One guy without TDS

Obama Homeland Security Adviser disagrees with Democrats

“The president, under his Constitutional authority as
commander-in-chief, had ample domestic legal authority to
take him out without additional Congressional authorization”

So let's be clear. Democrats have long enjoyed licking the feet of Iranians. They send them cold hard cash, they provide money as incentive to stop a nuclear program that they had no intention of stopping, they ended sanctions for false promises that everyone knew they wouldn't keep, and they continue to support Iranian terrorists leaders over our own President. They bow down to them, for reasons I have absolutely zero ability to understand.

Iran is a bad country and the Iranian leaders have been bad people. Whether or not the rank and file Iranians are as bad as the leadership and the country as a whole is up for grabs, but they sure like to protest, demonstrate and demand that they want to kill Americans. Oh, and they are best of friends with Russia and China?

For the life of me, why do Democrats support them?

The New York Times just published a piece declaring terrorist thug Qasem Soleimani a "national war hero

obviously they are trying to catch up to the Washington Post in glorifying Americas enemies.

Soleiman WAS a "national war hero" to many (BUT NOT ALL!) of the people of Iran.

Ho Chi Min was a national war hero to the people of North Vietnam.

Even the monster Hitler was a national war hero to the Germans until he began losing so badly.

Robert E. Lee was a national war hero to the people of the Confederacy, even after his defeat.

CH CARRIES WATER FOR TRUMP EVEN WHEN THAT FORCES HIM TO LIE LIKE TRUMP

As soon as he began his run for the presidency, Donald Trump anointed himself the most strident of the JCPOA’s opponents, calling it “the worst deal ever negotiated.”
It is likely, of course, that Trump couldn’t even describe the Iran deal’s terms.
He failed to articulate a different set of nuclear restrictions, or to offer his views on the nature of centrifuges that Iran should be allowed to operate,
or the research and development it should be permitted to perform.
Trump simply wanted to destroy anything that Obama built and to satisfy right-wing supporters who had their own reasons for opposing the JCPOA.
What Trump COULD do is LIE about the Iran deal, and he did so relentlessly.

Upon becoming president, Trump encountered an inconvenient truth: The Iran deal was working.
Trump’s own intelligence community and military leadership confirmed that Iran was complying with the JCPOA’s terms;
his own secretary of defense argued publicly that staying in the JCPOA was in America’s interest;
and all the other parties to the deal—the European Union, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, and China—opposed Trump’s instinct to pull out.
After Trump refused to certify that Iran was complying with the JCPOA (even though it was),
EVEN REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS QUIETLY REFUSED TO REIMPOSE SANCTIONS.
And after Trump demanded a better deal, French President Emmanuel Macron offered him the opportunity to pursue one through negotiation, provided that the JCPOA stayed in place.
DESPITE ALL THIS EVIDENCE and all these efforts, Trump WITHDREW from the Iran deal in May of 2018 and started reimposing sanctions.

Few recent presidential decisions have been proved to be SO SPECTACULARLY WRONG IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

More recently, Trump was working with Macron on trying to come up with another nuclear deal with Iran, one which actually would have been quite similar to what Obama achieved, but with one difference.
It would have Trump's name on it.

But all that has now of course been blown to smithereens and Iran is again like a loose potentially nuclear canon on the deck.

Another person who has TDS according to Scott A**hole .

John Bolton, the former national security adviser to President Donald Trump, said Monday he is willing to testify in the Senate impeachment trial if subpoenaed. In a statement posted Monday, Bolton wrote, "I have concluded that, if the Senate issues a subpoena for my testimony, I am prepared to testify."

The decision marks a significant, and potentially dramatic, development in the impeachment process that House Democrats set in motion just two weeks after Bolton left the White House on contentious terms with the president. It’s also a reversal for Bolton, who previously said he would only testify before Congress if he is subpoenaed and a judge ordered him to defy the White House by appearing.

Eraic Chewning, chief of staff to Defense Secretary Mark Esper, is stepping down at the end of the month, the latest in a series of high-profile civilians to leave the Pentagon.

He'll be replaced by Jen Stewart, the top Republican staffer on the House Armed Services Committee and a former top adviser to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, according to a statement from Pentagon spokeswoman Alyssa Farah.

Chewning, a former Army intelligence officer and combat veteran, has managed the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Secretary of Defense through a historic number of leadership changes, working for four Pentagon chiefs.

Defense Secretary Mark Esper
on Monday said the U.S. military would not be targeting Iranian cultural sites

It comes after Trump's earlier assertions that he would bomb Iranian cultural sites despite international prohibitions on such attacks

Esper insisted that the U.S. will 'follow the laws of armed conflict'

The split between Trump and Esper came amid heightened tensions with Iran following a U.S. drone strike that killed top Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani

Trump had twice warned, once via Twitter, that he would hit Iranian cultural sites if Iran retaliates against the U.S

It comes after Esper denied reports on Monday that the U.S. would soon withdraw all its forces from Iraq

An American military letter had emerged informing Iraqi officials about repositioning troops in preparation for leaving the country

Officials were forced to admit that the letter was a draft and a 'huge mistake'

alky,

if you find this blog so stressful that you must repeatedly insult the owner, why don't you see if your assisted living center has a blog you can post on?

seriously, you and the other inmates, err, residents can comment on your daily porridge, your favorite brand of depends, share pictures of the grandkids who refuse to visit you, or just reminisce about "the good old days." you know, when you had a wife, a home, a few bucks in the bank, your original pre-cirrhosis liver, and a shiny new pt cruiser.

your TDS has rendered you virtually helpless against the realities of daily life in the era of trump, and i think it would be best and quite therapeutic for you to join a blogging community more your own speed.

think about it.

All the crazy Trump talk from the left is actually helping him with the bad apples around the world. Now they are unsure what he will do and can no longer proceed with no fear.

FANTASTIC MORNING !!!

I see the waterboy thinks it's OK for the left to support the accolades for Soleimani by the FAKE NEWS media. I guess they see good people on both sides, but when they deliberately misstate Trumps position in events they are all over him.

ROFLMFAO !!!
