The FBI photograph released late Tuesday showed documents seized at Mar-a-Lago with cover sheets bearing the designation “TOP SECRET//SCI.” SCI stands for “Sensitive Compartmented Information,” and a specific security clearance is required to access it.
Many of the documents in the photo have other designations indicating they were derived from sensitive intelligence sources. Their cover sheets were labeled “HCS-P/SI/TK.” These designations, a former intelligence official said, indicate the classified material was drawn from human sources or spies, electronic intercepts and spy satellites.
Still other documents, on White House letterhead, carry the designations “NOFORN” and “ORCON.” The former means that the material can’t be shared with foreign governments; the latter, which stands for “Originator Controlled,” means that only the intelligence agency that prepared the document can approve further dissemination.
Some classified material can only be viewed in a designated secure facility, or what is known as a secure compartmented information facility, or a SCIF. Typically this is a requirement imposed if the information is gleaned from sensitive intelligence sources, such as covert surveillance programs or confidential human spying. While often used in tandem with top secret documents, both secret and confidential files can also require this limitation on access.
The bottom line is that he will be indicted by Garland after the election day. But you will say that the Justice Department is part of the deep state conspiracy to get Trump.
