Several residents of Delaware County Pennsylvania filed a sprawling lawsuit Thursday against the former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, Delaware County, the Delaware County Board of Elections, and more than a dozen individual election officials. The lawsuit followed Wednesday’s night release of videotapes taken by a whistleblower capturing concerning behavior by several election officials in the Keystone state.
A source familiar with the lawsuit provided access to the tapes, noting the then-unnamed whistleblower had come forward with video evidence purporting to show Delaware County, Pennsylvania election officials destroying records from the November 2020 general election. The videos were also filed with the complaint and a bevy of exhibits the plaintiffs maintain support the allegations contained in their 91-page complaint.
To be clear, from a statistical standpoint, Pennsylvania was number one on the list of states that seemed to report votes that were nearly impossible. The numbers surrounding the mail in ballots were so outside the norm, that you need to believe that virtually every Democrat, 70-75% of independents, and 15-20% of Republicans voted for Biden in order to justify the result.
Of course, audits are now taking place, much to the chagrin of these election officials.
Maricopa county was found to have had over 50,000 ballots that had not followed legal procedures or otherwise accepted ballots from people no longer living at their old address. Thousands of these ballots were accepted from people no longer living within Maricopa county, and several thousand ballots were returned and counted from people no longer even living in Arizona.
Wisconsin had the oddity of 98% of their counties showing Trump doing better than he did in 2016, only to be offset by mail in ballots counted in the two largest Democratic strongholds.... to the degree of tens of thousands of votes. We've gone through the issues with Fulton and Gwinnett county in Georgia ad nauseum.
To be clear, the big lie is the lie that this was a secure election. The bigger and even stupider lie was that this was the most secure election of all time. The biggest lie is that it is some sort of criminal behavior or treason to question election results. Meanwhile those gaslighted by all of this, still believe that the big lie is that there were any problems in 2020.
If there was no problems, then you wouldn't have election officials destroying evidence and moving the dead bodies after the fact.

Several people protesting against Kyle Rittenhouse's acquittal were injured when a car drove into their demonstration in Connecticut.
About 15-20 protesters were blocking portions of a roadway, holding signs and chanting Saturday evening in Manchester when a black car with Massachusetts place drove toward them, and organizers believe the man intended to hurt them, reported WTIC-TV.
"He was angry," said Ivelisse Correa, of Black Lives Matter 860. "It looked like he was looking for a reason and he found one. You could tell in his face. The passenger was screaming bloody murder."
Correa said about six people were struck by the car and four of them injured, including a man whose foot was run over and a 60-year-old woman who was struck head-on.
Police are investigating the incident but declined to offer any specifics about a possible suspect or his motives, but Correa said the incident highlights the issues involved in the Rittenhouse trial.
"This is nothing more than another example of people deputizing themselves against others to police against their own politics and views," Correa said.
BLM860 released a statement making a similar point.
"Vigilante emboldened by the Rittenhouse verdict commits attempted vehicular homicide against jaywalking protesters who were armed and showed superhuman amounts of restraint," the group said in a statement.

CNN's Brianna Keilar spoke to former Trump White House communications director Alyssa Farah this Monday, who slammed conservatives for making Kyle Rittenhouse into a hero after his acquittal on charges related to the shooting deaths of two people and the wounding of another during unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year.
"I'm a little afraid of my friends on the right — and I am a Republican — lionizing him and sort of making him this martyr for the cause," Farah said.
Farah went on to say that Rittenhouse "is being used as a pawn right now," in reference to Fox News host Tucker Carlson's interview with Rittenhouse after his acquittal.
"Yes, it was self-defense, but he killed people. And that is going to come to bear for him and be very challenging. And rather than kind of using him to earn cheap political points, maybe it's time to move on," Farah said.
"I actually thought Joe Biden's statement was very effective, which was to say 'we've got to allow the rule of law to play out, it did in this case, but it's also time to heal and move on.' That's what we should be doing," she continued. "We shouldn't be putting Kyle Rittenhouse on TV. We shouldn't be making him a hero. He's not. He got off, and we need to move on and the state needs to heal."

Defense attorney Jason Sheffield suggested in his closing statement on Monday that the men who killed Ahmaud Arbery were "very scared" of him.
In his closing remarks to the jury, Sheffield appeared to be speaking to the fears of white jurors.
"You heard about Satilla Shores from several witnesses who came to talk to you about what they were experiencing in this once-idyllic neighborhood," the attorney advised. "A neighborhood that was once a place where elderly would walk at night, kids would play after dark."
Sheffield said that his client, Travis McMichael, noticed the change in the neighborhood because of messages posted on Facebook.
"This neighborhood was being covered in suspicious persons, extra watches, neighborhood patrols and concerned citizens," he explained. "The types of things these neighbors would talk about to each other was about the crime that was being committed to them, to their neighbors, crime that they had seen happening across the street from them."
"They told you that what was happening in their neighborhood scared them," he continued. "It caused them concern, it was unsettling to imagine people lurking and sneaking around your property at night."

The law and logic is pretty clear here.
If someone states after the fact something like... if I had gotten my hands on that asshole, I would have torn his head off. The police don't get to charge him or accuse him of "attempted murder" nor to they get to charge that person with any sort of assault for threat.
If, on the other hand, that person tells someone at a riot that if they catch them alone, that they will murder them, then lies in ambush and attacks that person... a different story. That is actually criminal behavior and one could make all sorts of legitimate claims there.
