The Department of Education under President Joe Biden plans to expand the definition of “sex” to include “gender identity.” It is part of the White House’s push to codify gender ideology into federal order, which would require public schools to address these issues in a way that aligns with progressive ideas on the issue. The Washington Examiner reported:
The Obama administration set the gears in motion by redefining the legal definition of sex to include gender identity, or “an individual’s internal sense of gender.” The Trump administration reversed this order, but the Biden administration plans to bring it back, which means that every school receiving federal funding will have to allow gender-confused students into the bathroom, locker room, or sports team of their choice.
However, a new survey conducted by YouGov for SAVE, an education advocacy group, revealed that a majority of Americans are not in favor of the administration’s plan. According to the organization’s press release, about 63 percent of Americans wish to keep the “traditional biological definition” in place while only 37 percent welcomed the Biden administration’s plan to change it.
The poll also found that 71 percent of respondents opposed allowing biological men to compete in women’s sports. Only 29 percent supported the idea.
Participants also overwhelmingly favored requiring parental consent before a school can give a student counseling about gender dysphoria. About 61 percent favored this approach while 39 percent felt parental consent should not be required.
Moreover, 69 percent believed parents should be able to opt their children out of sex education classes. Only 31 percent felt parents should have no say in the matter.
So bottom line... if you want to receive your federal funding you must follow the Biden Administration ideology on gender, transgenderism, and everything in-between. It apparently doesn't matter in the least that the actual parents (whom these school boards work for) are in disagreement with the policy.
More to the point, the polling in question generally shows that "parents" are much more likely to be against this sort of indoctrination, while it would be those without children most likely to approve of said indoctrination. So the actual numbers here might be even more overwhelming against this Biden policy?
As has been argued by many. If you are actually wondering what it would look like if some people got in charge of the country and literally wanted to destroy it as we know it... this is pretty much it.

Pastor Dillon Awes of the Stedfast Baptist Church in Hurst, Texas had a very specific call for violence against LGBTQ people in sermon from this weekend.
Entitled “Why We Won’t Shut Up,” his sermon was about “the solution for the homosexual,” which he said is murder.

“What does God say is the answer, is the solution, for the homosexual in 2022, here in the New Testament, here in the Book of Romans?” Awes asked. “That they are worthy of death! These people should be put to death!”
“Every single homosexual in our country should be charged with the crime, the abomination of homosexuality, that they have,” he continued. “They should be convicted in a lawful trial. They should be sentenced with death.”
“They should be lined up against the wall and shot in the back of the head! That’s what God teaches. That’s what the Bible says. You don’t like it? You don’t like God’s Word, because that is what God says.”
Stedfast is one of the most hateful churches in the country, and its pastors have repeatedly called for death to LGBTQ people.
“According to God we should hate Pride, not celebrate it,” Pastor Jonathan Shelley said several weeks ago at an Arlington, Texas city council meeting. “God has already ruled that murder, adultery, witchcraft, rape, bestiality, and homosexuality are crimes worthy of capital punishment.”
Shelley made headlines last year when he said that he was happy that a gay person was killed at a Pride event.
“The Bible says that they’re worthy of death!” he said at the time. “They say, ‘Are you sad when faggots die?’ No. I think it’s great! I hope they all die! I would love it if every faggot would die right now.”
The Southern Poverty Law Center considers Stedfast Baptist Church to be a hate group.

The care she receives there is unavailable in her hometown but pivotal to her sense of identity — and her mental health.
“It makes me feel who I truly am, and I don't feel singled out for not being like other girls in school anymore,” Adelyn said. “It's just very special for me that mom takes me all the way over there.”
Adelyn — who stands tall at 5 feet, 5 inches and is outspoken in class — had been having panic attacks in school as she approached puberty. After she started seeing the doctors in North Dallas, the attacks stopped.
But last week, the panic attacks started again when Republican Gov. Greg Abbott — seven days before the GOP primary election in which he’s being accused of not being conservative enough — ordered state child welfare officials to launch child abuse investigations into reports of transgender kids receiving gender-affirming care.
Adelyn is terrified she will be forcibly separated from her mother. So great is her anxiety that she doesn’t want to sleep in her own bed. The Vigil family agreed to speak with The Texas Tribune but did not feel safe disclosing details about Adelyn’s medical care.

There are going to likely be a lot of health concerns for a 13 year old who has had hormone blockers and transitioned this young to another sex. Those hormones play a very important role in the growth of the bone structure and many organs. Weak and brittle bones and long term health issues are already being seen with children who transition this early.
Oh... and there is a fairly likely chance that the 13 year old will never experience an orgasm. I guess the good thing is that this person might never know what they are missing out on.

You and I both were brought up under the concept that there were two sexes. We lived for decades without any real issues with this idea.
Suddenly we have this thing called transsexualism. The latest generation is defining themselves outside of the normal "two sexes" to the tune of almost 40% now... and we are now allowing a child that has not reached puberty to decide that they are the wrong sex...
Then we decide to block natural hormones that are necessary for any person (of either biological sex) to transition safely from child to adult. On top of that we go in and medically switch the person's biological sexual organs to make them the opposite, generally speaking taking away any chance to reproduce, start a biological family, or achieve an orgasm.
We already are running into a situation of health concerns, buyers remorse, and mental depression and even suicide from those who make this transition before they would legally be allowed to pierce their ears without adult consent.
All completely different that the world has worked for centuries...
But those who do not accept this as normal or healthy are "brainwashed"?
Generally "brainwashing" is where you change someone's minds about normal, not where someone convinces someone that historical norms are still norms.

There is literally no "science" that explains transgenderism. There is no gene, no hormone, no chromosome.
I have no issues if someone wants to transition and become he opposite sex if they are an adult and are at least old enough to drink, drive, vote, etc...
But the medical science (if you want to follow science) suggests that children transitioning is medically dangerous. That is the science. If a child is not producing enough hormones we would help that. In this case, we are specifically blocking the very hormones that helps someone naturally transition from child to adult (as everyone should).
In many ways they attempting to prevent that natural transition because it makes it "easier" to transition sexually. But there is literally no science that suggests this is a safe medical decision to make.
EVERY BIT OF MEDICAL SCIENCE SUGGESTS IT IS DANGEROUS.

But I am not okay with a 12 year old deciding before they even reached puberty that they should be the opposite sex.... possibly because the idea is "trending" on social media.

The exact opposite is true. Social media, social pressures, and the overwhelming desire to 'fit in' in our increasingly fucked up culture is what's driving this shit among minor children.
No minor child has the cognitive ability to think clearly or to have an informed opinion on gender identity. And to the left, that's exactly the point. Fuck them up early and young. Capture them at an early age and you've trapped them for life within your warped ideology. That's always been the end goal of public education, and now that's facilitated by fucking them up at an emotional level as it relates to gender.
It's evil, but it's the only way your team knows how to behave.
