However, the Job Creator and Wealth Builder has a tax rate plan that drops rates on the middle income earners and all but eliminates Federal tax rates for the low income earners.
“Her and Obama whether you like it or not, the way they got out of Iraq, the vacuum they left, that's why ISIS formed in the first place. They started from the little area and now they are in 32 different nations. Congratulations. Great job.” — Donald Trump U.S. forces pulled out of Iraq in 2011 when the Iraqi government would not assure legal protections for U.S. troops. The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, which now controls large swaths of both countries, has been the focus of a U.S.-led air campaign since 2014. But the terrorist group was an offshoot of Al Qaeda in Iraq, and swore allegiance to Osama Bin laden in 2004, following the U.S.-led invasion to topple Saddam Hussein. The group does not operate in 32 countries. A report by the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service in late June concluded that in addition to Iraq and Syria, the group now has “affiliates in several other countries,” most significantly in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Nigeria, Afghanistan, and Yemen, and has attracted a network of global supporters. “Since 2014, some armed groups have recognized the Islamic State caliphate and pledged loyalty to (ISIS leader] Abu Bakr al Baghdadi,” CRS says. “Groups in Yemen, Egypt, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Afghanistan, and Nigeria have used the Arabic word “wilayah” (state/province) to describe themselves as constituent members of a broader IS-led caliphate. The implications of such pledges of loyalty to the Islamic State on groups’ objectives, tactics, and leadership structures appear to vary and may evolve.”
