Winning!

Meanwhile, back in reality!

Last week, the Senate Judiciary Committee held nomination hearings on two of President Trump’s nominees to the Ninth Circuit, Lawrence VanDyke and Patrick Bumatay. The Ninth Circuit continues to be transformed: Assuming VanDyke and Bumatay are confirmed, President Trump will have appointed 13 of the 29 active judges on that court.

So my numbers show that it would 10 of 29 (not 13) and that there are 5 others who were appointed by George W Bush. But of course with the way that the blue slips used to work, the Bush appointees were probably not much more conservative than those appointed by Clinton or Obama. Trump and McConnell (of course) have basically ignored the blue slips and gone ahead and nominated and confirmed conservatives that will actually not fall directly in line with what the crazy liberals on the bench have been doing.

But either way, that is a considerable change from where we were with the 9th circuit court. Imagine what would happen if Trump did get 2-3 more on that particular court? Where would liberals run when they got unhappy with how policy was going if they didn't have a liberal Trump-resistance rubber stamp on the 9th circuit.

Many dems are now consumed with hatred for the Washington nationals because they support Trump and said so.

How sad they are to be so intolerant and narrow minded.

For each of these Schiff witnesses, the gop's first question should be

who runs foreign policy?

Umm, the President.

So what you're here to say is just your opinion and nothing more?

We'll...yes.

Then you need to shut the hell up. You're not the President.

At a rally in the deep red state of Kentucky, Donald Trump told the crowd that he’d like to be president for 21 more years if he still has the strength.

The moment came when Trump was attacking the “fake news media” and stumbled into a ramble about how long he hopes to remain in office.

Trump said, “What [the media] don’t know is that when we hang it up in 5 years or 9 years or 13 years, or maybe 17 years, or maybe, if I still have the strength, 21 years …”

If he loses the election in 2020, I would not be surprised if he issues an executive order declaring the election as invalid.

Scott A**hole and racist rodent bastard ad the kput'z would be shouting cheers!

WASHINGTON — Gordon Sondland, U.S. ambassador to the European Union, told House investigators in a revised supplemental statement on Monday that he had told Ukrainian officials that they likely wouldn’t receive nearly $400 million in aid unless they publicly committed to conducting investigations that President Trump wanted, according to documents released Tuesday by the House impeachment committees.
The original 10-hour Oct. 17 deposition by Sondland, a donor to President Trump, came under intense scrutiny in recent weeks as other impeachment witnesses offered testimony that seemed to conflict with what Sondland said under oath last month. Some lawmakers said it appeared Sondland committed perjury.

But in a Nov. 5, three-page declaration, Sondland revised his deposition, saying the other witnesses had refreshed his memory.

Now Sondland’s version appears more in line with other witnesses who have said there was a quid pro quo.

Gordon Sondland, U.S. ambassador to the European Union, appointed by the President and confirmed by the Republican controlled Senate.

He said that the President did ask for a quid Pro quo to get dirt on Biden and his son.

1. We admitted we were powerless over Donald Trump – that our lives had become unmanageable.

2. Came to believe that a Power greater than our–selves could restore us to sanity.

3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

5. Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character. Trumpism stage four brain cancer makes this the most important step forward!

7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to Trumpoholics , and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
