Irony at it's finest...

BLM Member Shot to Death, Apparently When ‘Protesters’ Surround Car
BLM protesters were marching there when it appeared they surround a car. This video captures the moment where you can hear the shooting although what is happening is unclear. Several shots are audible and then everyone scatters.

A BLM person allegedly approached the car with a rifle. The person in car allegedly then fired at him, shooting him and killing him. The driver is cooperating with police, according to the press briefing.
The BLM person shot was reportedly Garrett Foster. Foster had previously been interviewed with his AK-47 in hand, saying that he didn’t think that the people who hated them would do anything because they were “too big p*ssies” to do anything about it.

There were also riots declared in Seattle and Portland. Keep in mind that these are mostly younger twenty something liberal white people who are causing the vast majority of the problems. While you do see some actual black people at these BLM protests, they do not appear to be the main drivers of the violence.

This kid was a perfect example of a misguided liberal who apparently believes that the first amendment allows them to burn down buildings, destroy property, and loot as an expression of their constitutional rights.

We see it here in the comment section, where our liberal friends refuse to acknowledge that there is a difference between a protest (where people don't plan on burning anything down or engaging in any violent activities) and a riot... where violence and destruction is both the intention and the end result.

There is a difference. Peaceful protests are just that. Peaceful. Those are always protected by the constitution. Any sort of gathering that results in violence, the destruction of property, or the breaking of any laws is by definition ILLEGAL and never ever constitutionally protected.

A very simple concept that some people just have a tough time accepting.

Imho, that guy carrying an Ak-47 was wrong to be doing that.

Is it true, Ch, that both blacks and whites have been seen marching or walking in the streets of cities openly carrying guns?

A black Trump supporter who was well known in his community for standing on street corners with "Vote Trump" signs as well as signs plastered with Bible verses was killed in broad daylight in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood Thursday afternoon.

Bernell Tremmell, 60, was shot in front of his business, Expression Publications, at 911 E. Wright. The building is covered in handmade signs, the most prominent of which read "Vote Donald Trump 2020," and "Re-Elect Trump 2020." Law enforcement sources tell "The Dan O'Donnell Show" that it is impossible to know the motive for the shooting since the suspect is not yet in custody, but detectives are investigating the possibility that Tremmell was killed over his political beliefs.

Recapped

Wow, what a week, just when you think it couldn't get any more crazier.....

HERE'S YOUR RECAP (IN CASE YOU’VE MISSED IT)

* The U.S. is still ranking number one in the world for Covid-19 Infections and deaths.

As of yesterday, America has surpassed four million coronavirus cases a little over two weeks after reaching three million; and Covid-19 Deaths has nearly reached 150 thousand.

But as usual, Trump tells Chriss Wallace differently.

* This week, another 1.4 million U.S. workers filed for unemployment insurance.

* The White House and Senate Republicans failed to reach an agreement on a coronavirus legislative package

* Trump said he would deploy as many as 75,000 federal agents into U.S. cities as part of his "surge" against "violent crime"

GO MOMS OF AMERICA! America needs you.

Ironically Trump and Barr have selected cities led by Democrats.

To the rest of the world, Trump has declared war on Liberals

I think he is getting advice from Putin.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

* The CDC published new guidance recommending that schools reopen in the fall.

On that note, just a reminder, Israel reopened schools last month resulting in a surge of Covid-19 infections and deaths. For one week now, thousands of Israelis are protesting on the streets and demanding the resignation of Netanyahu.

* Trump canceled the in-person portion of the Republican National Convention as the coronavirus continues to spread across America.

This means he is using the “Taskforce press conferences” to continue his campaign rallies.

* In retaliation to Pompeo’s bizarre move to close down the Chinese Consulate in Houston, China ordered the U.S. to close its consulate in Chengdu.

Meanwhile Pompeo is trying to build a coalition in Europe against China…Yep that’s right, nothing like another Cold War to win an election.

FUN FACT: China has the second-greatest amount of U.S. debt held by a foreign country.

The U.S. debt to China was $1.07 trillion in April 2020.1

That's more than 15% of the $6.8 trillion in Treasury bills, notes, and bonds held by foreign countries.

The rest of the $26 trillion national debt is owned by either the American people or by the U.S. government itself.

Yeah, GO REPUBLICANS, Sinking America into a bigger hole.

* The approval rating for governors in four states hit hardest by the coronavirus all sink. according to AXIOS.

Florida; Ron DeSantis’ handling of the pandemic, 58% disapprove, while 40% approve,

55% disapprove of Gov. Greg Abbott, while 44% approve.

In Arizona, 62% disapprove, while 36% approve of Gov. Doug Ducey,

and in Georgia, 55% disapprove, while 44% approve of Gov. Brian Kemp.

Still approval ratings are too high and this tells me that Republicans either have a serious death wish going on or that they are really that stupid.

I blame floriated water.

* Trump just repealed a fair housing regulation he claimed would lead to “destruction” of the country’s suburbs.

Thursday Trump’s administration targeted an Obama-era affordable housing regulation, the latest in a series of appeals to white voters’ fears of crime and declining property values.

Trump’s statement: Democrats want to “abolish our beautiful and successful suburbs by placing far-left Washington bureaucrats in charge of local zoning decisions,” and he’s warned that they’ll be “bringing who knows into your suburbs, so your communities will be unsafe and your housing values will go down.”

WOW, I don’t know why he just doesn’t wear a white sheet over his head when saying that.

That's right, Republicans making sure Suburban America remains WHITE!

* And finally, Trump insisted that the cognitive test he recently took was “difficult" and "not that easy" because he had to correctly recall the phrase “person, woman, man, camera, TV.”

I wonder if he thinks that was an IQ test?

Oh boy, are we in trouble....

All I can say to Republicans, if you're still looking for MAGA, its firmly stuck in a place where the sun don't shine.

Here's my Sunday tirade.....

In this Trumpian nightmare of an existence, where each new day brings a challenge to the survival of our Republic, it's impossible to believe that it's only been one year since the fat bastard told Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, "I would like you to do us a favor, though...."

Look at all that has transpired since then. We had the "whistleblower" complaint, which Bill Barr attempted to keep from ever seeing the light of day. Then there were threats from Congress to just so they would be able to see the complaint. Following that, there were endless testimonies from patriotic American's that refused to be intimidated.

Then we had the impeachment of the "would-be-Fuhrer" by the House...followed by the biggest "sham" of an excuse for a trial in the Senate that included zero witness testimonies. Naturally, with no accusers allowed to testify, the "Brownshirts" in our Senate saved the fat ass from being kicked out of office.

Then Agolf Twitler was bold enough to proclaim that he had been exonerated. He then considered himself "untouchable" and above the law, and he has gone to extremes to prove that to be the case.

As the dust settled from the Senate impeachment farce, Americans were faced with a new threat, the rising of a pandemic. At first, we were told it was a "hoax", perpetrated by Democrats that wanted to bring down the Presidency. It wasn't long before we became the 44th Nation to bar travel from China...you know, so the "hoax" didn't come to our golden shores.

Then we were faced with the most inept and incompetent response to a pandemic we could have imagined. Trouble is, that is still happening, but on the sunny side...we're no longer being told to drink bleach. The pandemic, which essentially shut commerce down in America, and that resulted in over 51 million workers losing their jobs.

Congress attempted to help, but the "Brownshirts" in the Senate wanted handouts to go to the top 1%...because Billionaires need to eat too. So we were all handed a $1,200 check to "boost the economy", which would help the top 1%, while the top earners were given Millions...you know, so they wouldn't have to apply for food stamps.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Some "hoax"...here we are with almost 150,000 dead Americans, and Trump's army if idiots are pulling weapons on people that dare ask them to wear a face mask. And, Congress is again trying to help the average American, while the "Brownshirts" in the Senate don't want to do another thing to help. They are insisting that any help needs to include a tax break for the wealthy...you know, because they are having it so bad right now.

A month ago we learned that Agolf Twitler had known since at least February, that Putin had put a bounty on the heads of American soldiers in Afghanistan. One would have expected at least a response of some type, instead, we have heard crickets on the subject.

0 Twitler attempted to adopt the Sergeant Schultz defense on this subject...."I know nothing...I've seen nothing...I've heard nothing". When that defense was shown to be pure hogwash, he instead called for a probe into "who told."

How dare anyone in the government tell the American people that a Traitor is sitting behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office. "Find that bastard and have him drawn and quartered" is the cry from the Oval Office.

Still, not one single word about sanctioning Russia, or even condemning Putin. But the Traitor did invite Putin to come to Camp David and eat fried chicken with the G-7. The other members said "no thanks", we won't be there. So, that fell through.

Now we are seeing rioting in our streets, being exacerbated by Agolf Twitler's personal Gestapo. Who would ever have thought it would be possible for mercenaries to pound on demonstrators in the streets of America? Yet, here we are.

It has been noted that when the Gestapo takes to the streets, they are followed by a camera crew from OAN and Faux Spews. They are collecting video footage of "how a true leader handles dissent" for his reelection campaign.

We've already seen footage of the violence in his campaign videos. The theme seems to be "this is the America you'll have with Biden as President", obviously thinking the people aren't smart enough to realize that "this is the America we have with Trump leading us".

The division this man has caused between Americans, and especially with our allies, will take years to overcome. I just don't know if I'll ever be able to believe in the America I grew up swearing allegiance to, and served in the military to protect, again. We've all had that "shining example" ripped from us, and nothing will ever be "normal" again.

DEMOCRATS vs. REPUBLICANS: Which Is Better for the Economy? DEMOCRATS gear their economic policies to benefit low-income and middle-income families. DEMOCRATS believe that reducing income inequality is the best way to foster economic growth. This belief is based on the idea that low-income families tend to spend extra money on necessities, which directly increases demand. DEMOCRATS also support a [Keynesian economic theory](https://www.thebalance.com/keynesian-economics-theory-definition-4159776), which says that the government should spend its way out of a recession. President Franklin D. Roosevelt first outlined the Economic Bill of Rights in his 1944 State of the Union address.1 It included a realistic tax law, a cost of food law, and a continuation of the law to renegotiate war contracts. President Harry Truman's 1949 Fair Deal proposed specific legislation to support this expanded vision of the American Dream.2 In 2010, the DEMOCRATS expanded the dream to include health care with the Affordable Care Act.3 REPUBLICANS advocate [supply-side economics] that primarily benefits businesses and investors. This theory states that tax cuts on businesses allow them to hire more workers, in turn increasing demand and growth. In theory, the increased revenue from a stronger economy offsets the initial revenue loss over time. REPUBLICANS advocate the right to pursue prosperity without government interference. They argue this is achieved by self-discipline, enterprise, saving, and investing. This business-friendly approach leads most people to believe that Republicans are better for the economy. A closer look reveals that DEMOCRATS are, in many respects, actually better.

The entire video is long.
But where is all the violence and destruction of property Ch constantly claims he sees?

I saw only peaceful protesting, with strong language only.

Not only that, but I have read more about the white guy carrying the gun. SEEMS HE WAS KILLED BY SOMEONE (WHITE? BLACK?) IN A CAR THAT WAS DRIVEN INTO PROTESTERS AND MULTIPLE SHOTS WERE FIRED.

AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK IT'S CLEAR WHETHER HE HIMSELF FIRED A SINGLE SHOT.

Austin BLM protester Garrett Foster killed; 5 AK-47 and three 9mm shots fired

Three fatal 9mm shots claimed the life of a BLM protester in Austin, Texas.

Both, BML and MAGA supporters begin the blame game. Meanwhile, Garrett Foster is dead.

The Black Lives Matter (BLM) protest march in Austin, Texas took an ugly turn when an alleged Trump supporter drove through a crowd of protesters. A protest video reveals that 5 AK-47 shots being fired followed by 3 shots from a 9 mm weapon.

The other side claims that it wasn't a peaceful protester, but an AK-47 assault rifle-wielding Garrett Foster who first took 5-unsuccessful shots at the driver of a black sedan stopped by the BLM protesters. Following which the driver who was allegedly being shot at, returned fire, killing Foster after a brief exchange of fire. The driver took 3 shots from a 9mm at Garrett which proved fatal.

A video that soon surfaced online shows Foster on record open-carrying an AK-47. The screengrabs of the shooting incident show Garrett pointing his weapon towards the vehicle. The video however is not conclusive from the angle it was shot, a police probe will reveal the actual story.

While the BLM side claims that Foster was a peaceful protester and was shot and killed by a MAGA supporter, the other side has a different version.

Soon after this shooting and the killing of Foster, Twitter filled up with reactionary tweets; some in favour, some against slain Foster.

THOSE DEFENDING GARRETT said:
"Every video of the AK-47 incident in Austin shows the Trump supporter violently drive into a crowd of protestors prompting Garret Foster to use his AK for defense, the driver then shot Foster dead. This is clear intent to cause harm/murder on part of the MAGA supporting driver," feels David C Kemp.

"I have confirmed that Garrett Foster was a dedicated ally and veteran who was supporting the Black Lives Matter Austin Protests. He and his wife Whitney were high school sweethearts. He was trying to get protesters away from the car, and was murdered in front of his paraplegic wife," Savion wrote.

"Last night in Austin, Texas an alleged Trump supporter drove through a crowd of protesters and shot and killed BLM protester Garrett Foster who was peacefully protesting. This is Trump's America," wrote Mrs. Krassenstein

"There are so many takes about the driver and the protestor with the AK-47 in Austin from people who weren't even there. I have no idea what happened and neither do you. We need to wait for the actual investigation with the facts and evidence before jumping to biased conclusions," writes a sensible, Eugene Gu, MD.
________

THOSE BLAMING GARRETT said
"A peaceful protester that shot his AK47 into the car 5 times before the driver defended himself and shot back and killed him. There are plenty of cars trying to get through, he's not the only car on the road clearly. "Defund Police" and "take away AR15s" yet who's carrying the AK," writes Alec.

"Austin: Black Lives Matter protesters blocked the streets. A car was trying to get through. One of the BLM protesters, Garrett Foster, fired five shots at the vehicle with an AK47. He missed every shot. The driver fired back three times. Killing him," writes Ian Miles.

"Interesting story out of Austin re: the rioter that was killed. Different accounts of what happened but everyone seems to agree that the dead person was carrying an AK-47. If you're rioting, you're armed, and you make even a perceived threat, don't complain when you're shot," feels Joe.

AND IT WILL GO ON.

Well, here's one version
(I will personally hold back on my opinion until I know more.)

Witness: Driver gunned down armed protester in Texas capital
NBC Universal JULY 26, 2020, 1:30 PM
AUSTIN, Texas — A protester who was apparently armed with a rifle at a demonstration against police violence in the Texas capital was shot and killed after a witness says he approached a vehicle that had driven through the crowd and the driver opened fire.

The shooting happened just before 10 p.m. Saturday as demonstrators were marching through the downtown Austin, police spokesperson Katrina Ratliff told reporters early Sunday. The man who was shot was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The vehicle honked, turned onto a street and sped through the protesters before he apparently hit an orange barrier and stopped, witness Michael Capochiano, who took part in the demonstration, told the Austin American-Statesman. A protester with a rifle approached the vehicle and was shot by the driver, who then drove off, he said.

Ratliff confirmed that initial reports indicated “the victim may have been carrying a rifle." She said the driver was detained and was cooperating with police. She didn't release the names of the driver or the man who was killed. There was no answer at a number for an Austin police spokesperson late Sunday morning.

In video that was streamed live on Facebook, a car can be heard honking before several shots ring out and protesters start screaming and scattering. Police can then be seen tending to someone lying in the street.

In an interview with ABC's “Good Morning America," Sheila Foster identified the man who was shot as her son, Garrett Foster. She said he had been a regular at the protests with his fiancée.

“They've been participating in these protests almost every day for the past 50 days," she said.

The shooting happened during a night of protests and unrest in several U.S. cities.

Not sure if people are aware, buuuuuuutttttt.......if you don't vote for Joe Biden in November, this Country will have Donald Trump as our President until the day he dies. Essentially, we could have him for as long as he wants. Make no mistake about this, he will find away to stay in office as long as he possibly can. So screw your wishy washy bullshit excuses and vote for Biden.
I do not want to hear anymore, but Biden

The law enforcement, the military, the FBI, and the CIA all take oaths to protect and defend America, our Constitution, and our citizens. Privately contracted thugs don't. The gestapo raiding cities are not held accountable by the same standards the rest of us are. Trump is trying to start a civil war in order to steal the election and destroy our democracy .

COVID-19 Relief to Include $1,200 Checks, Extended Eviction Ban: Kudlow

What to Know
“There’s a $1,200 check coming, that’s going to be part of the new package,” White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said in an interview on CNN
Kudlow also said the administration plans to lengthen the federal eviction moratorium
The eviction moratorium expired Friday and the $600 boost in weekly unemployment benefits stopped Saturday
White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said Sunday that the next round of coronavirus relief will include $1,200 stimulus payments to Americans and the Trump administration will lengthen the federal eviction moratorium.

“There’s a $1,200 check coming, that’s going to be part of the new package,” Kudlow said in an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Republicans have finalized the next relief bill, worth about $1 trillion, and will introduce it Monday. The legislation is set to provide temporary and reduced extension of unemployment benefits, another round of stimulus checks, liability protection for businesses and funding to help schools restart. It will also include $16 billion in new funds for testing and tax incentives to encourage companies to rehire employees.

“The check is there, the reemployment bonus is there. The retention bonus is there,” Kudlow said of the next relief legislation. “There will be breaks, tax credits for small businesses and restaurants.”

“It’s a very well rounded package,” Kudlow added. “It’s a very well targeted package.”

Kudlow also said the administration plans to lengthen the federal eviction moratorium, which has protected millions of renters in the last four months from getting evicted.

Cities across the U.S. have been bracing for a surge of evictions when the moratorium expired on Friday. The moratorium covered renters in building with mortgages backed by the government. Lawmakers and housing advocates have called for a nationwide eviction ban along with rent cancellations and other forms of housing relief.

The $600 weekly supplement to state unemployment checks that was imposed in March ended on Saturday. Democrats want to extend the aid while Republicans are set to reduce the subsidy, arguing that extended aid is a disincentive for unemployed Americans to find work.

Kudlow said the administration’s plan to cap unemployment benefits on approximately 70% wage replacement is “quite generous by any standard.” Last week, Republicans were considering extending the insurance benefit at a reduced level of $400 per month, or $100 a week, through the rest of the year.

As negotiations continue, it’s not yet clear when the potentially reduced unemployment supplement would go into effect. The U.S. unemployment rate has surged to above 10% because of the pandemic, with nearly 32 million Americans now receiving unemployment benefits, according to the Labor Department.

Even as cases surge across the South and West, Kudlow remained optimistic about a U.S. economic recovery: “The odds favor a big increase in job creation and a big reduction in unemployment,” he said.

The U.S. has reported more than 4 million coronavirus cases and at least 146,484 deaths, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.

It was sad to watch the Republican Party go from Reagan’s “Morning in America” to Trump’s “Midnight in America.” I voted for Reagan in 1980.

Thank God this was not a police shooting.

Did the driver of the car have sufficient reason to shoot? Some insist yes; others insist no.

Wallace didn't make that deep of a dive. A one second Google search came up with this.

You can’t keep up with South Florida voter fraud without a scorecard

1994: A state judge ruled that so many absentee ballots were cast from a retirement home housing schizophrenics and drug addicts that Hialeah’s 1993 mayoral election had to be thrown out and done over.

Raúl Martínez, who won the tainted 1993 election by a 273-vote margin (and had a 2-to-1 margin among the absentee voters) won the rerun election, too. The only criminal charges filed in connection with the case were against a campaign worker for his opponent, former state representative Nilo Juri. The worker admitted forging as many as 20 ballots.

1998: Not to be outdone by Hialeah, Miami got its own mayoral race tossed out by a judge, who ruled the 1997 race between incumbent Joe Carollo and former mayor Xavier Suarez was disfigured by “a pattern of fraudulent, intentional and criminal conduct” in absentee voting. Declared the judge: “This scheme to defraud, literally and figuratively, stole the ballot from the hands of every honest voter in the city of Miami.”

The ruling came after a two-month trial in a lawsuit filed by Carollo after Suarez won. The proceedings were like a parody of an old Mafia movie, with 27 witnesses invoking the Fifth Amendment to avoid answering questions. The judge ruled there was no evidence that Suarez knew about the fraud, but four of his campaign workers were arrested. An appeals court put Carollo back in office as mayor.

2008: A variety of hanky-panky surrounding absentee ballots in the congressional race between Raúl Martinez and incumbent Lincoln Díaz-Balart — including mysterious alchemy that apparently changed two ballots marked for Martínez into votes for Diaz-Balart — led Miami-Dade prosecutors to launch a criminal investigation.

Wallace is the Bagdad Bob of Fox News.
