The President and Haley were thought to have a pretty good working relation, in spite of differences. The one buzz being that she is seen as a rising star who has the potential to take the spot-light from the President.
In fact, Haley has been one of the President's most outspoken defenders. Perhaps she is being thought about for a bigger position down the road?
