New hearing in Fulton County to dismiss the case?

A judge had ordered 147,000 absentee ballots to be unsealed and audited - Now there is a new hearing to overturn that order and dismiss the case.

State and federal authorities have repeatedly said there was no evidence of widespread fraud in the election.

Now a couple of points here. There doesn't seem to be much of an argument here brought forth by the state other than you cannot audit the ballots because there is no evidence that there are problems. That seems to be putting the cart before the horse. Obviously you cannot determine much of anything if you refuse to audit something.

Many observers believe that this is little more than a stall tactic.

Secondly this disproves the insistence from the left that everything everywhere has been audited, recounted, and gone over with a fine tooth comb. These ballot boxes remain under seal. Since they have never been opened, the argument that they have already been audited is silly. There have been cursory audits done, just as are done in any election. Checking this number to that. But everything was internal and done by the same people who counted in the first place.

Most of the counties where there was alleged issues have done either very little or nothing above and beyond what they generally would do anyways. A few counties here and there reran everything through the scanners again, and a couple of counties did hand count. Again, nearly all done by the same people who counted them in the first place. Many others have just been left to fester.

Those counties (such has Maricopa) where there has been attempts to do more involved independent counts and audits have been fought tooth and nail every inch of the way. For the most "secure election in history" there appears to be little stomach for anyone (other than those who counted originally) to take a second look.

Who knows what (if anything) an audit of those Fulton County absentee ballots would find? Perhaps they would actually confirm that observers were correct and that there some suspicious unfolded ballots of different stock that were actually counted? Or perhaps they will confirm that every ballot was on the up and up.

But it makes very little sense in not taking the time to open them up and take a look.

They owe justice to the Michigan residents who came forward and testified they witnessed Fraud.
When you have 1,000 people come forward with signed affidavits that they witnessed fraud they deserve a Forensic Audit
All of Michigan deserves to restore faith in our election process

The real coldheartedtruth the agenda

The drama has been building for weeks on the Democrats’ big election reform bill, and it will come to a head on Tuesday when the Senate votes on whether to move ahead with debate on the Former The People Act.

Technically, it’s a cloture vote on a motion to proceed to a substitute of the original legislation -- yes, this is really what it is, and no it’s not as complicated as it sounds. This legislation is principally authored by Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) and it is backed overwhelmingly by the Senate Democratic Caucus.

We can tell you what the outcome will be -- the Democrats won’t get cloture and the bill will stall.

The drama, though, will come in two parts: 1) Does Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) vote for the motion to proceed? We imagine that he will, but Manchin has made clear he doesn’t support the underlying bill without revisions. Manchin circulated a list of proposed changes last week, and some Democrats reacted favorably. It doesn’t much matter, because even if Manchin votes for cloture, there aren’t 10 Republican votes to overcome a filibuster. Meaning there will be no Senate debate on the For The People Act.

Which brings us to the second part of the drama -- the fate of the filibuster. There will be loud calls to dump the filibuster on Tuesday from inside and outside the Senate. It’s not going to happen. Manchin and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) won’t support it, and they are backed by other quiet Democratic moderates at the moment. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) will face demands that he bring it to a vote, but this doesn’t make sense either. Schumer is not going to make his vulnerable 2022 senators -- like Mark Kelly of Arizona or Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire -- vote on blowing up the filibuster unless there’s really a chance it can happen. And since it can’t happen with Manchin and Sinema opposed, there’s no reason to do it.

So what does Schumer do? This is the big question. Democrats will have an issue to motivate their base, and Schumer can try to bring the bill up again in the future to try to score more political points. But we don’t see how Democrats can move forward.

Even Manchin’s push for an amended version of the underlying bill, or the John Lewis Voting Rights Act -- a much narrower bill -- can’t overcome GOP opposition. It doesn’t matter if Democrats back it unless there are 10 Republican votes. Manchin hasn’t shown he can do that yet.

Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday handed a victory to Goldman Sachs Group Inc in its bid to avoid an investor class action lawsuit accusing the bank of hiding conflicts of interest when creating risky subprime securities before the 2008 financial crisis.

The justices threw out a decision by the Manhattan-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last year that had allowed Goldman shareholders including the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System to sue as a group under a federal investor protection law. The plaintiffs accused the company of unlawfully hiding conflicts of interest when creating risky subprime securities.

In directing the 2nd Circuit to reconsider the matter, the justices said the lower court had failed to properly assess whether the bank's statements that the investors had called misleading were too generic to have affected its stock price. The ruling gives Goldman another chance to avoid the class action in which the plaintiffs said they lost more than $13 billion due to the bank's conduct.

King Fauci Hitler the transcript will be available later.

But you and the right wing terrorists are attacking Fauci Hitler....

The National Institute of Health Director faced backlash for telling Americans not to wear masks during the early days of the Pandemic, only to reverse his stance later on and to become one of the staunchest advocates of mask wearing.

In his pushback to critics comparing him to Hitler, he praised himself and said he devoted his life to "saving lives."

"The more extreme they get, the more obvious how political it is ... 'Fauci has blood in his hands.' Are you kidding me?

"Here's a guy whose entire life has been devoted to saving lives, and now you're telling me he's like Hitler? You know, come on, folks. Get real."

Other critics have taken issue with Fauci's resistance to exploring the lab leak hypothesis of COVID-19's origin, even though he has since expressed more openness to the theory.

The immunologist went on to detail shocking harassment and death threats he received, including some that targeted his family.

I believe he has secret service agents in his home.

In the span of a week, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has signed bills restricting the teaching of critical race theory and allowing Texans to carry handguns without a license. He’s preparing to order state lawmakers back into a special session to pass legislation restricting voting access, a GOP priority. And in the most pugilistic affront to President Joe Biden’s White House yet, he announced Texas will build its own border wall.

Less than six months into Biden’s presidency, Texas conservatives are in the new revolution against The United States of America.

It won't be much longer until we see people carrying arms on voting locations in minority neighborhoods in Texas, Georgia and Arizona. Poll watchers. Proud Boys.

The Big Lie is the first time since the civil war began, is the most dangerous era in 154 years.

Juneteenth revelers on the other hand?

Juneteenth celebrations in Oakland, California; Aurora, Colorado; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Clover, South Carolina; and Flint, Michigan, were marred by shootings and death.

ABC News reports that Oakland’s Juneteenth celebration at Lake Merritt was interrupted by gunfire at 6:22 p.m. When the shots ended, seven shooting victims were discovered, included a 22-year-old man who was killed in the incident.

Also on Juneteenth, a 19-year-old woman was shot and killed after allegedly shooting at a police officer in Flint, Michigan.

McDONOUGH, Ga. (AP) — A judge is set to hear arguments Monday over whether a lawsuit that alleges fraud during the November general election in Georgia’s most populous county should be dismissed.

The lawsuit alleges evidence of fraudulent ballots and improper ballot counting in Fulton County, which has Atlanta as its seat. As part of the suit, the nine voters who filed it want to inspect some 147,000 absentee ballots to see whether there are any that are illegitimate.

Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero, who is presiding over the case, last month ordered that the paper ballots be unsealed so the petitioners who filed the lawsuit can inspect and scan them. He had scheduled a meeting with the parties to sort out the logistics of how that review and scanning of paper ballots would proceed.

But before that meeting happened, Fulton County, the county election board and the county courts clerk all filed motions asking the judge to dismiss the lawsuit. The judge canceled the logistics meeting, saying those motions needed to be dealt with first and scheduled Monday’s hearing.

The justice department has been keeping the election system safe from the big lie.

I am sure there will be people who will claim cover-up.

After all, the Judge did order 24/7 security on the building.
Then the two officers responsible left their post for two hours.
During that time, coincidently the alarm was triggered.
Oh, and the building refused to turn over security footage.

So I am guessing that that will lead to some suspicion.

That being said if there are no problems with the ballots, then why would these people be back in court attempting to stop the ballots from being opened up and audited?

Wouldn't you expect that they would say... yeah, come on in and look at em. We got nothing to hide and lets put this behind us. Could have been done months ago without a court order.

That's why I will go to my grave convinced 2020 was stolen. Innocent people with nothing to hide don't fear an audit.

Those with something to hide do.

The Republicans believe that the Democrats posted 80,000 fraudulent ballots.

Biden carried Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes by a margin of more than 80,000 votes, or more than 1 percentage point, a wider margin than Trump’s victory there in 2016. Biden won 3.45 million votes in Pennsylvania, more than any presidential contender in the commonwealth’s history.

Trump has repeatedly pushed Republicans to conduct audits of election results in states he lost. In a statement last week, Trump criticized both Argall and state Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R) for their inaction.

“Why is State Senator Jake Corman of Pennsylvania fighting so hard that there not be a Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam? Corman is fighting as though he were a Radical Left Democrat, saying that a Forensic Audit of Pennsylvania not take place,” Trump said in the statement. “Why is Senator David Argall playing the same game? Are they stupid, corrupt, or naive?”

A spokesman for Corman did not immediately respond to a request for comment Monday morning.

The Republican-controlled state House in Pennsylvania has rejected any potential audit, and Corman has been coy about the prospects of the state Senate funding its own count. Argall’s committee has subpoena power, but funding an audit would likely require the legislature to approve an appropriation.

Republican legislators from at least 10 states have visited Arizona to observe the state Senate-ordered audit of votes cast in Maricopa County. That audit has been riddled with allegations of security lapses and wild conspiracy theories, and auditors have not claimed to have found any wrongdoing.

Some of those legislators have returned home to states like Georgia, Utah and Michigan demanding their own audits.

At least one Pennsylvania legislator, state Sen. Doug Mastriano (R), who also participated in the Jan. 6 rally that led to the Capitol insurrection in Washington, was among the political tourists observing the count.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has slammed Merrick Garland for threatening to involve the federal government in Maricopa County’s forensic audit of the 2020 election results.

Last week, Merrick Garland, who the Biden administration appointed as Attorney General, announced that they would “scrutinise” post-election “audits to ensure they abide by federal statutory requirements to protect election records and avoid intimidation of voter,” including the upcoming publication of “guidance explaining the civil and criminal statutes that apply” to them. As of the time of writing, the only state who is currently performing an audit of the 2020 election is Arizona, whose forensic audit of the Maricopa County results has been much derided by the mainstream media and leftist activists.

https://twitter.com/disclosetv/status/1403426447763685387

In a letter to Garland, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich slammed his comments as being “troubling,” and displaying “an alarming disdain for state sovereignty.” Brnovich said that the current “posturing” against the Maricopa County forensic audit did not “amuse” his office, adding that they will not” tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate’s audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections.”

Brnovich reminded Garland that the states created the federal government, not the other way around, in what seemed to be a clear challenge to Garland’s attempt to assert illegitimate authority over Arizona and their electoral process. “Arizonans will not sit back and let the Biden administration abuse its authority, refuse to uphold laws, or attempt to commandeer our state’s sovereignty,” Garland said, adding in a tweet that they stand ready “to defend federalism and state sovereignty against any partisan attacks or federal overreach.”

Classic right wing fake news.
