The reality is that we all know our court is not the objective non-partisan branch of the Government that the constitution demands. But at the very least, Justices should try to act as if they are somewhat non-partisan. Ginsburg, who is known today mostly for falling asleep during hearings, already is facing questions about her age and competency.
After making the politically charged comments she made the other day... it's time for her to step down. There is no place on the High Court for that sort of blatant political partisanship. Not if we want the public to see the court as something even somewhat objective.

She knew she was on the record in that interview so there is no excuse.
She obviously doesn't care about court decorum anymore.
Hopefully if Trump becomes president she will retire and move to New Zealand.
The Citizens United decision pretty well put an end to all pretense that the Court is not political.
I say, let them fight it out fiercely.

Everybody knows Trump has two possible Veep choices who are disliked by much of the country, especially minorities (Christie, Gingrich) and two who are widely unknown by much of the country (Pence, Sessions) -- and now Trump is saying he has two more who are not known just now by ANYbody.

-------The only catch? There is no article XII.
Which only proves he knows as much about the Constitution as the current occupant of the White House.

I have been reading a lot at the official Black Lives Matter website and I come to this conclusion.
What they want is for Law Enforcement, the FBI and AG to treat their crimes the same way they treated Hillary's.
