Not Guilty - Apparently Sussmann was there on his own behalf and did not lie

Who could have possibly known? 

The Judge in the case openly admits to Sussmann being an "acquaintance" of him from a professional standpoint.  Many of the jurors are Clinton donors and one of them actually has a daughter who is on the same High School Crew team as Sussmann's daughter, meaning they know each other socially. Attempts by the prosecution to toss many of these jurors were literally overruled by the Sussmann acquaintance who sits on the bench.

So Sussmann (the defendant) has a personal relationship with the Judge and at least one of the members of the jury.  When has that ever happened in a criminal trial? 

Many of the ruling have been suspect, including the Judge not allowing much of the sort of evidence that most every legal experts believes was more than relevant. Comparing the rulings to this perjury case with the much less serious perjury cases against Flynn and Papadopoulos is like night and day.  In other words, the pro-Clinton bias here is overwhelming. 

The bigger problem here is the obvious concept that if Durham cannot get a fair enough trial to convict Sussmann (who almost has no defense whatsoever here), then there is little hope that he can adequately even continue an investigation into anything remotely Clinton or Democrat. The only real defense here is the hope that a pro-Clinton judge and jury simply will not convict a Clinton attorney of anything. That has been pretty much openly what has been at play.

The only question is this? Exactly how corrupt are Clinton supporters and Democrats in DC? Are the conservative cries that the Clintons and their associates are above the law going to prove true?

Answer: Yes, the Clintons are above the law. There is literally no sense in Durham moving forward with any more of this investigation. If he cannot garner this conviction, then it is clear he cannot garner any conviction against the Clintons. 

One set of laws for Americans. Another set for DC Democratic elites. 

That is how it works.
