Moving on from the 5.6 Trillion already passed or proposed.
Mr. Broke-It Biden has a new spending bill a "Family Plan"
"The newest measure is expected to call for roughly $1 trillion in new spending and about $500 billion in tax credits, the Post reported, citing people familiar with the internal discussions. "

This one initial cost is $1,5 Trillion.

Far-right Twitter freaks out over George Floyd's murderer being held accountable

April 20, 2021

The conviction of former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin on multiple counts of murder and manslaughter for the killing of George Floyd triggered jubilant celebration from civil rights activists around the country, with even Fox News personalities admitting the verdict was accountability served.

But not everyone was pleased with the outcome.

Across Twitter, far-right commenters exploded with anger over the fact that a police officer was held to account for murdering an unarmed Black man. Some commenters explicitly called for police to stage strikes or sickouts — the so-called "Blue Flu" — to intimidate the government and public officials into allowing them to do as they please. Some of them are sad that the KKK didn't lynch Obama, who is a Muslim who was not born in the United States in 2009! They didn't know how to conduct an Insurrection!

They are frustrated because they banned the former President from Twitter tirade they went nuts about the fact that they didn't hang Mike Pence because he betrayed Trump

Twitter is going crazier than an obscure coldheartedtruthblog.blogspot

The Democrats actually tried to convert the United States into a brown skin majority by letting thousands of brown skinned kids and overturn the Constitution like you know who said!@

They knew if one juror would have a reasonable doubt, our heirs in The Proud Boys and The Truth Seekers would seek them out and lynch them at Mar Lago.

After hours of sequestered deliberation, the jury in the Derek Chauvin trial has reached a decision. Before that, however, they will be each reading their last wills to ensure their affairs are in order before giving the verdict of innocence.

The jurors could not get out of the courtroom fast enough. We voted to give the mob what they wanted, now we want to hide at home and pray they don’t track us down.

The Police must use this USSC decision to act going forward.

"“Neither the Constitution, nor state law, impose a general duty upon police officers or other governmental officials to protect individual persons from harm".

In the cases DeShaney vs. Winnebago and Town of Castle Rock vs. Gonzales, the supreme court has ruled that police agencies are not obligated to provide protection of citizens. In other words, police are well within their rights to pick and choose when to intervene to protect the lives and property of others — even when a threat is apparent."

No Duty. Take no Action.

Rational people on both side who have not lost their minds. Because a white police officer was arrested and convicted of murder and manslaughter charges.

America is speaking out after the jury in Derek Chauvin's trial announced its guilty verdict after roughly 10 hours of deliberation.

What they're saying: Ben Crump, Floyd family lawyer, wrote, "GUILTY! Painfully earned justice has finally arrived for George Floyd’s family. ... Justice for Black America is justice for all of America!"

Former President Barack Obama: "We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with all those who are committed to guaranteeing every American the full measure of justice that George and so many others have been denied."

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison: "I would not call today's verdict justice, however, because justice implies true restoration. But it is accountability, which is the first step toward justice."

Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio), chair of the Congressional Black Caucus: "Breonna Taylor, Daunte Wright, Adam Toledo, Andre Hill, Casey Goodson, Jr., Tamir Rice, and George Floyd should be alive, and no verdict will bring them back or undo the unimaginable heartache and loss their family, friends, and our communities have had to endure."

Rep. Nikema Williams (D-Ga.): "My heart started racing and I was nervous because I know that we have a history of Black people not receiving the justice that they deserve in this country, but I'm grateful that justice was served today."

Rep. Karen Bass (D-Calif.): "For a moment, we have a little bit of relief. ... Now we need to focus on transforming policing in the United States."

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.): "Let this be a turning point."

Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.): "While this outcome should give us renewed confidence in the integrity of our justice system, we know there is more work to be done to ensure the bad apples do not define all officers." An African American Republican.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.): "If you are Black, you should feel comfortable about when you get in your car, not being shot by a police officer because your license was expired or your registration was expired. So there's a lot of work that has to be done."

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah): "I have trust in our justice system. ... Obviously, I’m pleased the temperature will hopefully be brought down a bit."

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D): "True justice for George only comes through real, systemic change to prevent this from happening again. And the tragic death of Daunte Wright this week serves as a heartbreaking reminder that we still have so much more work to do to get there."

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.): "That a family had to lose a son, brother and father; that a teenage girl had to film and post a murder, that millions across the country had to organize and march just for George Floyd to be seen and valued is not justice. And this verdict is not a substitute for policy change."

National Black Police Association: "We are extremely pleased at the outcome of this trial. Justice has indeed been served and history made in the memory of a victim cruelly murdered by the very people who were meant to protect [George Floyd]."

National Fraternal Order of Police: "The trial was fair and due process was served. We hope and expect that all of our fellow citizens will respect the rule of law and remain peaceful tonight and in the days to come."

Oprah Winfrey: "Relieved—and emotional in ways I didn't expect. I cried tears of joy as each verdict was read ... Grateful to every Juror for seeing and acknowledging what the world saw on that tape."

Athlete Naomi Osaka: "I was going to make a celebratory tweet but then I was hit with sadness because we are celebrating something that is clear as day. The fact that so many injustices occurred to make us hold our breath toward this outcome is really telling."

Journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones: "A measure of justice does not make for a just society."

What to watch: "The jury in the state trial of Derek Chauvin has fulfilled its civic duty and rendered a verdict convicting him on all counts ... the Justice Department has previously announced a federal civil rights investigation into the death of George Floyd," U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland said. "This investigation is ongoing."

Nobody but a lunatic who has lost his mind is comparing the black lives matter to the KKK about the verdict and the victory of law and order.

Patrick Yoes, president of the Fraternal Order of Police, the nation’s largest law-enforcement union, said in a statement, “Justice has worked as it should” and urged calm in response to the conviction.

The organization, following Mr. Floyd’s killing last year, condemned Mr. Chauvin’s actions, saying the case diminished trust and respect between the community and police.

The Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis thanked the jury for its work and added: “There are no winners in this case and we respect the jury’s decision. We need the political pandering to stop and the race-baiting of elected officials to stop. In addition, we need to stop the divisive comments and we all need to do better to create a Minneapolis we love.”

Seems Chauvins ex wife had a good sense what he did and what was going to happen.....Very Smart women to say the least!!!!! Also very interesting how Lil Schitty said the monetary settlement with the Floyd family was premature......Seems to me they got out of dodge and probably saved a few bucks by it's early settlement !!!!!! Again another factor of where Lil Schitty screwed the pooch and got it COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!!!!!! Some may feel sorry for Derrick......I don't!!!!

A North Carolina man is facing second-degree murder charges after he accidentally killed his niece during the filming of a music video, the News and Observer reports. During the filming of a rap video, Jeremy Quintrel Lewis, 30, fired a gun, injuring his 7-year-old niece, investigators say. The bullet passed through a wall of a home and struck his niece in the head. She was rushed to a hospital and died a week later, police say. “This was a tragic accident,” said Lewis’ attorney, Noell P. Tinn. “Jeremy loved his niece and he is devastated.” Lewis is also facing assault and weapons charges, prosecutors say. He is currently in custody on a $500,000 bond, according to WCNC.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN—After Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all three counts, the crowds outside the courthouse breathed a sigh of relief and began to celebrate.

"Wait! Not so fast!" said BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors to the crowds. "We have more work to do! We haven't really achieved justice! We must not stop until I can afford to buy a 5th house! Er-- I mean, until we dismantle all the systems or whatever!"

"Chant with me now! No justice, no peace! No justice, no peace!"

The crowd was initially confused as they thought justice had already been served, but they forgot about all that when they joined along with Cullors and remembered how fun it was to chant.

"No justice, no peace!" they all chanted in unison.

They then marched on the courthouse to decide whether they would use all the bricks and soup cans they had brought for the occasion.

BLM leaders estimate it may take another few more months of violent activism until Cullors can afford her 5th dream home.

"Systemic racism" is such a perfect Marxist formulation. It delegitimizes an entire society without blaming anyone in particular, so it generates little opposition. It signifies everything and nothing simultaneously. It can't be proven or disproven. It's genius propaganda.

I would be interested to know if any of the jurors felt influenced or intimidated. If so, then there is grounds for appeal.

Let's fix the systemic racism by assuming that blacks are too stupid to get an id to vote.

And maybe all this is the product of climate change. Full circle.

Looks like the BLM crowd didn't unleash their agitators last night. Guess that's both good and bad. Good that we didn't have mass violence bad that it shows an organized control over the mobs.

We also got to see the decline of American justice to having what 3rd world countries have - a show trial. Prominent politicians including the president made clear if the desired outcome wasn't reached cities would burn and the members of the jury would pay the price. Makes you wonder if the same kind of threats have been made silently to our Supreme Court.

Meanwhile a killer roams Washington DC without even being identified to apparently uphold a false narrative, despite being known from day-1, and our nation slips into totalitarianism and fascism because of "racism".

Amy Coney Barrett doesn't have time to look at election law cases or abortion cases or gun rights cases but she's got time to take $2 million for a book advance before she's done anything on the court?

saw another "moot" election case, does make you wonder since it was filed when it wasn't "moot".

I guess our rule of law is now mute

Moments after former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of murdering George Floyd, Black women congressional leaders on Tuesday renewed their call to pass legislation bearing the slain Black man’s name, bolstered by Vice President Kamala Harris in her address to the nation in the wake of the verdict.

Harris, the daughter of civil rights activists and a former prosecutor who co-sponsored the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act as a U.S. senator last summer, said racial injustice is an American problem that “is holding our nation back from realizing our full potential.”

“A measure of justice isn’t the same as equal justice,” Harris said. “This verdict brings us a step closer and the fact is we still have work to do. We still must reform the system. We are all part of George Floyd’s legacy, and our job now is to honor it and to honor him.”
