Meanwhile the Judge appears loath to make a call on a mistrial with prejudice, even as it has become more and more apparent that the main evidence the prosecution is using was never actually turned over to the defense. One does not have to hold a law degree or even watch any law shows on television to know that one of the first rules of trial law is that the defense is entitled to all prosecution witnesses and that the prosecution is not entitled to pull any surprises.
Imagine the surprise when the defense sees a video being played that only slightly resembles the video that they were provided? After the fact, they had no way of preparing for it. They certainly would have asked Rittenhouse different or more questions had anything from the video came up. But of course the video itself wasn't provided to the prosecution until "after" the defense had closed and just before the closing statements. So even had the defense gotten the full video rather than the altered video, they still were past the time to have changed their case.
In this case the Judge allowed the prosecution to basically put on a whole new case (that was not even argued in the opening statement) after the defense had already rested and had no way (other than on close) to address the video. But because the state did not provide the real video, they didn't even have that until after they closed and the trial had gone to deliberations.
Now the Judge is allowing the same jurist to rewatch a video that the defense was never given (and had no chance to address during the trial). If Rittenhouse is convicted (right or wrong) based on this video, then one has to almost assume that such a conviction should get thrown out (but may not due to no judge wanting to take that heat).

IMO what the judge should do is excuse the 2 jurists in question and question the remaining 6 jurists if they have the same issue. If 2 replacements can be found then place them on the jury and instruct the jury to restart deliberations from the beginning. It really shouldn't take much time.
And then prosecute the media, the prosecutors and anyone else who broke the law.

While not calling Omar by name, Boebert also said, “This member is allowed on the Foreign Affairs Committee while praising terrorists,” seemingly referring to a tweet in June in which the Democratic lawmaker mentioned “unthinkable atrocities committed by the US, Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.” According to the BBC, Omar clarified her remark days later, saying, “I was in no way equating terrorist organizations with democratic countries with well-established judicial systems.”

The FDA has asked a federal judge to make the public wait until the year 2076 to disclose all of the data and information it relied upon to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. That is not a typo. It wants 55 years to produce this information to the public.
As explained in a prior article, the FDA repeatedly promised “full transparency” with regard to Covid-19 vaccines, including reaffirming “the FDA’s commitment to transparency” when licensing Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.
With that promise in mind, in August and immediately following approval of the vaccine, more than 30 academics, professors, and scientists from this country’s most prestigious universities requested the data and information submitted to the FDA by Pfizer to license its COVID-19 vaccine.
The FDA’s response? It produced nothing. So, in September, my firm filed a lawsuit against the FDA on behalf of this group to demand this information. To date, almost three months after it licensed Pfizer’s vaccine, the FDA still has not released a single page. Not one.

Ask yourself why the government wants to hide the Pfizer COVID vaccine data for 55 years. None of the potential reasons why are comforting. It’s beyond inexcusable, it’s criminal. They’re literally hiding the data for something they demand you inject into your body. 100% insane.

Man dies after being hit in head with skateboard during fight in Santa Ana Starbucks
SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A man was killed after being hit in the head with a skateboard in an act of self-defense during a fight in a Santa Ana Starbucks.
Around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, a fight broke out between two men in the 3300 block of South Bristol Street. Authorities received calls regarding an assault with a deadly weapon inside the Starbucks.
After authorities arrived, a man in his 50s was transported to Orange County Global Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
