almost entirely based on information from the Steele dossier, which was passed to him by an intermediary. Therefore, citing it would be redundant. The revelation, which was made in a memo released by the House Intelligence Committee on Friday, “stuns me,” Isikoff said in an episode of his podcast, “Skullduggery.”

The four-page memo alleges that the DOJ and FBI relied on the "unverified and salacious" (in the words of former FBI Director James Comey) dossier in their initial application for the Page warrant, as well as in the applications for renewal. The article, which was published by Yahoo on Sept. 23, 2016, was "cited extensively" in the application, which also notes that most of the information contained in the story was derived from the dossier. Isikoff's story was largely ignored when it was published as the media was hyper focused on the fallout from the "Access Hollywood" tape and few people believed Trump would prevail.

Isikoff said it was “a bit beyond me” that the FBI would use his article in the FISA application.

“Obviously the information that I got from Christopher Steele was information the FBI already had,” he said, noting that Steele began sharing information from his dossier in July 2016.

“It’s self-referential,” he said of the article and its reliance on the dossier.

“My story is about the FBI’s own investigation,” he continued.

"So it seems a little odd that they would be citing the Yahoo! News story about the matter that they are investigating themselves based on the same material that had been separately presented to the FBI before I was ever briefed by Christopher Steele."

An FBI agent reportedly told members of Congress in a closed-door interview on Friday that the FBI and the Department of Justice leaked stories to the media and then used those stories to justify obtaining a warrant to secretly surveil people close to Donald Trump.

A source who was at Friday’s interview told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Chuck Ross that FBI Special Agent Jonathan Moffa told members of the House Judiciary and House Oversight Committees that “the FBI/DOJ have previously leaked info to the press and then used stories from the press as justifications for FISA warrants.”

On Monday, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-North Carolina) tweeted that members of Congress had learned that in an effort to get a warrant to clandestinely surveil Trump’s campaign associates, the DOJ and FBI used news stories filled with information they themselves had leaked to these news outlets to obtain a warrant under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Mark Meadows

@RepMarkMeadows

We've learned NEW information suggesting our suspicions are true: FBI/DOJ have previously leaked info to the press, and then used those same press stories as a separate source to justify FISA's

Unreal. Tomorrow's Bruce Ohr interview is even more critical. Did he ever do this?

The warrant applications themselves, which were released, albeit heavily redacted, last month, revealed that the FBI used a Yahoo News article about Trump campaign associate Carter Page’s trip to Moscow in July 2016. This article contained information that Steele leaked to that reporter himself, according to the reporter who wrote the aforementioned article, though the FBI has maintained that Steele was not the source.

In a closed-door session of the House Oversight Committee today, members of Congress are interviewing Bruce Ohr, former associate deputy attorney general under then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates who was demoted after he peddled information from Christopher Steele, author of the infamous Steele dossier, to the DOJ long after the FBI had dropped the later as a source.

CNN’s Carl Bernstein, the man made co-famous through his historic Watergate reporting, lied to us — to all of us. And he is now engaged in a cover up to protect this lie.
I am not even talking about his fake news about the Trump Tower meeting, which I will get to in a bit — I am talking about a flat-out, provable lie.

In a July 27 piece of very fake news Bernstein co-wrote with CNN anchor (and former Obama official) Jim Sciutto and researcher Marshall Cohen, Bernstein declaratively informs us, “Contacted by CNN, one of Cohen’s attorneys, Lanny Davis, declined to comment.”

That statement is a lie, a proven lie, a bald-faced lie, because we now know for a fact that Lanny Davis did NOT decline to comment. What’s more, Davis was a CNN source for that steaming pile of very fake news.

In other words… the anti-Trump Carl Bernstein did not only spread fake news, the anti-Trump Carl Bernstein published a straight-up lie in his fake news, reported something he knew was not true.

A Chinese-owned company operating in the Washington, D.C., area hacked Hillary Clinton’s private server throughout her term as secretary of state and obtained nearly all her emails, two sources briefed on the matter told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

The Chinese firm obtained Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications and documents through her personal server, according to the sources, who said the hacking was conducted as part of an intelligence operation.

The Chinese wrote code that was embedded in the server, which was kept in Clinton’s residence in upstate New York. The code generated an instant “courtesy copy” for nearly all of her emails and forwarded them to the Chinese company, according to the sources.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that virtually all of Clinton’s emails were sent to a “foreign entity,” Rep. Louie Gohmert, a Texas Republican, said at a July 12 House Committee on the Judiciary hearing. He did not reveal the entity’s identity, but said it was unrelated to Russia. (RELATED: Gohmert: Watchdog Found Clinton Emails Were Sent To ‘Foreign Entity’)

Two officials with the ICIG, investigator Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, met repeatedly with FBI officials to warn them of the Chinese intrusion, according to a former intelligence officer with expertise in cybersecurity issues, who was briefed on the matter. He spoke anonymously, as he was not authorized to publicly address the Chinese’s role with Clinton’s server.

Among those FBI officials was Peter Strzok, who was then the bureau’s top counterintelligence official. Strzok was fired this month following the discovery he sent anti-Trump texts to his mistress and co-worker, Lisa Page. Strzok didn’t act on the information the ICIG provided him, according to Gohmert.

Gohmert mentioned in the Judiciary Committee hearing that ICIG officials told Strzok and three other top FBI officials that they found an “anomaly” on Clinton’s server.

The former intelligence officer TheDCNF spoke with said the ICIG “discovered the anomaly pretty early in 2015.”

“When [the ICIG] did a very deep dive, they found in the actual metadata — the data which is at the header and footer of all the emails — that a copy, a ‘courtesy copy,’ was being sent to a third party and that third party was a known Chinese public company that was involved in collecting intelligence for China,” the former intelligence officer told TheDCNF.

“The [the ICIG] believe that there was some level of phishing. But once they got into the server something was embedded,” he said. “The Chinese are notorious for embedding little surprises like this.”

The intelligence officer declined to name the Chinese company.

“We do know the name of the company. There are indications there are other ‘cutouts’ that were involved. I would be in a lot of trouble if I gave you the name,” he told TheDCNF.

A government staff official who’s been briefed on the ICIG’s findings told TheDCNF that the Chinese state-owned firm linked to the hacking operates in Washington’s northern Virginia suburbs. The source was not authorized to publicly discuss the matter.

The first release of the Wikileak emails from the DNC campaign were released on July 21st. They kept releasing more periodically as the campaign went on.

Trump's request that someone find the 30,000 missing Hillary emails was made in response to that release a few days later (July 27th).

btw... the missing 30,000 emails were regarding the emails she supposedly deleted from her home brewed server she used while she was Sec of State. The emails released by Wikileaks had nothing to do with them... they were hacked emails of the DNC and Personal emails of John Podesta (her campaign manager).

To this day, nobody has released any of those 30,000 emails (although it sounds like the Chinese have them).

take any liberal criticism lobbed at trump, and it is almost always an example of psychological projection that 0linsky or some other piece of shit democrat has already pulled. it's almost as if liberals are getting some sort of delayed redemption for the shit 0linsky actually did pull by merely accusing trump of even considering it.

and look at the fawning over mccain. in 2008 the ny times was printing front page stories accusing mccain of banging a staffer. the left hated mccain with a seething passion. and now 10 years later he finally kicks off, and the left wants him to be beatified.

between the projection and the hypocrisy you have to conclude that liberalism really is a mental illness. sane rational people don't think like this.

Sessions fires back after Trump's attacks on the Justice Department

President Trump once again attacked Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and Sessions hit back by saying the Justice Department will not be politically influenced.

President Trump, who levied extraordinary public attacks on Attorney General Jeff Sessions in recent weeks, has privately revived the idea of firing him in conversations with his aides and personal lawyers this month, according to three people familiar with the discussions.

His attorneys concluded that they have persuaded him — for now — not to make such a move while the special-counsel investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign is ongoing, the people said.

But there is growing evidence that Senate Republicans, who have long cautioned Trump against firing Sessions, are now resigned to the prospect that he may do so after the November midterm elections — a sign that one of the last remaining walls of opposition to such a move is crumbling.

“We wish the best for him, but as any administration would show, Cabinet members seldom last the entire administration, and this is clearly not an exception,” Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) said in an interview Tuesday.

“Nothing lasts forever,” Sen. Richard C. Shelby (R-Ala.) told The Washington Post, describing the Trump-Sessions dynamic as “a toxic relationship.”

Added Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), a longtime defender of the attorney general: “My sense is the fix is in.”

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores declined to comment.

Trump’s latest threats illustrate the depths of his hostility toward one of his earliest political supporters, who as attorney general has carried out parts of the president’s agenda most popular with his base.

But Trump has said he views Sessions as disloyal and has repeatedly blasted him for recusing himself from the Russia inquiry — a move that led to Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein’s decision to appoint special counsel Robert S. Mueller III last year.

If Sessions leaves the Justice Department and the Senate confirms a new attorney general, that person probably would assume oversight of the investigation — as well as the ability to determine what material from the inquiry is shared with Congress and the public.

And why would you have a problem if the Government took a look at Google and it's search engine?

Again Roger... Google is a business that sells a search engine. Businesses are not immune to government oversight, and the products that they sell must live up to certain standards. If they promise their customers one thing, and provide them with another... that's fraud. Doesn't matter if you believe that the fraud is a "good sort of fraud". It would still be fraud.

Or are you now saying that businesses that sell products are somehow immune from Government oversight?

Trump told an audience of evangelicals that he had repealed a law that regulates religious organizations.

The law that Trump says he got rid of is the so-called Johnson Amendment, a provision inserted into law in 1954 by then-senator and future President Lyndon Johnson of Texas, who was miffed that a conservative nonprofit group was helping his opponent.

The law says churches and charities "are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office."

"Now one of the things I'm most proud of is getting rid of the Johnson Amendment," the president said. "That was a disaster for you."

The president doesn't have the power to repeal a law — only Congress can do that. The Supreme Court can also rule a law unconstitutional, but that has not happened in this case.

Then he doubled down: President Donald Trump told Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at the White House in June that he remembered Pearl Harbor.

A raft of psychologists and counselors offered various opinions on his behavior over the years. So I would be happy to agree with you to a point. If google wants to place Chevy ahead of Ford, or Pepsi ahead of Coke, then I guess that is their business... Let's just say for discussion that Google has dedicated its political search engine with a political bias against Trump. Do you believe that the President has the authority to force Google to change the algorithms?

The President? No... I don't believe that the President is going to be doing any investigating himself nor would the President have any authority over that. But the President does have resources to make sure that certain laws are not being broken.

Say if the FEC was called in... and found out that Google was promoting certain political messages that constitute campaign expenditures (and those promotions were not being legally compensated by the Candidates in question) - then they could be fined, indicted, etc.

And considering they are currently under investigation by congress and would probably deny such behavior exists... if it turned out that they were not telling the truth....

Well you know the Mueller investigation has shown what happens to people when they lie under oath, or lie to Government investigators.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

If it was perfectly legal and ethical for Google to write an algorithm that put certain political messages above other political messages... then they wouldn't be denying that they are doing so.

And most certainly the CEO would not be so hesitant to testify before Congress about the situation.

C.H. Truth said...

IF they did use algorithms that were not favorable for the President it is not illegal campaign fun

Roger...

You are being purposely obtuse. It's not the "algorithm" that is the problem. it's the fact that Google is compensated by people for making sure their product is put to the top of the search.

So if I paid Google to put my website at the top of the search, they would write that into the algorithm for the searches I want to be placed on the top for.

So by the same token, if they write such an algorithm for someone who is not paying for it... it could be certainly seen as giving that party something of value.

Does any of this make even the least bit of sense to you?

C.H. Truth said...

Let's put it this way, Roger...

FOX News or CNN is free to have discussions regarding whatever they want about whatever candidates they would like. Freedom of press and all that.

But when it comes to the advertising that someone is paying for... Neither FOX or CNN cannot give that away to the political candidate of their choice. Any and all political candidates must be charged the exact same amount of money for the same amount of advertising.

If a thirty second ad for Chevy trucks costs Chevy trucks money... then FOX cannot give that same 30 second ad away to a Republican, nor can CNN give away a thirty second spot for a Democrat.

Are you with me so far?

So it would be the same exact thing for Google. If someone can "pay" google to put their product or website at the top of the search... then they cannot "give" that same service to a Candidate - just as FOX or CNN cannot give away advertisement.

Florida is going to be interesting.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Democrats nominated Andrew Gillum, the Tallahassee mayor, and Republicans tapped Representative Ron DeSantis for governor Tuesday, setting the stage for a ferocious general election in the country’s largest swing state between one of President Trump’s most unabashed allies and an outspoken progressive who would be Florida’s first black governor.

Mr. Gillum’s defeat of the former congresswoman Gwen Graham, the front-runner, marked one of the most significant upsets of the primary season and was a major victory for the liberal wing of the Democratic Party. It sets up twin governors’ races in neighboring southern states between left-leaning African Americans banking on the region’s new, diversifying electorate, and ardent, Trump-style nationalists.

Georgia’s Democratic candidate, Stacey Abrams, will now be joined by Mr. Gillum, while its Republican candidate, the secretary of state Brian Kemp, has a mirror to the south in Mr. DeSantis.

And here, with redistricting looming after the next census, Medicaid expansion on the line and control of the most crucial presidential battleground at stake, the Florida governor’s race is shaping up to be a titanic showdown. The specter of two young, hard-charging politicians who represent the beating heart of their parties facing off will supercharge the fall campaign.

imho, google and the other tech giants come under some sort of government regulation anyway within 10 years. it will start with government mandated protection of personal privacy, and will go from there. and schmucks like zuckerberg would resist government regulation, they'll welcome it, because of the inherent protections they'll enjoy that will keep competitors out of their marketplace.

oh, and google's denial? a fucking joke. the CEO didn't even have the balls to address it. they sent out some lowly product manager who looks like he hasn't even scored his first piece of ass.

Google’s unofficial motto has long been the simple phrase “don’t be evil.” But that’s over, according to the code of conduct that Google distributes to its employees. The phrase was removed sometime in late April or early May, archives hosted by the Wayback Machine show.

“Don’t be evil” has been part of the company’s corporate code of conduct since 2000. When Google was reorganized under a new parent company, Alphabet, in 2015, Alphabet assumed a slightly adjusted version of the motto, “do the right thing.” However, Google retained its original “don’t be evil” language until the past several weeks. The phrase has been deeply incorporated into Google’s company culture—so much so that a version of the phrase has served as the wifi password on the shuttles that Google uses to ferry its employees to its Mountain View headquarters, sources told Gizmodo.

Here’s the relevant section of the old code of conduct, as archived by the Wayback Machine on April 21, 2018:

“Don’t be evil.” Googlers generally apply those words to how we serve our users. But “Don’t be evil” is much more than that. Yes, it’s about providing our users unbiased access to information, focusing on their needs and giving them the best products and services that we can. But it’s also about doing the right thing more generally – following the law, acting honorably, and treating co-workers with courtesy and respect...

[...]

And here’s the updated version, first archived by the Wayback Machine on May 4, 2018:

The Google Code of Conduct is one of the ways we put Google’s values into practice. It’s built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at Google will be, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct. We set the bar that high for practical as well as aspirational reasons: Our commitment to the highest standards helps us hire great people, build great products, and attract loyal users. Respect for our users, for the opportunity, and for each other are foundational to our success, and are something we need to support every day.

So please do read the Code and Google’s values, and follow both in spirit and letter, always bearing in mind that each of us has a personal responsibility to incorporate, and to encourage other Googlers to incorporate, the principles of the Code and values into our work. And if you have a question or ever think that one of your fellow Googlers or the company as a whole may be falling short of our commitment, don’t be silent. We want – and need – to hear from you.

btw, how many followers are you up to these days? 4? 5?

also, i heard from an anonymous source, several in fact, that tom perez will be presenting the mccain family with the official DNC flag at the graveside service.

any truth to that? i'd like to verify before i pass that lil tidbit on to maggie haberman and carl bernstein.

Why Do Republicans Put Up with Trump?

Walter Shapiro: “Any generic Republican president (say, Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio) would have slashed taxes, rolled back regulations and appointed conservative judges. But no honorable man or woman in public life would have … hang on, it’s a long list: Ridiculed a Vietnam POW. Lied compulsively about everything. Trusted felons like Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn and Michael Cohen. Viciously and repeatedly attacked the integrity of the FBI, the Justice Department and the national security establishment.

“Declared war on a free press. Cozied up to authoritarian leaders like Vladimir Putin. Kept secret what happened at the Helsinki summit. And continually treated Canada (yes, Canada) like a major enemy.

“The list is far from comprehensive and skips pre-presidential actions like approving hush money for a porn star..."

McCain’s Pallbearer Choice is Final Dig at Putin, Trump

“Even in death, John McCain has one final burn planned for two of his biggest foes — Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump — at a moment when much of the world will be watching,” Politico reports.

“The Republican senator from Arizona, who planned his own funeral, chose Russian dissident Vladimir Kara-Murza as one of the dignitaries to carry his coffin to the front of the Washington National Cathedral at Saturday’s memorial service.”

CNN: “It was a day in early April when Barack Obama received an unexpected call from McCain, who was battling brain cancer and said he had a blunt question to ask: 'Would you deliver one of the eulogies at my funeral?'

We may see a beautiful Blue Wave that will result of two African American candidates elected to the governor's office in two deep south states.

In Florida Andrew Gillum was nominated for governor in an upset. This will trigger a problem for the Republicans. The turnout is Florida of Democratic voters was much higher than the Republican primary.

Trump is very popular among a decreasing number of Americans who are Republicans. It's foolish to predict the outcome of the election this far in advance. But the Cook report and fivethirtyeight report that they are seeing evidence of a Blue Wave sea change in November thanks to the President.

The President is predicting violence if the Democrats take the house of Representatives. Yet we don't see anything wrong with this by Scott who continues to confuse apples with oranges.

Just to be clear... you applaud the government raiding the homes of private citizens and seizing documents from attorneys...

But you believe that corporations are above having to succumb to any sort of legal subpoenas or have to cooperate with authorities?
.

To investigate and make a felony case against the fixer for Donald Trump. The President has been accused of cheating on his wife and bullying her with big payments to buy her silence and directed his lawyer to break the law.

Scott believes that the government can force a corporation to alter the algorithms used by Google and others to favor of the President and his supporters results of online inquiries.

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) responds: “Sorry, @realDonaldTrump. I made no endorsement in this race. I think the last endorsement I made was in the Alabama race.”

indeed. i don't hear anyone on the right encouraging us to "confront" folks we have political disagreements with.

and this liberal-inspired shit has trickled down to our kids, for chrissakes -

EL DORADO (CBS13) — A Union Mine High School student is facing battery charges after an altercation in her classroom over a Donald Trump “Make America Great Again” campaign hat.

Cellphone video shows some of the tension inside this high school classroom.

The teacher is seen trying to subdue fired-up 17-year-old senior Jo-Ann Butler after she became enraged at a classmate for wearing the “Make America Great Again” hat.

She grabbed the hat off his head.

“That’s a racist and hateful symbol,” Butler said.

She is now facing two counts of battery, one against her classmate and one against her teacher who deputies say she slapped, as he escorted her from the room.

Butler says she made the scene to express her political feelings.

“Maybe just wake people up in some type of way, because it’s not cool the environment our classroom is in,” Butler said.

Her father says he does not approve of the way she behaved in class.

“Wasn’t handled the way I’d like it,” Chris Butler said.

Giuliani referred to Michael Cohen as “a liar” in an interview with Sky News, after the president’s former personal lawyer pleaded guilty to eight counts of fraud and campaign finance violations. The former New York City mayor, who now serves as Mr Trump’s personal legal counsel, also claimed there was “no reason” for impeachment, echoing the White House’s defence for the president.

“You could only impeach him for political reasons,” Mr Giuliani said on Thursday. “The American people would revolt against that”.

giuliani is SPECULATING what MIGHT happen if trump were to be impeached.

meanwhile, the left has been actively committing acts of extreme violence against people and property. it was a bernie-bro who shot up congressmen. it was the left that smashed people and private property on inauguration day. it was maxine waters who called for the left to confront their political foes. and it is the cowards of antifa who deploy fascist tactics anytime the right wishes to hold a peaceful rally.

you keep going back to charlottesville. ok, that's one instance. i could cripple this blog if i could download the countless incidents of antifa and the left calling for and committing actual violence against the right.
