What the Maricopa County Audit really found...

Fake red herring MSM news not reporting the important stuff

Let's be clear. Nobody went into this audit with the concept that the Maricopa county election officials simply miscounted the total number of certified votes. This was not a recount, nor should it be reported as if it was a recount. The audit was specifically looking discrepancies that would alert the country to potential fraud. Yet, the MSM is pretending that these auditors spend several months recounting the certified votes and determining that almost nothing changed.

Fake news at its most blatant. Gaslighted liberal falling for this for all around!

So what did the auditors actually find?

You can enlarge this to view, but to recap:
  • 23,344 mail in ballots voted from an incorrect previous address
  • 10,342 voters who potentially voted in multiple counties
  • 9,041 more ballots returned that were sent out
  • 3432 in official results that do not match the number of votes found
  • 2592 more duplicate replacement ballots than were originally damaged
  • 2382 in person voters who were no longer living in Maricopa county
  • 2081 voters who had moved out of state but voted in Maricopa county
There are more problems that were reported. Overall there was well over 50,000 ballots that were found to be potentially fraudulent or otherwise were counted without proper verification. Over 30,000 of these were determined to be of a critical or high in the severity of potential fraud. In a state won by just 10,000 or so votes, this calls into question the results. There can be no logical argument there.

The "Big Lie" is alive and well.

As Mark Steyn said recently, to steal a US national election, thanks to the EC, all you need to steal it is the votes in six key cities in six key states.

And what Slow Joe is enjoying today is Karma. Everything he's touched has turned to complete shit. Of course we get to suffer from his idiocy, but at least it's nice to see his presidency collapse into complete and utter failure. He deserves nothing less.

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

09/24/21

CNN, New York Times, Washington Post, and other Lamestream Media are feeding large-scale misinformation to the public about the Arizona Audit. The Audit was a big win for democracy and a big win for us. Shows how corrupt the Election was. Arizona State Senate hearing going on now and the information about what took place is terrible—a bigger Scam even than anticipated!

Arizona: 360-vote shift — toward Biden
This was supposed to be the big one, because it was the most extensive audit and it was effectively spearheaded by Republicans and people who had pushed bizarre Trump-esque voter-fraud conspiracy claims. It also took place in the state with the second-closest margin in 2020, meaning the level of supposed fraud required to change the result was comparatively small.
In other words, if there was something there to unearth or spin, this would seem to be the report that did it.
But even the Cyber Ninjas — the company tasked with the audit — couldn’t spin Arizona as anything but a Biden win. Trump made all manner of claims about what went down in Arizona and Maricopa County. He said in November, “If we can audit the total votes cast, we will easily win Arizona.” He also said in July of the audit that “when the real numbers are released, people will be shocked,” and that the numbers were “extraordinarily big and highly determinative.”
Oops.
2. Michigan/Antrim County: 12-vote shift
Antrim County was the first big example Trump and his allies cited; it was the one that fueled baseless conspiracy claims about voting machines switching votes. The totals in this small and heavily GOP county on election night showed Biden somehow winning handily, before they shifted significantly in Trump’s favor.
The culprit was rather apparent: a brief mistake in how the vote totals were uploaded. But the allegation persisted that this was proof that voting machines were switching votes in Antrim County and, more importantly, elsewhere.
Ultimately, a hand audit of the votes in Antrim County showed the results added just 12 votes to Trump’s margin. And a broader hand audit of 18,000 ballots statewide also affirmed the results.
Trump, of course, has continued to spread misinformation, saying as recently as May that Antrim County was “the major Michigan Election Fraud case.” He added: “The number of votes is MASSIVE and determinative. This will prove true in numerous other States.”
The next month, much as in Arizona, a GOP-led report severely undercut Trump’s claims. It determined that the Antrim County conspiracy claim was “diminished so significantly as for it to be a complete waste of time to consider them further.”
“The Committee finds those promoting Antrim County as the prime evidence of a nationwide conspiracy to steal the election place all other statements and actions they make in a position of zero credibility,” the report stated bluntly.

But even the Cyber Ninjas — the company tasked with the audit — couldn’t spin Arizona as anything but a Biden win. Emperor Trump demanded Cyber Ninjas to conduct the investigation. Now you are claiming they are traitors, because they are hiding things like you selected to prove you political bias against liberals.

Okay Roger...

Here is a little challenge for you.

Open up the PDF. Use your little Find feature and type in 360 (which is the change in vote tabulation that the MSM is reporting is taken from this report).

Tell me what page this report shows that Biden won by 360 more votes. Since that is the main takeaway from this report that is being reported by your liberal MSM.

The 23,344 mail in ballots that voted from a prior address were counted. The only logical circumstances where this is legal is where they had "just" moved and had filled out forwarding address information with the post office. Even then, they would have to have remained in Maricopa county and very likely the same precinct or they would have been required to have re-registered with a new address.

10,342 voters who voted in more than one county has no legal explanation.

9041 more ballots counted than show received? Pretty hard to explain.

In other news, it turns out that Milley's alibi timeline on his call to the Chi-coms is a LIE.

When this story initially broke, much of the media, including some on the right, rushed to suggest that Milley was justified in breaking the chain of command and promising to commit treason because he was “doing his job” to “avoid war” during an “unprecedented” time following January 6th. According to the narrative, things were so up in the air regarding the future of our Republic after the trespassing event at the Capitol (a hysterical contention on its own) that Milley had no choice but to effectively declare himself a military dictator and take control of the government.

Except, according to the above excerpts, the call most in question didn’t occur after January 6th. Rather, it occurred on October 30th, 2020. If you aren’t good with calendars, that was before the election even took place. Thus, all the ridiculous contentions that Milley was allowed to call up a PLA general to extend an offer of aid, one that could put American service members and interests in harm’s way, simply don’t wash. Milley was lashing out and undermining the elected president of the United States long before January 6th became an issue. Though, to be clear, even if this call had taken place after January 6th, it still wouldn’t have been justified.

https://redstate.com/bonchie/2021/09/23/new-timeline-of-mark-milley-treason-invalidates-his-defense-n446939

So once again we have a two-tiered system of "Justice."

Milley should be court-martialed and fucking SHOT, giving us taxpayers relief over funding the traitor's pension. Instead he'll stay on, continuing in conjunction with Race-Baiter Austin, to corrupt the military.

review of the 2020 election results in Arizona’s most populous Maricopa county confirmed that Democrat Joe Biden won the Grand Canyon State’s 11 electoral votes legitimately and without the aid of fraud, the CEO of the cybersecurity firm that ran the audit indicated Friday.

Cyber Ninjas chief executive Doug Logan told state senators that his company’s review of the results in Maricopa County showed that Biden gained 99 votes over the official results. Trump lost 261 votes from the official total — which showed him losing the county to Biden by more than 45,000 votes.

In fact, according to early reports, the recount in Maricopa County, actually increased Biden's margin by several hundred points.

Because Scott Johnson, the count in Maricopa County didn't include the 360 margin because it was just for one county!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter to me or anyone else but rrb and kputz etc..

So I provide specific examples "from" the very report that he linked to prove my point. He turns around and provides more links from other reporters making the same groupthink fake news claims.

It doesn't occur to him that if that report suggested what they claim it does, that he could find it in there. Perhaps he thought he could and then realized he couldn't... which is why he is so upset right now.

Election "experts" like you said that the potential issues with ballots described by Cyber Ninjas in its report were based on flawed analysis and weak evidence.
For example, the report claims that more than 23,000 mail ballots were submitted by voters who moved before the election — a group Trump described Friday as “phantom voters.

But the report itself included important caveats about the finding, noting that there are “potential ways” that the ballots were cast that “would not violate the law.” And it found that a third of those ballots were cast by registered Republicans. What’s more, Cyber Ninjas acknowledged that the ballots were identified by comparing voter registration rolls to information maintained by a commercially available address validation tool, adding that “some error is expected.”

Chris Sautter, a political strategist who teaches election law at American University and has participated in dozens of election recounts, said such databases are not typically accurate enough to be used to confirm addresses for voter registration purposes. “These commercial data companies have a long history of producing flawed lists which have resulted in the disenfranchisement eligible voters,” he said.
Election experts said the Arizona experience should serve as a warning sign to other Republican legislators who have in recent weeks responded to pressure from Trump and agreed to embark on their own reviews of the 2020 election, including in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Texas.
“It is a huge defeat for Donald Trump,”

Ben Ginsberg, a longtime Republican campaign attorney, told reporters Friday. “This was a swing and a miss at what he thought was a sure thing, and they missed by a mile. That should have repercussions down the road.”
He added: “This was an audit in which they absolutely cooked the procedures, they took funding from sources that should delegitimize, automatically, the finding. This was Donald Trump’s best chance to prove his cases of elections being rigged and fraudulent, and they failed.”

The Trump movement might not have begun as an insurrection, but it became one after its leader claimed he had been cheated out of reelection. For Trump supporters, the events of Jan. 6 were not an embarrassing debacle but a patriotic effort to save the nation, by violent action if necessary. As one 56-year-old Michigan woman explained: “We weren’t there to steal things. We weren’t there to do damage. We were just there to overthrow the government.”
The banal normalcy of the great majority of Trump’s supporters, including those who went to the Capitol on Jan. 6, has befuddled many observers. Although private militia groups and white supremacists played a part in the attack, 90 percent of those arrested or charged had no ties to such groups. The majority were middle-class and middle-aged; 40 percent were business owners or white-collar workers. They came mostly from purple, not red, counties.

Most Trump supporters are good parents, good neighbors and solid members of their communities. Their bigotry, for the most part, is typical white American bigotry, perhaps with an added measure of resentment and a less filtered mode of expression since Trump arrived on the scene. But these are normal people in the sense that they think and act as people have for centuries. They put their trust in family, tribe, religion and race. Although jealous in defense of their own rights and freedoms, they are less concerned about the rights and freedoms of those who are not like them. That, too, is not unusual. What is unnatural is to value the rights of others who are unlike you as much as you value your own.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

He described you to a tee

As it happens, however, that is what the American experiment in republican democracy requires. It is what the Framers meant by “republican virtue,” a love of freedom not only for oneself but also as an abstract, universal good; a love of self-government as an ideal; a commitment to abide by the laws passed by legitimate democratic processes; and a healthy fear of and vigilance against tyranny of any kind. Even James Madison, who framed the Constitution on the assumption that people would always pursue their selfish interests, nevertheless argued that it was “chimerical” to believe that any form of government could “secure liberty and happiness without any virtue in the people.” Al Gore and his supporters displayed republican virtue when they abided by the Supreme Court’s judgment in 2000 despite the partisan nature of the justices’ decision. (Whether the court itself displayed republican virtue is another question.)
The events of Jan. 6, on the other hand, proved that Trump and his most die-hard supporters are prepared to defy constitutional and democratic norms, just as revolutionary movements have in the past. While it might be shocking to learn that normal, decent Americans can support a violent assault on the Capitol, it shows that Americans as a people are not as exceptional as their founding principles and institutions. Europeans who joined fascist movements in the 1920s and 1930s were also from the middle classes. No doubt many of them were good parents and neighbors, too. People do things as part of a mass movement that they would not do as individuals, especially if they are convinced that others are out to destroy their way of life.

It would be foolish to imagine that the violence of Jan. 6 was an aberration that will not be repeated. Because Trump supporters see those events as a patriotic defense of the nation, there is every reason to expect more such episodes. Trump has returned to the explosive rhetoric of that day, insisting that he won in a “landslide,” that the “radical left Democrat communist party” stole the presidency in the “most corrupt, dishonest, and unfair election in the history of our country” and that they have to give it back. He has targeted for defeat those Republicans who voted for his impeachment — or criticized him for his role in the riot. Already, there have been threats to bomb polling sites, kidnap officials and attack state capitols. “You and your family will be killed very slowly,” the wife of Georgia’s top election official was texted earlier this year. Nor can one assume that the Three Percenters and Oath Keepers would again play a subordinate role when the next riot unfolds. Veterans who assaulted the Capitol told police officers that they had fought for their country before and were fighting for it again. Looking ahead to 2022 and 2024, Trump insists “there is no way they win elections without cheating. There’s no way.” So, if the results come in showing another Democratic victory, Trump’s supporters will know what to do. Just as “generations of patriots” gave “their sweat, their blood and even their very lives” to build America, Trump tells them, so today “we have no choice. We have to fight” to restore “our American birthright.”

There was a hand count.

In an odd coda to the 2020 election, private contractors conducting a GOP-commissioned recount in Arizona confirmed President Biden’s win in Maricopa County.

Why it matters: The unofficial, party-driven recount has been heavily covered on cable news as part of former President Trump's continued effort to sow doubt about the election result.

The findings: "The auditor’s final hand count—which quadruple-checked every single one of the 2.1 million ballots—matches Maricopa County’s official machine count," two point Arizona Senate President Karen Fann (R) wrote in a letter to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich on Friday.

She acknowledged the report's validity at a press conference but expressed concern about "less-than-perfect" adherence to Arizona's elections standards as detailed in the report — such as signature verification.

Worth noting: A draft report obtained by The Washington Post and published earlier on Thursday actually gave Biden a slight edge over the official results.

Fann later said that the leaked report was not entirely correct.

Reality check: The Arizona recount "was pilloried by election experts who warned that the methods used by the firm hired to run the review were sloppy and biased," the Post notes.

There was a quadruple hand count on 2.1 million ballots

The photographs, which were taken Sunday, appear to show agents on horses with a whip in hand. The photos caused outrage because from certain angles, it appears to show Border Patrol whipping migrants, but photographer Paul Ratje said he and his colleagues never saw agents whipping anyone.

“Some of the Haitian men started running, trying to go around the horses,” Ratje said.

Ratje is a photographer based in Las Cruces and has been in Del Rio since Friday. He said took the photographs from the Mexican side.

“I’ve never seen them whip anyone,” Ratje said. “He was swinging it, but it can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has confirmed to Fox News it is investigating a referral from a Fort Bliss Afghan refugee housing complex in New Mexico alleging that a woman, whose name and age are unknown at this time, was assaulted on Sept. 19 by a "small group of male evacuees."

...

The alleged attack comes on the heels of two Afghan refugees housed at Wisconsin’s Fort McCoy being indicted for federal crimes including sexual assault on a minor and domestic assault.

Bahrullah Noori, a 20-year-old Afghan evacuee, is being charged with attempting to engage in a sexual act with a minor using force against that person, along with three other counts of engaging in a sex act with a minor, according to a statement from the Department of Justice. Additionally, 32-year-old Mohammad Haroon Imaad is being charged with assaulting his wife by choking and suffocating her on September 17.

There is more evidence of systemic voter fraud in America than "systemic racism."

no wonder democrats are always against actual vote integrity

This happened overnight between 10PM Monday and 9 AM Tuesday.

It’s not like he saw anything new or got new intel that the reins/whips narrative was serious. Quite the opposite - more info proved it was nonsense.

Would love to hear the WH phone call he got on that.

I suspect he will be the first guy Biden actually "fires"

Biden's administration has so many fuckups he needs to show at least a hint that he is taking action and holding people accountable

The Biden administration - 2 books in one !!!

There is an old saying that politics is the art of addition. Today’s Republicans are trying to turn that formula upside down. They seem to have little interest in expanding the reach of their ideas and the appeal of their candidates, and instead are betting their survival on the dubious proposition of excluding voters rather than attracting them.
This is not a formula for long-term success, to put it mildly. But by cultivating the seeds of mistrust that Trump has planted, his party stands a very good chance of doing permanent damage to democracy. And that, ultimately, could stand as the most enduring legacy of his presidency.

The audit was marked by practices that critics described as ranging from inappropriate to bizarre, including counters marking ballots with blue ink, which can alter how they are read by machines, and workers checking for traces of bamboo fibers based on a conspiracy theory that forged ballots may have been shipped in from Asia.

While finding the overall vote tallies largely matched up, the report highlighted a series of alleged problems, including 10,342 potential voters who voted in different counties, which Cyber Ninjas termed a "critical finding."

As part of a point-by-point rebuttal on Twitter, Maricopa County called that claim "laughable", suggesting those conducting the review may have failed to account for people with matching names and birth years in different counties, a not uncommon occurrence in a state of more than 7 million people.

Fann said she had passed along the review's findings to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who said his election integrity unit would look at the evidence.

"Arizonans deserve to have their votes accurately counted and protected," Brnovich said.
