After defending and even applauding the protests and rioting happening across liberal American cities, the powerful forces of liberal America has finally accepted the conclusion that the rest of America is not quite so enamored with the idea of cities burning, police officers being attacked, and average American citizens being assaulted (or even murdered) over their political views.
But rather than simply condemn the protests and rioting (as they should)... they have made the calculated decision that shifting of the blame is the best political option. Rather than push back on the idea that these protests have been not only allowed, but encouraged and admit that was wrong, they are instead attempting to put the blame on Trump for the protests.
Now let's be clear.
Nobody with even half a brain believes that Trump was responsible for any of these police shootings. Nobody believes Trump had any power to stop any of these protests. Not in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, or Kenosha. In every case, the President has offered federal assistance and in every case that offer was resisted and rejected by local Democratic politicians. The Governor of Wisconsin has gone so far as to demand Trump not come to his state.
Moreover, in every situation so far, local politicians have bent over backwards to allow protests to become riots and in most every case, they have found themselves at odds with local police. In Minneapolis at least a quarter of the police force has either quit or filed for medical leaves. In Seattle, the chief of police (a black woman) resigned over the city counsel's treatment of her department. The police are not wanting to let their cities burn... but the local Democratic politicians are ordering them to stand down.
Herein lies the mindset.
We must give in to the angry mob in order to make it all stop.
Moreover, liberal politicians along with their minions in the liberal media are going to continue to talk out of both sides of their mouths by insisting both that the protesters were wrong, but also justified to some degree. The argument is being cast that it's not about the self control of being able to protest without burning something down and it's not about local politicians allowing local law enforcement to fight back or work to prevent the violence. The argument goes back to the obvious lack of self control and the fact that these protests are being triggered by Donald Trump.
So that is the new liberal mindset. We appease the lawbreakers and criminals. We do what they demand (defund police, push Trump out of office, not prosecute anyone for any crimes) and then perhaps they will cut back on the crime spree? Now, if you believe that and I have some Florida beach front swampland to sell you. There is a reason why this country has a longstanding policy of never negotiating or giving into terrorists. Giving in only emboldens the terrorists into escalating their terror and making bigger demands.
The other (non-liberal appease terrorism) concept would be to hold people accountable. Hold the politicians that allowed this accountable and not allow them to shift blame for their personal decisions. Allow the police to do their jobs and put an end to the crime spree. Arrest and prosecute American citizens who blatantly break the law rather than to simply set them free so they can shoot someone in the head twice.
Make no mistake. This is domestic terrorism. It's exactly how ISIS or Al-Qaeda would have drawn it up. Wreak havoc, destroy basic foundations of order, cause massive amounts of destruction and violence, and then demand that this is being done because of your political enemies. Tell them that the only way you stop your reign of terror is to give in to their unreasonable demands.
A vote in 2020 for a Republican is a vote to stand up to domestic terrorism.
A vote in 2020 for a Democrat is a vote to appease domestic terrorism.

Four Men Sentenced for Throwing Chlorine Bomb at Police
(Golden, CO -- August 27, 2020) Sentencing was held on August 26, 2020 for three of four men convicted of throwing a chlorine bomb at an Arvada Police officer as he attempted to clear a road hazard. The hazard was built by the defendants to create a stationary target for their bombs.
On April 7, 2019 at 10:00 p.m., Arvada police received a call from a citizen regarding a road hazard at 72nd and Beech Street. The Officer arrived to find that street signs had been pulled out of ground and stacked in middle of the road, then plastic wrap had been strung across the road. The Officer and the citizen began to attempt to clear the road barricade when a plastic bottle was thrown and landed near the Officer. He overheard someone yell obscenities at him. When the bottle hit the ground it began releasing heavy chlorine gas. The Officer began coughing, became nauseous, lost consciousness, and fell to the ground. Other officers and paramedics arrived and the Officer was transported to the hospital.
They detonated at least seven additional incendiary devices in the area.
Arvada Police officers addressed the judge at the sentencing hearing, describing the impact this had on the officer, the entire department, and the community. During the immediate search for the offenders, a Code Red was issued for a one-mile radius in Arvada.
The officer suffered serious pulmonary damage and spent months going to medical appointments and missing work and continues to suffer the effects of the chlorine gas.
“These men set up an ambush for police. When the first Arvada officer arrived to clear away the road hazard, he was a fixed target for their toxic chemical bombs,” said DA Pete Weir, “These young men purchased the chemicals and plastic bottles at Walmart, mixed the bombs and then set up their targets for ambush. The impact on the law enforcement community has been enormous.”

Sen. Ron Johnson, a Wisconsin Republican, said that “citizen soldiers” should mobilize to “overwhelm rioters” on the streets of America.
As for the fatal shooting of protesters in Kenosha last week, he said in a CNN interview Sunday: “Two people died because citizens took matters into their own hands. I’m not for vigilantism; I’m not sure that’s what was happening.”
Johnson declared that “the way you stop the violence, the way you stop the rioting, is you surge manpower and resources, citizen soldiers, National Guard, and you overwhelm the number of rioters.”
Ben Voelkel, a spokesman for Johnson, told HuffPost that the senator was “of course” referring to the National Guard as “citizen soldiers.” Guard members are known as citizen soldiers, but the term is also used to refer to private militias — like the Kenosha Guard that recruited members on Facebook until their page was shut down for violating the social platform’s ban on militias.
Voelkel did not comment on Johnson’s characterization of the killings of the protesters as “citizens” taking “matters into their own hands.”
Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and illegal possession of a dangerous weapon in the Aug. 25 killing of two protesters who were unarmed, according to the criminal complaint against him. Rittenhouse, a supporter of President Donald Trump, traveled from his home in Illinois to stalk Kenosha protesters armed with a semiautomatic “AR-15 style” rifle, which is illegal for a minor to own, the court documents noted. He aimed and fired at least three times at one of the victims, according to an eyewitness account in the complaint.
Johnson refused to condemn the shootings, despite being repeatedly pressed to do so by CNN host Dana Bash. He said “it’s a tragedy” six times when Bash asked the question again and again.

The purely fictional depiction of events coming from those without direct knowledge of what actually occurred is incredibly harmful, and provides no benefit to anyone whatsoever, other than to perpetuate a misleading narrative. The lawyers for Mr. Blake, among others, have continued to provide false and misleading “facts” to the public, in what can only be considered a ploy for attention and sympathy. Unfortunately, even the incident update from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation (“DCI”) -- the agency charged with investigating the incident independently -- is riddled with incomplete information, and omits important details that would help to paint a more complete picture of the incident. While DCI updated that release earlier today (8/28/20), it is still lacking.
The Kenosha Professional Police Association, including the officers involved, believe the public deserves to know the truth.
Here are the actual and undisputed facts:
The officers were dispatched to the location due to a complaint that Mr. Blake was attempting to steal the caller’s keys/vehicle.
Officers were aware of Mr. Blake’s open warrant for felony sexual assault (3rd degree) before they arrived on scene.
Mr. Blake was not breaking up a fight between two females when officers arrived on scene.
The silver SUV seen in the widely circulated video was not Mr. Blake’s vehicle.
Mr. Blake was not unarmed. He was armed with a knife. The officers did not see the knife initially. The officers first saw him holding the knife while they were on the passenger side of the vehicle. The “main” video circulating on the internet shows Mr. Blake with the knife in his left hand when he rounds the front of the car. The officers issued repeated commands for Mr. Blake to drop the knife. He did not comply.
The officers initially tried to speak with Mr. Blake, but he was uncooperative.
The officers then began issuing verbal commands to Mr. Blake, but he was non-complaint.
The officers next went “hands-on” with Mr. Blake, so as to gain compliance and control.
Mr. Blake actively resisted the officers’ attempt to gain compliance.
The officers then disengaged and drew their tasers, issuing commands to Mr. Blake that he would be tased if he did not comply.
Based on his non-compliance, one officer tased Mr. Blake. The taser did not incapacitate Mr. Blake.
The officers once more went “hands-on” with Mr. Blake; again, trying to gain control of the escalating situation.
Mr. Blake forcefully fought with the officers, including putting one of the officers in a headlock.
A second taser (from a different officer than had deployed the initial taser) was then deployed on Mr. Blake. It did not appear to have any impact on him.
Based on the inability to gain compliance and control after using verbal, physical and less-lethal means, the officers drew their firearms.
Mr. Blake continued to ignore the officers’ commands, even with the threat of lethal force now present.
A young African American man was shot seven times and is paralyzed for his life.
He was an armed criminal fugitive in violation of an order of protection who was resisting arrest and was in the middle of a felony grand theft auto larceny when he was shot.
If this had been a bald white guy with tattoos... nobody would have given two shits about the fact he was shot. People would have seen him as a criminal getting what he deserved.
