Mitchell Report on Ford Testimony

It would be easy to look at this and see a lot of inconsistencies with what wasn't know and what was. At a matter of convenience she knew exactly how much she had to drink, but not how she got there and got home. What she remembers is important to her allegations, what she doesn't... well...

But it is important to understand that some of her inconsistencies may not actually be hers. We already know that her attorneys did not relay the offer from the Senate Judiciary committee to do the interview in California, or in private. It's also possible that it was her attorneys and not Ford who suggested the delay on the grounds she couldn't fly. Why make her look bad? Because her attorneys understood that those who "believed" Ford would believe her regardless of her credibility in testimony. That was about delay, plain and simple.

But at the end of the day, the facts don't add up. Not that it actually matter to those who are willing to "always" believe the woman.

Let Mark Judge agree to take a lie detector test. Dare you.

hardly something that requires a dare, pederast.

ask judge the exact same two questions regarding his statement doc cray cray answered regarding hers:

1) "Is any part of your statement false?"

2) "Did you make up any part of your statement?"

once you see the details of the polygraph it's plain to see it's a fucking joke.:

Read the details, everyone.
And thank Republican Rat self-admitted Rapist Bastard for providing them.

When you go to such lengths to have a banana republic polygraph Ford should be required to take one with an independent examiner or release her entire video if test.

No court would allow what the Democrats are accepting.

And the sleaze machine is taking down the Democrat party, but America will overcome.

genius,

the reason polygraphs aren't allowed in court is because all they prove is that the individuals being questioned believe what they're saying.

in other words, doc cray cray proved that she believes her own bullshit.

so again,

take judge's written statement and ask him -

1) "Is any part of your statement false?"

2) "Did you make up any part of your statement?"

and even if he fails, it has no value as part of this process. none. that's why only the real fucking idiots are touting the value of ford's polygraph. that would be you, pederast.

White House Agrees to Expand Kavanaugh Investigation

“The White House has authorized the FBI to expand its abbreviated investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh by interviewing anyone it deems necessary as long the review is finished by the end of the week,” the New York Times reports.

“The new directive came in the past 24 hours after a backlash from Democrats, who criticized the White House for limiting the scope of the bureau’s investigation into President Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court. The FBI has already completed interviews with the four witnesses its agents were originally asked to talk to.”

Trump Claims He Has ‘Compromising’ Info on Senator

President Trump claimed that he had “somewhat compromising” information on an unidentified Democratic senator as he eviscerated the party for its handling of Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination, CNBC reports.

Said Trump: “I’ve seen that person in very, very bad situations. Somewhat compromising. And you know, I think it’s very unfair to bring up things like this.”

Asked later who the senator is, Trump declined to name the lawmaker and said he would “save it for a book like everyone else.”

New Trade Deal Unlikely to Be Ratified
October 1, 2018 at 1:38 pm

“President Trump hailed a revised North American Free Trade Agreement as a victory for the United States, Canada and Mexico on Monday, saying his get-tough approach to trade, including his use of tariffs, was bringing results,” the New York Times reports.

“Mr. Trump portrayed the new agreement as the fulfillment of a campaign promise to terminate NAFTA, saying he had made good on his plan to rip up ‘the worst trade deal ever made’ and help American businesses and workers.”

Playbook:
“This is exceedingly unlikely to be ratified this Congress. That’s what every senior Republican and Democratic aide on Capitol Hill says. It’s going to require a massive whip effort, and the House is out until after the election. If Republicans lose the House, there will be an effort to jam this through in the lame-duck. That will be really tough.”

Trump’s Approval Remains at Historic Lows

While men are divided in views of Trump’s job performance (46% approve, 47% disapprove), more than twice as many women disapprove (63%) than approve (30%).

“As has been the case since he became president, Trump’s job approval ratings are divided along partisan lines; Trump’s job ratings are more polarized than any president dating to Dwight Eisenhower.

“Similarly, there are large partisan divides in evaluations of Trump’s personal traits and characteristics, though the gaps are not as wide in views of Trump’s temperament and whether he stands up for his beliefs.”

One sign that the sexual assault allegations aren’t sufficiently corroborated thus far is the degree to which Democrats now want to talk about Kavanaugh’s testimony about drinking instead. But no one appears to be claiming his drinking has impacted his work over the past 35 years. We’re expected to focus on his high school yearbook and whether he drank too much during Beach Week his senior year seriously because…well, just because.

[...]

This campaign is about smearing someone who threatens the one SCOTUS decision Democrats care about more than life itself, literally. Most Democrats in the Senate and all of them on the Judiciary Committee have already said they won’t vote for Kavanaugh. This supplemental investigation isn’t about convincing them, it’s about trying to convince a couple of pro-choice Republicans to join them. It’s time to wrap this up and vote.

The subject line of the email was “corroboration needed.” It came the day before Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sat before the Senate Judiciary Committee to address allegations of sexual assault.

Andrea Caputo Rose, executive of a Washington, D.C.,-based legal recruiting firm called Rose Legal Search, was scrambling to find someone to corroborate the meaning of certain entries in Kavanaugh’s high school yearbook. Anyone who could confirm the salacious meaning, Rose wrote in an email obtained by the Washington Examiner, should contact Debra Katz, the lawyer of one of Kavanaugh’s accusers.

“Debra Katz needs to find people who are familiar with what the slang terms used by Brett Kavanaugh in his yearbook page meant - such as FFFF - Devil's Triangle - and Renate Alumnus,” Rose wrote. “If you can speak to any of these and are willing to sign an affidavit, please contact her at [redacted] and [redacted].”

Apparently an easy way to defeat a lie detector test is to become emotionally unstable. Legitimate examiners suspend testing until the subject is composed. Ford testified she cried throughout the exam and was actually only asked 2 questions. While the entire exam can be questioned, this particular exam smells like a rotten fish and since it was brought forward to establish Ford's credibility it is only fair to demand to see the entire taped session.

Only fair, right "pastor"

I can see why Trump fired Comey. He's not a puppet.

Former FBI director James B. Comey waded into the debate over the extended investigation of Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh on Monday, expressing confidence in the FBI’s ability to gather facts in a week’s time — but also blasting Republicans for putting a “shot clock” on the agency.

The deal to reopen the FBI’s background investigation of Kavanaugh was brokered by two senators as a last-minute attempt to restore faith in an embattled institution, after grueling hearings with both the nominee and with Christine Blasey Ford. Ford, a research psychologist and professor in California, has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a house party in the 1980s, when they were in high school; Kavanaugh has denied the claims.

Scott you should look into the testimony by Kavanaugh and you will see inconsistencies in his testimony under oath in his job interview.

But you won't because if you were objective you would have to post comments in regards to him would not be favorable.

But you are a coward.

The new deal will require automakers to put more U.S.- and Canadian-made parts in their cars, in order to qualify for the lowest tariffs. That could create more auto jobs, but also raise the cost of cars. And U.S. dairy farmers may be able to sell a bit more to Canada

. It’s not clear whether the deal will boost or slow economic growth, but Trump, in his hyperbolic Trumpian way, can declare victory and take credit for saving the U.S. economy.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House has given the FBI clearance to interview anyone it wants to by Friday in its investigation of sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The new guidance, described to The Associated Press by a person familiar with it, was issued to the FBI over the weekend in response to Democratic and news media pushback that the scope of the probe was too narrow.

It comes as the FBI presses ahead with its investigation, questioning in recent days at least two people about accusations of misconduct against Kavanaugh dating to when he was in high school and college.

President Donald Trump, addressing those concerns at a news conference Monday, said he wants the FBI to do a "comprehensive" investigation and "it wouldn't bother me at all" if agents pursued accusations made by three women who have come forward publicly. But he also said Senate Republicans are determining the parameters of the investigation and "ultimately, they're making the judgment."

"My White House will do whatever the senators want," Trump said. "The one thing I want is speed."

The White House instructed the FBI to interview anyone it deems relevant to the inquiry, but required the work to be done by Friday, according to the person familiar with the discussions, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.

The revised guidance was aimed at promoting an investigation that could tamp down Democratic criticism and satisfy on-the-fence Republicans about its thoroughness and fairness while also ensuring a fixed deadline to prevent the probe from becoming open-ended and spanning weeks.

Officials said it was possible, but not likely, the bureau could complete its work before Friday.

The time deadline will get extended too. Trump has been under pressure from a lot of Republicans to finally provide a comprehensive investigation.

C.H. Truth said...

The only way the FBI doesn't complete this by Friday is if they don't want to complete this by Friday.

There are only five witnesses (including Ford/Kavanaugh) in that allegation. They have hours of testimony of Ford Kavanaugh and have already questioned he other witnesses.

There are likely only a handful of witnesses other than Ramirez, depending on whether or not the FBI finds that allegation credible enough to move forward with. They have interviewed Ramirez.

The gang rape allegations from the women who was previously sued for false allegations of sexual harassment are likely going to be given the just amount of appropriate attention that is due. Which would be a cursory interview where they ask her specifically about what she alleges against Kavanaugh (specifically) and then what sort of evidence or other witnesses can prove it.

At the end of the day, you still have the sworn testimony of a respected Judge and over 130 character witnesses who claim he never acted in the manner suggested...

vs... what exactly?

- A women who in four separate statements in the past few weeks has provided us with three different versions of how many people were at the Party in question. She can remember how much she had to drink, but not how she got there or how she got home.
- A woman who doesn't know if there was a dildo or penis in her face and didn't see who it was who actually put whatever it was in front of her.
- A woman with a history of false allegations, who went to Michael Avenatti to hire as her attorney, who claims that witnessed at least 10 gang rapes (although never suggests she saw Kavanaugh rape anyone), and then was raped herself (but not necessarily by Kavanaugh).

How long would the FBI investigate this if it was anyone else?

Answer is that they wouldn't.

American Bar Association Backs Kavanaugh Despite Previous Letter to the Contrary

he American Bar Association (ABA) has clarified its position regarding the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, explaining in a Friday letter that a previous letter urging the Senate to delay his confirmation had not been reviewed by the relevant committee prior to its release.

The chairman for the American Bar Association Standing Committee, the body tasked with evaluating the qualifications of judges, said in the letter that he was not given an opportunity to review a letter sent by the ABA president Thursday urging that the confirmation be delayed.

“The Committee conducts non-partisan, non-ideological, and confidential peer review of federal judicial nominees. The ABA’s rating for Judge Kavanaugh is not affected by Mr. [Robert] Carlson’s letter,”committee chairman Paul Mosley wrote to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Democrats Trusted More On Three Key Issues

A new survey by Professors Peter Enns and Jonathon Schuldt at Cornell University asked likely voters which political party they trusted more to handle election security, tax reform, and the federal budget deficit.

Considering the upcoming midterm elections, the results do not bode well for Republicans. Likely voters favored Democrats on all three issues; a particularly noteworthy pattern because historically, Republicans have “owned” the issues of domestic security, taxes, and the deficit.
