The Great Eight should have unrestricted access to the unredacted report.
Except for the ongoing investigations,and top secret information should have redacted and released to the public by May 1st.

I believe they are commonly referred to as the gang of eight and would also include the Speaker, House minority leader, Senate majority and Senate minority leader.
Barr has prepared an version of the report where only the grand jury testimony is redacted. That is as far as Barr can go without a court order.
