Here is what a handful of Democrats have to say about Biden's decision to reverse Title 42
- Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), one of the voices of moderation in the Democratic Party, called Biden’s action a “frightening decision” that will only make everything worse. “We are already facing an unprecedented increase in migrants this year, and that will only get worse if the Administration ends the Title 42 policy,” Manchin declared. “We are nowhere near prepared to deal with that influx.” Manchin even said that he thought Title 42 should probably be permanent.
- Kyrsten Sinema (D AZ): "Today’s decision to announce an end to Title 42 despite not yet having a comprehensive plan ready shows a lack of understanding about the crisis at our border."
- Mark Kelly (D AZ): "This is the wrong decision. It’s unacceptable"
- Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) also said that this would lead to a surge that the “administration does not appear to be ready for.”
Even Democrats are starting to realize that this President does things with no plan for the consequences. You know, Democrats are "supposed" to always be in favor of more migrants and immigrants, regardless of the dangers. But a half million new migrants who will not have proper medical care, places to stay, or pretty much anything? Even moderate Democrats are understanding the danger of this.
Perhaps, if Biden did understand any of the problems in this country and had a plan to fix anything that doesn't include just making a bad incoherent speech, releasing oil, or spending money... we might be okay with a reversal of Title 42. But his track record does not suggest that he has even the slightest clue what he is doing with all of this.

"a shortage of workers" Roger
We have a shortage of " work ethic".
The labor required to bring in this year's crops is far less.
This such a huge Lie.

U.S. Will Help Transfer Soviet-Made Tanks to Ukraine
“The Biden administration will work with allies to transfer Soviet-made tanks to bolster Ukrainian defenses in the country’s eastern Donbas region,”
the New York Times reports.
“The decision to act as an intermediary to help transfer the Soviet-made tanks, which Ukrainian troops know how to use, comes in response to a request from President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, the official said. It marks the first time in the war that the United States has helped transfer tanks.”
Roger, how is your wedding plans doing?
Is the bride excited?
The topic is how Biden has erased the US southern Boarder.
He inherited a secure border with real enforcement .
This is why I voted for this President.
Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday said he would not give in to pressure to expedite charges stemming from the Jan. 6 investigation in the House.
Driving the news: Democrats are pushing Garland to charge Trump loyalists who have refused to cooperate with subpoenas issued by the House Select Committee probing the Jan. 6 insurrection of the U.S. Capitol.
What he's saying: “The only pressure I feel, and the only pressure that our line prosecutors feel, is to do the right thing," Garland said during a press conference at the Justice Department. "That means we follow the facts and the law, wherever they may lead."
The big picture: On Monday a federal judge ordered Trump ally John Eastman to turn over a trove of documents to the House select committee leading the Jan. 6 investigation and in his ruling said Trump "corruptly attempted to obstruct" the Joint Session of Congress.
The select committee also recommended House contempt votes against former Trump aides Dan Scavino and Peter Navarro for their refusal to comply with subpoenas.Adam Schiff (D-Calif) pressed Garland to move quickly regarding the committee recommendation, adding, "We're trying to prevent another Jan. 6," Schiff said. "We feel a sense of urgency and we hope the department does also."Rep. Elaine Luria (D-Va.) said the Justice Department "must act swiftly," adding: "Attorney General Garland, do your job so that we can do ours."
Reality check: President Joe Biden told reporters, Monday, however that he wouldn't seek to influence the Attorney General or lawmakers on the matter.
"I told you I would not tell the Justice Department what position to take or not take, and I’m not going to instruct the Congress, either," Biden said.
Clueless is just funny bullshit SLDS.
I did some research on this and I agree because it will hurt lower income and lower skilled workers. And farmers. Title 42
Unfortunately, Biden may be repeating the same mistake the U.S. made decades ago with a new rule that will only increase barriers and reduce access to our agricultural visa program. The program is already riddled with more than 200 time consuming, duplicative and complex rules that shut out many businesses. According to the State Department, the sponsorship process alone costs the average U.S. farmer more than $10,000. While some of these regulations ensure that employers offer wages that exceed average rates and that they try to recruit Americans first, many of these hurdles aren’t required by U.S. law and do nothing to improve conditions for either American or guest workers. Biden should prioritize streamlining the process by removing this red tape so that the agricultural program becomes a viable choice for U.S. farmers and migrants. Given that the artificial scarcity of workers is a driver behind today’s 40-year-high inflation levels, such reforms would help countless working-class Americans struggling to afford food and other basic necessities as prices rise faster than wages.
With a surge at the border and a shortage of workers, maintaining Title 42 has done nothing to solve either crisis — aside from creating more jobs for human smugglers. Though the Biden administration is right to rescind Title 42, chaos at the border will continue to drive headlines and the U.S. economy will limp forward until Biden prioritizes expanding legal channels for those in pursuit of a better life.
Funny stuff 🤣

There is almost nothing I wouldn’t do for you, dear reader, and this week, in your behalf, I made a painful sacrifice: I joined Truth Social so you don’t have to.
I endured weeks on the waiting list for the Donald Trump-created, Devin Nunes-run attempt at a Twitter killer, and I suffered through a series of technical glitches. But eventually I gained access. As a result, I have come to be in possession of the following new pieces of information about the war in Ukraine:
Hunter Biden is involved in building and running biolabs in the country.
The CIA and National Institutes of
Health are both “deeply involved” in the Ukrainian biolabs.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was set in motion by a CIA false-flag operation that was funded by George Soros.
The covid-19 pathogen originated not in China but in Shpyl’chyna, a village in Ukraine.
The bioweapons developed in Ukraine specifically target the “Abrahamic Bloodline.”
Neo-Nazis from Ukraine joined with the FBI to infiltrate the Capitol on Jan. 6 and participated in the insurrection.
Ukraine was planning to use drones to attack Russia with pathogens from the U.S.-funded bioweapons labs.
President Biden has been using Ukraine to launder money.
Ukrainian neo-Nazis controlled the Ukrainian city of Mariupol before Russians invaded.
Russia’s alleged war crimes were staged.
I also found many posts calling President Biden a pedophile (or a “groomer” in the new parlance of QAnon).
I found badly photoshopped images of Vice President Harris in sexualized situations.
I found ceaseless attacks on trans people, an edited video of a cat attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, attacks on Disney for opposing Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” legislation, references to satanic sacrifice by the “deep state,” a few racist epithets and endless accusations about Hunter Biden’s laptop and drug abuse.
I signed up for Truth Social, which launched its attack on Twitter soon after Vladimir Putin launched his attack on Ukraine, on March 3. “Due to high demand,” my “waitlist number” was 986,565.

Rep. MTG Breaks Down Biden’s Electric Vehicle Scam
Infowars.com
April 1st 2022, 5:15 pm
'Elections have consequences'
Joe Biden and his Democrat abettors are finding ways to fund their Green New Deal and Climate Change energy scams while footing American taxpayers with the bill, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) outlined Friday.
Breaking the topic down in a Twitter thread, MTG exposed how Democrats are leveraging the Defense Production Act to mine for rare earth minerals and promote electric vehicles, making themselves richer in the process, while at the same time destroying the country’s energy industry.
Read through Rep. Greene’s thread below:
1. Biden is going to use the Defense Production Act to mine for rare earth minerals and build EV batteries.
They are going to use the power of the federal government and the taxpayers dollars to force Americans to EV’s under the scam “helping Americans afford to drive.”
— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) April 1, 2022
3. While American taxpayers have been funding billions in weapons to Ukraine, Biden could instead be negotiating for peace in Ukraine and for mining rights to the massive lithium stores in Ukraine.
But Biden’s regime and the NWO still want war with Russia.
They ❤️ regime change
— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) April 1, 2022
5. Biden is declaring a New World Order and Americans will be forced to blindly pay for it bc they have no idea what is happening and how drastically things will change.
Bulldozing over the natural flow of supply & demand will have devastating consequences.
Democrats don’t care
— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) April 1, 2022
7. Now they are doing it again on a massive scale with Biden using the Defense Production Act to funnel American taxpayer dollars into their Green New Deal and climate agenda driven businesses.
All while the skyrocketing inflation will soon make food cost unaffordable.
— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) April 1, 2022
9. Democrats are doing all of this yet have no effective plans to increase US energy production to supply all the extra electricity needs for their disastrous plans.
The wind doesn’t blow everyday and the sun doesn’t shine all the time everywhere.
Elections have consequences.
— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) April 1, 2022
Rep. Greene joined the Alex Jones Show Wednesday to discuss Florida’s new Parental Rights legislation, which protects children from being sexually indoctrinated in school.
rrb and kputz echo this here all the time ⏲️
We have a shortage of " work ethic".
Especially for goat fuckers who haven't worked since they were fired!!!!!!!! BWAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
An except from a review of trumps Truth site......it sure is applicable to this little slice of heaven!!!! Especially the last line
I scrolled on: Ukrainian soldiers are “white supremacists and neo-Nazis,” the “globalists” are backing Ukraine, the United States has “no business in this fraternal conflict,” a U.S. undersecretary of state paid $5 million to elect Volodymyr Zelensky, sanctions on Russia are hurting the U.S. dollar, Ukraine attacked Russia. Oh, and the Democrats (“Demon Rats”) “did not want Trump to know that they were creating a CIA colony in Ukraine,” so “they paralyzed his administration with two fake ‘impeachment’s and ultimately stole the election.”
Busted!
I did find the occasional pro-Ukraine “Truth.” And — who knows? — if I searched long enough, I might have found something accurate. But I didn’t. Instead, I found a small clump of angry people shouting into a void. And that’s the sad truth.
Interesting data on education in the US......Seems the least educated states are shockingly solid red trump states!!!!! Go figure!!!!!
West Virginia is the least educated U.S. state, with an overall score of 23.65. West Virginia ranks last for Educational Attainment with the lowest shares of people with associate degrees or some college experience and those with Bachelor's degrees, at 20.6%. West Virginia also has the fourth-lowest average university quality. Mississippi has a score of 25.18. As the second-least educated state, it ranks 49th for Educational Attainment and 44th for Quality of Education. Mississippi has the third-lowest share of high school diploma holders at 84.5%, the second-lowest share of Bachelor's degree holders, and the fifth-lowest share of both people with associate's degrees or college experience and graduate degree holders.
Louisiana holds the third-place spot for the least educated states. Louisiana has a score of 25.72 and ranks 48th for Educational Attainment and 44th for Quality of Education. Louisiana has the fourth-lowest share of high school diploma holders and Bachelor's degree holders, the second-lowest share of associates degree holders, and the fourth-lowest share of graduate degree holders. Arkansas's score is 30.06 out of 100. Arkansas is in 47th for Educational Attainment, and its Quality of Education rank is a slight improvement at 31. Arkansas has the third-lowest share of associates, Bachelor's, and graduate degree holders. Alabama is the country's fifth-least educated state. Alabama's Education Attainment rank is 45, and its Quality of Education rank is 41, with a total score of 32.29. About 22% of Alabama adults have a Bachelor's degree or higher, which is lower than the 25% nationwide average; however, this gap is closing.
A fascinating read on how the US embargo on Russian oil has not decreased the demand for oil world wide, but will likely cause a global shortage if more countries ban russsian imports....What is amusing that is exactly what I posted weeks ago as the trump slurpers demanded US to stop using Russian oil and were blaming Biden for price increases.....Simple solutions from the simpleton minds of the goat fucker and friends......BWAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

GRANT TOWN, W.Va. — On a hilltop overlooking Paw Paw Creek, 15 miles south of the Pennsylvania border, looms a fortresslike structure with a single smokestack, the only viable business in a dying Appalachian town.
The Grant Town power plant is also the link between the coal industry and the personal finances of Joe Manchin III, the Democrat who rose through state politics to reach the United States Senate, where, through the vagaries of electoral politics, he is now the single most important figure shaping the nation’s energy and climate policy.
Mr. Manchin’s ties to the Grant Town plant date to 1987, when he had just been elected to the West Virginia Senate, a part-time job with base pay of $6,500. His family’s carpet business was struggling.
Opportunity arrived in the form of two developers who wanted to build a power plant in Grant Town, just outside Mr. Manchin’s district. Mr. Manchin, whose grandfather went to work in the mines at age 9 and whose uncle died in a mining accident, helped the developers clear bureaucratic hurdles.y
Then he did something beyond routine constituent services. He went into business with the Grant Town power plant.
Mr. Manchin supplied a type of low-grade coal mixed with rock and clay known as “gob” that is typically cast aside as junk by mining companies but can be burned to produce electricity. In addition, he arranged to receive a slice of the revenue from electricity generated by the plant — electric bills paid by his constituents.
The deal inked decades ago has made Mr. Manchin,
Even democrats can't believe the level of stupidity in Biden's decisions. And Indy voters have had enough. Dems will get crushed in November. Rightly so.
And I still can't believe how little the GOP cares about the country and as an Indy voter, numb nuts ballz is blowing smoke out his ass speaking for me!!!!!!!
He is doing this to solidarity his position as the majority leader next year. And unless something happens he will be win.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is putting public and private pressure on Senate Republican colleagues to oppose President Biden’s nominee to the Supreme Court, despite the historic nature of her nomination to be the first Black woman on the court.
Dopey is no Indy voter and we all know it.
And maybe McConnell is giving payback for the racist Biden blocking for 2 years the equally historic Janice Rogers Brown nomination.
But his track record does not suggest that he has even the slightest clue what he is doing with all of this.
But his handlers do.
And if you were going to set out to completely and utterly destroy America and all that it stands for, what exactly would you do differently than what Sloppy Joe is doing right now?
despite the historic nature of her nomination to be the first Black woman on the court.
Perhaps she should be opposed on the basis of being pro-pedophile, and a fucking imbecile.
Identity politics will be the death of this country, as were are already beginning to witness.

Corporate media outlets on Friday were forced to walk back their breathless reporting on former President Donald Trump’s “missing” January 6 phone records, as an official review of the White House switchboard records showed nothing out of order.
Earlier this week, it appeared that the “Teflon Don’s” luck had run out, and the walls were finally closing in. The Democrat’s January 6 committee had discovered a 7 1/2 hour gap in President Trump’s White House phone records on that day—which allegedly meant he was using burner phones to activate his plot to make “all hell break loose” on Capitol Hill and overthrow the 2020 election.
Initial reports had indicated that there was a gap in the phone records of more than seven hours between 11:17am to 6:54pm – a period of 457 minutes – on January 6, fueling speculation that Trump had used back channels and ‘burner phones’ to avoid scrutiny over his communication with supporters and allies.
Unfortunately for the narrative, an official review of the White House switchboard records and the presidential daily diary found that the records were complete, with no missing pages from the call log. The National Archives turned the records over to the Jan. 6 committee, and another Blue Anon hoax bit the dust.
Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald took to Twitter to hammer the media for falling for yet another Democrat conspiracy theory.

Still waiting for the word from the 1-6 committee accepting your lies......LOLOLOLOLOL
The outlet also reported, citing multiple sources familiar, that the Jan. 6 phone records appear typical based on former President Trump’s habits. Trump often opted to have staff use landlines or cellphones to place calls for him while he was in the Oval Office, which would not be recorded in the White House switchboard records, sources told CNN.
IOWs, the records are complete according to Trump standards which omit all land call, cells etc......BWAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Thanx for confirming my posts!!
Fuck is VERY lo iq stupid
unbelievably ignorant
and he can't see it
ROFLMFAO !!!
He could always get a job as a sideshow freak as the world's dumbest person
And fucked up could do the world a favor by ingesting CN. BWAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! Still can't prove the records are complete or accepted by the 1-6 ........thanx for playing!!!!
This comes after The Washington Post and CBS News reported on Tuesday, citing documents they had obtained, that White House logs given to the committee by the National Archives earlier this year show a gap of 7 hours and 37 minutes between 11:17 a.m. and 6:54 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021.
During the gap in the White House logs that day, Trump allegedly spoke with then-Vice President Mike Pence, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah); he reportedly called Lee in order to get in touch with Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), among others.

In response to reporting that the committee is investigating whether Trump used personal disposable phones to communicate that day, the former president reportedly said in a statement on Monday that he had “no idea what a burner phone is, to the best of my knowledge I have never even heard the term.” His former national security adviser John Bolton has pushed back on that claim.
A spokesperson for Trump told multiple outlets the records were not controlled by Trump and he believed all his communications were logged that day.
The Hill has reached out to the House Jan. 6 committee and a Trump spokesperson for comment.

urns Out Herschel Walker, Who Questioned How Evolution Is Possible, Repeatedly Lied About His Academic Record

Herschel Walker, the former star running back who is now former President Trump’s pick for Senate in Georgia, repeatedly lied about his academic background, a CNN report found.
Walker in December admitted that he did not graduate from the University of Georgia after the Atlanta-Journal Constitution reported that he claimed to have done so on his website. It turns out, however, that this wasn’t the only time Walker had lied about graduating. CNN found that he also made the claim during during a 2017 motivational speech, and during an interview on Sirius XM radio the same year. He alleged that he not only graduated, but graduated in the top one percent of the class.

Walker left Georgia early to play in the United States Football League, and then the NFL. CNN cites stories from the time in which Walker said he maintained a B average at the school, and that he told the Chicago Tribune a few years later that he had a 3.0 GPA before his grades fell off.
CNN says Walker’s campaign did not offer any proof of his claim that he graduated in the top one percent of his class.
Walker’s website also at one point boasted that he graduated valedictorian of his high school. He made the same claim in his 2008 book Breaking Free: My Life with Dissociative Identity Disorder. “If I’m proud of anything I did in my high school career, it’s what I did in the classroom that I reflect on and relish the most,” he wrote. “I did more than just shed the ‘stupid’ label placed on me as a result of my speech impediment. I shed it, erased it, and rewrote it with the titles: Beta Club president and class valedictorian.”
Interesting story about gerrymandering. State Supreme Court's of both parties are stopping it.
State courts in both Democratic and Republican states have been aggressively striking down gerrymandered political maps, as this year’s redistricting fights drag on and begin to create chaos in upcoming primary elections.
In Maryland, a state judge last week threw out a congressional map drawn by Democrats, citing an “extreme gerrymander.” In North Carolina, the State Supreme Court in February struck down maps drawn by Republicans. And in New York, a state judge ruled on Thursday that a map drawn by Democrats had been “unconstitutionally drawn with political bias.”
The flood of rulings reflects an emerging reality: that state courts, rather than federal ones, have become a primary firewall against gerrymandering as both Democrats and Republicans try to carve out maximum advantages in the maps they control. The parties have been emboldened to do so by a 2019 Supreme Court decision that federal courts cannot hear challenges to partisan gerrymandering, though they can still hear challenges to racial gerrymandering.
At the same time, however, state judges in at least five states — many, though not all, from the opposing party of the one that drew the districts — have slapped down contorted maps as illegal partisan gerrymanders.
https://www.nytimes.com/2022/04/02/us/politics/congressional-maps-gerrymandering-midterms.html
State courts are a relatively new venue for redistricting cases. For decades, most legal challenges to gerrymandered maps played out in the federal courts, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was often used to challenge unfairly drawn districts.
But in 2017, four years after the Supreme Court hollowed out many of the protections of the Voting Rights Act, the League of Women Voters challenged Pennsylvania’s 2011 congressional maps in the state court system, arguing that the state’s Constitution “protects the right of voters to participate in the political process, to express political views, to affiliate with or support a political party, and to cast a vote.”
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which leaned Democratic, sided with the women’s group in January 2018, finding that the maps had “clearly, plainly and palpably” violated the state’s Constitution. The decision served as a signal to lawyers and good government groups across the country.
“There’s a renewed interest in this rich vein of state constitutional law and state constitutional tradition that many people had ignored, because as lawyers, we’ve been training for 60 years that the federal court is where we’re going to vindicate rights,” Mr. Li said. “And we’ve sort of tended to treat state courts and state constitutions almost as a stepchild. And then, we’re realizing there’s actually a lot there.”
Our state's judicial branches may save our Democratic Republic from this current Republican Party.
