Judge Sullivan still throwing his tantrum!

Sullivan apparently doesn't feel the appeal is even valid?

“The panel’s decision threatens to turn ordinary judicial process upside down.

 It is the district court’s job to consider and rule on pending motions, even ones

 that seem straightforward. This Court, if called upon, reviews those decisions—

it does not preempt them.”

This guy just won't give up. After being slapped down by the appears court, he now wants to appeal the decision to the full appeals court, as if his unique, once in a lifetime, refusal to allow prosecutors to drop their case is the norm, and the appeals court ordering him to do the inevitable is what is crazy?

Quite literally, no other Justice has ordered any sort of review of a decision to drop charges, much less calling in third party players to make an argument that quite literally "nobody" associated with the case is making or asking for. 

I mean what does it tell you when, as a judge, you are adding parties to make arguments simply because you want to see them made. All in spite of no actual legitimate party who is actually legally part of the proceeding is making the argument.

I would argue that it might be well past time for President Trump to simply provide Flynn with the full Pardon and be done with it. Then Sullivan can hold all the hearings he wants without a prosecutor or a defendant or any chance that his outcome will have any tangible effect on anything.
