Is there a Senate race happening in Minnesota?

So SUSA comes out with a poll showing the challenger Jason Lewis within one point of the incumbent Tina Smith just days after a different poll showed the race within the margin of error. Jason Lewis has been hitting outstate Minnesota extremely hard and if these polls are any indication, that work has been paying off.

If the KSTP/SurveyUSA poll is to be believed, then this would likely make Lewis the favorite, given the idea that in most state wide races (Governor, Senate) undecideds generally break for the challenger. Right now Smith has only a one point lead with 15% undecided.

This is an extremely nonintuitive concept, considering most everyone has had Tina Smith in their almost certain to win category, and I have seen almost no advertising from Smith locally. It almost makes you wonder about whether or not the 6-7 point Biden leads are as accurate as they appear. Jason Lewis is running a "Trump" style campaign and is basically marrying himself to the President. If he is within 1 point of Tina Smith, then it is just as possible that the Presidential race is also much closer than we might believe.

If you don't object, Ch, we'll just keep watching the polls for both Smith and Biden.

Did you fail to see that the picture on this post is from your link?

Could you be any more inattentive?

So wonder you are a Democrat. You have the attention span of a newt.

Ch, of course I saw that the picture was from "my" link. I just thought you surely would have no objection to the possibility that we might want to look, and continue hereafter to look, at the actual polling for both Smith and Biden, with helpful graphs which your post did not provide.

Surely you do not object to that? :-)

I'm also sure, Ch, that you will have no objection to my pointing out that according to your own sidebar, the number of deaths per million in states with Republican governors is fast approaching the number per million for all the states (only 47 less now!) and may also soon catch up with (or even surpass?) the number per million in states with Democratic governors.

(I mean, you used to make such a very big deal out of the fact that the deaths in states with Democratic governors was three times and later two times as great, so I thought for the sake of honesty you would want me to point this out. --You're very welcome.)

Yesterday:

California 131 new deaths and 3047 new cases
Illinois has 68 new deaths and 4342 new cases
Wisconsin had 48 new deaths and 4205 new cases

Even New York, Michigan, and North Carolina are ramping up (2060, 1878, 1842) new cases yesterday.

six out of the top ten new cases in raw numbers are now coming back in blue states.
six out of the top ten new deaths in raw numbers are also now coming back in blue states.

🤤Tony Bobulinski, who was listed as the recipient of an email published by the New York Post that appeared to detail a business arrangement involving a Chinese company and members of the Biden family, has confirmed that the email is "genuine" and provided more information regarding the Bidens' role in the deal.

The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.🤤

So that is how Joe bought four homes.

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/522212-trump-teases-preemptive-release-of-60-minutes-interview

President Trump on Thursday teased the release of an unedited version of his interview with "60 Minutes" as his attacks on the widely watched news program dragged into a third day.

The president has been fixated on the interview with veteran journalist Lesley Stahl, which ended abruptly after Trump grew frustrated with the questioning.

He's been getting more angry every day.

I suspect he will not look Presidential in the debate tonight.

Scott, and the rest of the truthers will be thrilled. But it won't widen his margins of undecideds and the college educated women who voted for him in 2016.

Andrew Surabian
@Surabees

On one hand, I'm disgusted by the mainstream media blackout of these texts showing that Joe Biden was part of Hunter's corrupt foreign schemes, but on the other hand, I'm enjoying watching them destroy their own credibility
by blatantly ignoring it for partisan political reasons.

So Joe wanted a blackout of his name and only face-to-face discussions to document.

Sounds like an innocent man.

The Protestant Reformation was the 16th-century religious, political, intellectual and cultural upheaval that splintered Catholic Europe, setting in place the structures and beliefs that would define the continent in the modern era. In northern and central Europe, reformers like Martin Luther, John Calvin and Henry VIII challenged papal authority and questioned the Catholic Church’s ability to define Christian practice. They argued for a religious and political redistribution of power into the hands of Bible- and pamphlet-reading pastors and princes. The disruption triggered wars, persecutions and the so-called Counter-Reformation, the Catholic Church’s delayed but forceful response to the Protestants.

a fertilized egg doesn't "go into the ovaries" dumbass.

a fertilized egg goes into the uterus, attaches to the uterine wall, and begins to develop. this is true of most mammals include humans and "milk cattle."

BC pills prevent ovulation in the first place, genius.

so in conclusion, the alky FAILS AGAIN:

Most birth control pills are "combination pills" containing a mix of the hormones estrogen and progesterone to prevent ovulation (the release of an egg during the monthly cycle). A woman cannot get pregnant if she doesn't ovulate because there is no egg to be fertilized.

Honest, decent, truthful Rev. said...

Well, Ch, you sure seemed "cocky" when you often emphasized that the deaths per million in states with Republican governors was far, far lower then in states with Democratic governors. So I guess it's not too "cocky" of me to point out that's no longer true.
