Of course, human trafficking is about exploitation and forcing someone to do something they otherwise would not want to do. Sex trafficking is an example. Sweatshop workers (not being paid or being paid scraps) is another. But moving an illegal migrant from where they entered the country to another part of the country is not trafficking. Not by any definition of the word.
Oddly, Joe Biden and his cronies have been bussing migrants around the country since they took over the White House. Nobody has accused them of human trafficking. I guess it only becomes human trafficking when migrants are specifically shipped to liberal cities that claim to provide "sanctuary" for illegals. I guess claiming to be a sanctuary city doesn't mean you actually want to provide sanctuary.

This will make a great campaign issue for the GOP! Crybaby liberals cannot handle 50 migrants (call in 150 national guards). But they expect border cities to take hundreds of migrants every week without complaint! Are they really that out of touch and really that stupid?

The immigrants know now that they were lied to about where they were going and the jobs and places to stay they could expect and were promised. They experienced good treatment from the people of Martha's Vineyard and willingly consented to go to the next place were they will receive caring treatment under compassionate supervision -- not be dumped the way De Santis dumped them.
