I can do anything better than you!

Apparently men are better than women at being sexy beauty queen women?

It's one thing to win a contest between other transgender women, but this is the real thing. She will be competing in the Miss USA contest and if she were to win, competing in Miss Universe. Somehow the irony seems to be missed here. While everyone celebrates her victory as some sort of marker for transgender rights, it seems like a backhanded slap at the cis-gender women who lost to a biological male at a contest about... well being a woman.

I liked the recommendation that there should now be two categories in sports.

An open category (any sex) and a separate one for biological females.

Females could choose which one to compete in.

Perhaps the same would make sense here ?

Bidennomics are breaking a 16 year old record.

Despite recent months of softening sales, buyers came back remarkably strongly in May.

Pending home sales, a measure of signed contracts on existing homes, jumped an unexpectedly high 8% in May compared with April, according to the National Association of Realtors. Analysts expected a 1% drop. This is the highest level of sales activity for May since 2005.

The only thing I will say is that, because she refinanced her house loan

Even though my income was the reason she got a lot of equity, she refused to put my name on the loan.

In California, when a couple's marriage reaches ten years, I would have had equity on the loan.

She refinanced to avoid equity.

She filed allegations against me for that, but was not trying to steal her money kputz.

Shut the fuck up

She had no other financial savings"

I love it when 4F-Alky goes all confessional.

No one said you sole her money, odd you self-confessed that you tried.

The Manhattan district attorney’s office is expected to charge the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer with tax-related crimes on Thursday, people familiar with the matter said, which would mark the first criminal charges against the former president’s company since prosecutors began investigating it three years ago.

The charges against the Trump Organization and Allen Weisselberg, the company’s longtime chief financial officer, are a blow to former President Donald Trump, who has fended off multiple criminal and civil probes during and after his presidency. Mr. Trump himself isn’t expected to be charged, his lawyer said. Mr. Weisselberg has rejected prosecutors’ attempts at gaining his cooperation, according to people familiar with the matter.

The defendants are expected to appear in court on Thursday afternoon, the people said.

The Trump Organization and Mr. Weisselberg are expected to face charges related to allegedly evading taxes on fringe benefits, the people said. For months, the Manhattan district attorney’s office and New York state attorney general’s office have been investigating whether Mr. Weisselberg and other employees illegally avoided paying taxes on perks—such as cars, apartments and private-school tuition—that they received from the Trump Organization.

Dershowitz.

"If the prosecution is allowed to go willy-nilly after people without a systematic, single standard, anybody's vulnerable," he said. "If a prosecutor just has it in for somebody, they can go after him. We need to have equal justice under the law. We need to make sure that there isn't one law for friends and one law for enemies or one law for Republicans and one for Democrats...if you weaponize the law, it can be used against anybody."

New York's prosecutors are area also seeking a crime to pin on Trump or the organization, and that is also "very dangerous," said Dershowitz. "They did it with Al Capone, obviously, but you know, he was the head of the Mafia. to go after a former president and former president's family and former president's company, searching for crime, t's going to be a terrible precedent because it will be used by Republicans against Democrats. One can easily imagine if the Republicans take over in a few years of going after Hunter Biden. That would be equally wrong."

Meanwhile, Giuliani can appeal the loss of his law license, Dershowitz said, but he thinks "he's cooked in front of the appellate division. They've already said it's likely that there will be permanent sanctions. I think his best chance will be in the United States Supreme Court...I think (it) will take a case like this because they will see selective prosecution and they will see that he had a First Amendment right to go on television, even if he ended up being wrong, even if what he said was not truthful."

Pjmedia is obsessed with Obama!

His High Holiness the Lightbringer Barack Obama firmly established the Democrats as the political party of cop-haters when he perpetuated the lie about Michael Brown that gave us the Ferguson riots in 2014.

That set the stage for 2020, when the George Floyd riots ignited the fire in the hearts of Democrats to defund all the police.

As Democrat-run cities threw in with thugs like Black Lives Matter and antifa while turning on law enforcement, cops decided they’d had enough.

For months now, we’ve seen the predictable results of the defund the police movement. A fourth-grader could have foreseen what would happen. Fewer cops, more crime. It’s called “The Minneapolis Effect.”

Trump is like a return of an old television show.. Will it work again?

wanted to hear from Trump; and, if not him, then the supporting cast of allies who have eagerly fed the fraud that the 2020 election was stolen, ripped from the hands of voters like them.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a Trump confidant and donor who has pushed conspiracy theories about the election so wild that he is now the defendant in a multimillion dollar defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems, was greeted like a veritable rock star. Wearing a suit and tie, sweat glistening off his face, he posed for selfies with fans, as they screamed out “hero!” at his mere passing by.

Lindell may have been one of the evening’s main actors, but the play itself was a fantasy about last November.

On stage, a math teacher from Cincinnati gave a bizarre PowerPoint presentation to a patient audience that squinted in the sun to see slides of squiggly lines he said amounted to evidence of widespread, coordinated election fraud. He used his fuzzy math to prove Trump actually won the election, and the audience nodded along.

When it was Greene’s turn to speak, she asked the audience, “Who is your president?” “Trump!,” they replied, even though the year is 2021 and Joe Biden occupies the White House.

Not that the crowd needed much convincing. I asked Richard Stachurski, a resident of Wellington, Ohio, if he wanted Trump to run

“How do you run for president if you’re already president?” he replied.

When he finally took the stage, Trump attacked Biden’s policies and became animated when he pivoted to the past, talking about his negotiations with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un and his plans for a border wall.

There was a familiarity to it all. The chants of “4 MORE YEARS!” and “LOCK HIM UP!” (this time, aimed at infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci instead of former campaign rival Hillary Clinton). The recitation of the sinister poem, “The Snake.”

And yet, there were signs this rally was different. During past rallies, Trump’s supporters applauded Trump as he trashed immigrants, demonized the media, and echoed his calls to lock up his opponents. But they also felt hopeful the real estate magnate was giving them a voice. There was a sense that this charismatic outsider would empower them to change Washington, and a joyfulness that came with being part of a movement. Now, they felt cheated. “WE THE PEOPLE ARE PISSED OFF,” one popular rally T-shirt read. Their champion was no longer in office, which means he had been stripped of any real power. It seemed to feed a sense of desperation, even from Trump himself.

“The subject matter is somewhat depressing,” he said of his own speech.

Attendees queue up for french fries and other concessions at Saturday's Trump rally outside Cleveland. | Meridith McGraw

In all, Trump spoke for more than 95 minutes, and after the rally was over, supporters marched back to their cars. In the distance, the bright lights of the rally that read “SAVE AMERICA AGAIN” and a lit-up fairground french fries truck painted a dusky dreamscape redolent of Edward Hopper.

“Gloria,” the one-hit-wonder disco song about a woman driven to insanity because of a man, could be heard blaring from the speakers.

"Are the voices in your head calling, Gloria?”

People sang along.

Biden Ups Pace on Judicial Nominations

“President Joe Biden announced eight new federal judicial nominations on Wednesday as the White House seeks to maintain its rapid pace of nominations — and confirmations — to the federal bench,” CNN reports.

“That number is notable for its historical context: It puts Biden on the fastest pace for judicial confirmations in a first presidential term in more than 50 years.”

A Big Day for the Supreme Court

“Relatively few people are talking about it right now, but Thursday (and perhaps the days to come) could be one of the most pivotal moments in recent Supreme Court history,” the Washington Post reports.

“Yes, that pertains to the key decisions that are set to be handed down on Thursday, the final day of the court’s current term. The long-awaited cases include key rulings on the Arizona GOP’s election laws and the role of so-called ‘dark money’ in politics.

“But history suggests it’s also quite possibly the time when we get some clarity about the future makeup of the court — and particularly the all-important question about whether Justice Stephen Breyer will retire.”

More than half of House Republicans stand with Confederate traitors in the U.S. Capitol
Jun 30, 2021 8:11am PDT by Joan McCarter, Daily Kos Staff

The House voted 285 to 120 on Tuesday to remove statues of Confederate leaders from the U.S. Capitol and to replace the bust of the author of the 1857 Dred Scott decision with one of the first Black Supreme Court justices, Thurgood Marshall. Of the 211 Republicans, 120—well over half—decided to perpetuate the Civil War and stick with the losing, racist side. Another 24 didn't bother to vote.

Debate on the issue was passionate. "My ancestors built this building," Rep. Karen Bass, a California Democrat, said in her remarks ahead of the vote. "Imagine how they would feel, knowing that more than 100 years after slavery was abolished in this country, we still paid homage to the very people that betrayed this country in order to keep my ancestors enslaved."

"The halls of Congress are the very heart of our democracy," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in her remarks. "The statues that we display should embody our highest ideals as Americans, expressing who we are and who we aspire to be as a nation. Monuments to men, or people who advocated cruelty and barbarism to achieve such a plainly racist end are a grotesque affront to those ideals."

Rep. Joyce Beatty, an Ohio Democrat and chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, tweeted her statement calling for a bipartisan vote. "Let’s join together as Democrats and Republicans to send a stronger message that the people’s House should reflect the very best of America."

The crazy right wing nutcase websites are triggering violence this summer.

Federal authorities are deeply concerned about the possibility of domestic terror and violence, including mass shootings, as the July Fourth holiday approaches and the summer season gets fully underway.

A new Homeland Security bulletin obtained exclusively by ABC News warns that "violent extremists might seek to exploit easing COVID-19 restrictions, increased access to mass gatherings, and possible changes in levels of violence during the summer months to conduct attacks against a range of potential targets with little or no warning.”

The intelligence document locks in on the nation returning to normalcy after the pandemic and notes that by the end of Wednesday, "34 states will have State of Emergency orders expire," which means bans on mass gatherings and social distancing restrictions will be largely lifted.

MORE: US facing 'complex and volatile' threats from domestic extremism: DHS

"In recent weeks, domestic violent extremists (DVEs) motivated by various violent ideologies have continued to advocate violence and plan attacks," the bulletin said. "As of 16 June, racially or ethnically motivated violent extremist-white supremacists (RMVE-WSs) were sharing downloadable links to a publication discussing targeting mass gatherings, critical infrastructure, and law enforcement officers.”
